Bathroom: quite small and missing hangers - that makes it a bit of a challenge when taking a shower Kitchen area: it could be equipped with some practical stuff like washing products, some cloth and a bin. Plus a better knife. In general i was missing a 2nd bin other than the one in the bathroom. When you want to prepare some food it is not enough. All small things and rather a suggestion for improvement. I really liked my stay there.

The location is really good, only about 5 minutes walking from the sardine beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were really kind and helpful, we asked a lot of questions not only about things nearby but also how to get to other islands. The room was very spacious and had a huge bathroom and shower, the bed was very comfortable! There’s free water, coffee and tea for guests! The overall atmosphere of this hotel was very relaxing and we felt right at home!

Het hotel was super met heel vriendelijk personeel, het spelen van pickleball was erg leuk. Daarnaast het heerlijke vers bereide Italiaanse eten van eigenaar Max! Kamers waren schoon en het bed was heerlijk ruim. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het dorpje Moalboal. Je bent binnen twee minuten lopen in de hoofdstraat, maar zit er wel net ver genoeg van af dat je geen last hebt van het geluid van de bars en het verkeer.

Lovely rooms - spacious, clean & comfortable. Nice balcony with table and chairs. The staff were super lovely and helpful, the nicest people we have met!! Pickle ball court which was fun. Location was great only 5 mins walk to main strip. When we arrived in moalboal, they organised a tricycle to come get us

Nice room, massive bed! had a little balcony with a very small kitchenette. breakfast in the morning was cheap and filling.

This property is very clean! Housekeeping done daily. good water pressure and hot water in shower. separate shower so it doesn’t wet the entire bathroom. EXCELLENT Italian food made by owner….do not miss it! Pickleball courts are a great addition. try it! Great AC. Good price and good location.

The room needs more hooks and shelving. There is no TV. The check in receptionist and owners are not super friendly like so many other family owned stays.

Liked watching pickleball! Rooms were basic and clean. Free tea and coffee was a great addition to the communal area. Let us check in early which was brilliant.

Very loud roosters kept us awake all night (a problem in the Philippines, not just here!) Aircon wasn’t 100% efficient in the room but not very bad.

Comfy bed, spacious and clean room with a nice balcony area. Short walk to the main bar and restaurant area but it was nice and quiet at night. Space to park the motorbike we hired. Highly recommend

The room wasn’t serviced, though if we’d of asked reception I’m sure they would have been.

Very clean and spacious rooms with great air-conditioning. The room also has a fridge and a big dressee to store luggage and clothing. The location is quiet but still walking distance from restaurants and the beach.

Perfect location. The staff were very kind and informative! They advised of power-cuts ahead of time which was much appreciated! (power outages are very normal in Philipinnes, and this was the only place that put out signs of warning which I thought was very good, gives you a chance to charge tech and make any emails/calls ahead of time) The room it’s self was very clean, good wifi, good air con and enough storage space. The bathroom was clean, however could do with a little TLC. However you can’t whinge for the price! The main thing is that it was clean! Thanks for having us!

No bidet but not a big deal, pickle ball court would be nice if converted to a swimming pool.

Location was excellent and close to many of the restaurants and shops. Complementary water and tea /coffee was nice and the staff was very professional and accommodating. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that has a pickle ball court on site which was nice.

Lighting in the rooms was a bit bright and not very warm if that's your personal preference. The kettle that comes with the room isn't very good and doesn't have a safety shutoff switch, just something to be aware of.

Good location, quiet peaceful 15 min to white beach with bike / trike ~300-400 pesos there and back. Many tour guides to explore with day trips. Resturants in area are okey, some even do delivery by phone call. Wet market and fruit market 10-15min trike distance. Locals and staff are really friendly and polite. WiFi worked great 👍

Cooking area has no sponge, also bring your own salt or buy. Wierd charges for cleaning like: "Stains" 1500 charge for bedsheets 400 pillow 600 towels 250 bath mat Is it stains that don't get removed when washed? When you read it you question if they change towels every time or leave it to dry to refold.

The staff and owner were amazing. They were so welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Hot shower and spacious bathroom. Free coffee and water. Great location that's close to the beach yet quiet during the night.

This stay was really really good. We were in the middle of central Moalboal, so we can walk everywhere we want it. We had a private kitchen, hot shower, best WIFI and clean room.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty (with real bacon). We appreciated the small outdoor kitchen. Large banana trees outside our second floor room.

Location is convenient to Panagsama road with restaurants but area is noisy and dirty. Frequent smoke from burning rubbish or yard waste in area. There is construction next to hotel, lots of motorbikes and tricycles, street dogs, and the ubiquitous roosters.
