We had a good time overall, the location is hard to beat and its also what you pay for. Having dinner by the beach with amazing sunsets is what you go there for. The staff was also very kind.

A few letdowns, such as the bed which we thought was extremely hard mattress. You can expect more in my opinion, when paying over $100 USD a night. The pool on arrival wasnt really clean. Also toilet flush was not working but was fixed when we asked. The fruit shakes, which were not cheap, did not taste great, a bit watery, same goes for the breakfast coffee. Overall found it a little expenses, but I guess thats because of the location.

We arrived april 11 the AC is not working we sleep like in sauna,,, i book for 2nights. Im really disappointed, and ii look for other hotel becuose of white villas hotel my vacation tir to horror,, wasti of time AND MONEY

We sleep like sauna they know that april 11 we arrived but they dint fix the aircon i spend a lot of monry to look other hitel fir two night ipay the white villas resort 1 night I can’t sleep the AC IS TOO OLD thin i look other hotel becouse i was disappointed because of them

only one thing, the stray dog mess that was left until it crumbled and washed away. we had the frontline cabin with sea view and from our balcony could count 5 dog mess piles just from there also two more on grass around the pool. it was mentioned to a member of staff about clearing it up, and all I got was a shrugged look as if to say, well they’re stray dogs they go anywhere and was not their responsibility. many people are walking around the resort bare foot. the dog mess was there for the duration of our 3 day visit. wouldn’t take more than a few minutes to walk the site and clear up.

We stayed in the White villas for 3 nights. Very nice place, extremely friendly and welcoming people. The beach is amazing with nice hammocks and sunbeds. Rooms are clean, bright and nicely decorated. San Juan is a good location with a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. Plus cafes, ATM and a little supermarket. You can rent canoes for free at the hotel or a motorbike for 450 pesos to explore the island.

Only negative thing: swimming in front of the hotel is hard when there is low tide. But that is nothing the hotel can change. If you want to snorkel try Tubod Marine sanctuary.

Great staff, there were very helpful and delivering great service! As they are renovating, they offered free breakfast, even thought there was very little sound. location is perfect, you can walk to a lot of restaurants. rooms itself are correct, but nothing special

We never had any housekeeping in the time we stayed.

The location is very good. 15 mins ride from port. Near paliton beach and other stores. The staffs are super nice and accomodating. The place was well maintained and always clean. Food at the restau is great with front beach view.

Good air conditioners, the room is clean.

For three days, they have never done the cleaning in the room. It is impossible to swim on the beach. Very small, even at high tide, and at low tide it becomes terribly dirty. Heaps of garbage that do not even try to remove. Woke up at 7:00 in the morning as they repaired a neighboring villa. Too expensive for these living conditions.

It is not the first time that I visited this place. I like the location and also buildings around the small pool. There are several excellent restaurants close by. A grocery store is located just across the street. Sunsets are spectacular in the evening at the beach.

There is a spectacular white sand beach in front of the place. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned anymore. So, in low tide, the sand was full of black sea grass. Formerly the accommodation offered free pick-up for guests from the port.

The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants, across the street from a mini market. Staff we nice and helpful, especially Liz! Showers are small but had hot water.

The whole resort is really a package. Room is clean and aside from the amenities, it has access to bars, restaurants, cafes, stores, ATM and just 15 minutes away from the port. And the highlight of our stay is really the people working in the resort and ensuring that our stay will be a lovely one.

Maybe its time to change the aircon units with a higher HP especially in the villas. But a fan is provided so its not really that concerning. Its just that we need to open both the aircon and the fan together.

We love it because of the staff being accommodating We love the rooms that we got Though the ac was down in one of our rooms but what the resort offer to compensate with it was beyond what I was expecting.. Kudos for that.. Food was excellent worth it

It was the monsoon season and not the best time. We hope that the resort would also include the sea shore in their cleaning. there were alot of debris from the ocean like coconut husk, dead sea leaves etc

+ relaxing location, beach access, not too busy, but still good selection of restaurants in the area + nice bungalows with terrace

- Room was not cleaned, and towels were not changed in these 3 nights that we stayed. Hotel staff came in the room to turn off aircon, but did not at least changed towels nor made bed. It's not a budget hotel. For that price you would expect more. - the beach was very dirty. There were no guest beside us at the beginning. And they just started cleaning as more guest arrived.
