Family of 4 stayed in the condo for a 4 day skiing trip. Location was great. Less than 5 minutes from grocery stores and about 35 minutes to Wolf Creek. Nicely appointed unit that more than met the needs of our family. Excellent communication with host.

A very nice townhouse. Well stocked and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Outside of town just far enough. Very nice neighborhood. Got to see the hot air balloons take off from the other side of the lake in the morning.

Amazing view. Great patio. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the neighborhood. We did daily hikes. Walked and dined in Pagosa and took advantage of the Pagosa Hot Springs Resort.

Close to food and everything we wanted to do. Clean. Easy access. Great for friends and family. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful time at the Chic Retreat in Pagosa Springs!! Our family stayed for a week (kids 12 & 8.) They loved having their own space in the loft upstairs. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the afternoon and at night. From the couch inside, or on the patio, we were able to watch our 8yr old son play outside with a view of the pond and the beautiful mountains. Living in Texas, we especially enjoyed the view and the weather in July. Highly recommend!!

Everything about this stay was great. Location was fantastic; close enough to everything, but quiet. Very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our Best VRBO rental ever! Most VRBO properties are good but leave our details regarding: condition of property, access to property (road conditions), parking situation, safety in/outside home, ... This condo was even better than the listing indicated - or maybe we've grown to expect properties seldom/never to measure up to what is stated, always a surprise in some way. We were totally happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property to other VRBO users... We thank the owners for providing an awesome property!

my son and I came for some early ski season skiing. We stayed in Pagosa Springs before. So we knew where we wanted to stay. The condo is perfectly located two restaurants and the stores we needed. Truly great day. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was exactly what my family was looking for. This was our 6th trip to Pagosa Springs and we decided to get a condo outside of the Wyndham Property. We loved the "homey' feel here. The amenities were perfect for us. My family loved having game night almost every night we were there. We were able to play a different game every night. The view was amazing! Every morning my husband and I would wake up early and watch the sunrise over the mountains. The pictures are true to the condo. I was so happy to see that! The loft was perfect for my 14 year old to hang out in while my 15 year old daughter hung out in one of the bedrooms during our down times. The location was great. We enjoyed the rec center. It was VERY busy though. It was a popular place this time.

Town house is super cute and the furniture, beds were very comfortable for our stay .. Beautiful scenery while hanging out on the outside porch and the location was accessible to all we wanted to do.. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Our stay was perfect! The kitchen was so well stocked that I never needed for anything. Like being home. Super convenient location and easy to find. Loved the mud room for our hiking stuff. Gorgeous views of the mountains as well as the golf course. Soft, nice beds and plenty of choices of bedding. The air conditioner was needed in June and was quiet and easy to work. Loved it.

We made a trip all the way from Moan Utah to Colorado via the back off roads in our Jeep. The week stay at the end of our trip in this place made my girls and my wife extremely happy, so much that every day we will wake up after 10 am.. amazing place, location is perfect to the grocery store (City Market), restaurants. This is way better than down town Pagosa. The Condo had everything to make us feel like we wre in our home!!! Absolutely Loved it!!!

Super nice property with all the extras to make you feel welcome. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need and it's conveniently located in Pagosa Springs. Will definitely be back!

My family and I loved this place. It was stocked so great with lots of added details like a list of local great places to eat and a welcome bag of goodies. We loved that it wasn't right in town but within minutes. I booked it bc of the view of the mountains, and it was as I'd hoped when we got there. Check in couldn't have been easier. We'd love to come back and stay again!

Really nice place and we enjoyed our stay so much. Just needed some tightening of screws on railing going down to den and in Master bathroom hooks. Outside patio was very nice but we had to clean it a little. I would stay again for sure!!

This was a perfect place for a girl’s trip! The view was amazing!! Everything we did was very close, yet it felt private and away from tourists. Pagosa Springs was lovely!

The location is great and the condo is well laid out. The only issue we had involved a screen door to the porch that would not open, but it was no big deal. Everything was well maintained, well stocked and convenient
