Beautiful home with stunning views of jungle and ocean. The home was well stocked with all the basics. The pool and patio area was the highlight of the property. On arrival we were greeted by Camillo the property manager. He helped us settle in, which made us feel at home. The location could not have been better.

We had a wonderful vacation with a group of 16 friends. Everything about the trip was perfect. Camilo setup transportation, cars, trips, etc. All were top notch, amazing operators and great fun. Chef Ronald and the whole house crew took extremely good care of us and all our absurdities throughout the week. I think we might have broken the record for amount of wine consumed, but it was always paired with amazing food options cooked up. We caught a bunch of tuna one day which they prepared perfectly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Anaka. The location was a little off the beaten path but we loved the privacy that this provided and the views were spectacular. The house was just a short ride to most places that we wanted to go so we didn’t even rent a car. The only thing we didn’t enjoy about the view was a large green screen (where construction had been set to take place) that obstructed about 1/3 of it. However, even if we had known about the green screen ahead of time, we still would’ve chosen to stay here. The house itself was wonderful, very bright and airy. It was so clean and had everything that we needed to feel cozy and at home. The master bedroom had a separate entrance to the outside and no indoor connection to the rest of the house which worked for us as we have older kids but would’ve made us a little nervous if they were younger. We loved all of the wildlife surrounding the house including, scarlet macaws, hawks, vultures, owls, a Costa Rican raccoon, many iguanas and lizards and more. Last, but certainly not least, Camilo was amazing. We enjoyed every tour that be recommended and he was quick to respond whenever we needed anything, no matter what time or day of the week. He arranged all of our transportation with trusted drivers including the shuttle to and from the airport. Caesar, who drove us most of the time, took such good care of us all week and Ricardo, who drove van to and from the airport, was so sweet and kind. We felt so taken care of all week which really allowed us all to relax. We loved everything about our stay and none of the four of us wanted to leave. It was by far the best vacation we have ever been on and can’t wait to go back!

Both my teen boys and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Anaka and felt very welcomed. The house was extremely well cleaned and had an abundance of supplies. I loved that there were coffee filters, coffee, sugar, champagne and water at the ready when we arrived. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well equipped and the numerous windows really took advantage of the location. We all enjoyed the pool with its warm, comfortable water. We did not lack for anything. The views were spectacular, however, they were not 360 degrees. Casa Anaka is next to a tall and long green tarp that blocks what appears to be a work sight. This tarp unfortunately eliminates about 1/3 of the beautiful view from being seen. That was the only thing I felt took away from the overall ambiance and luxurious feel of the location.

The property was beautiful. The concierge Camilo was very responsive and so helpful in arranging tours, recommendations for restaurants, etc. Any small issues that arose were promptly addressed. Manuel Antonio was wonderful and a short drive away. Such an incredible trip in a beautiful country. We did not want to leave.

Villa Anaka......was awesome, it had everything we needed and more. All the employees (housekeeper, concierge, taxi service, etc.) were very helpful, when we needed something or had a question(s). The pool was nice and big, enough room to have some family members over to hang out during the day by pool. It was very private. Our nephew's wedding took place in costa rica at a hotel only 8 minutes away from villa. The concierge made sure to book us a ride to and from the wedding and reception. Awesome sunrises and sunsets each day/night. We loved all the large glass windows to just sit and look out each day/evening to enjoy the wild life, flowers, mountain view, ocean view, etc. If you can, hire one of the private chefs to cook you some excellent meals you won't be disappointed! There are some really great restaurants not far from the villa. Just call a taxi and only a few minutes ride you will be eating a great meal. We would recommend this villa to family, friends, and hope to be back some day in the near future. We would like to thank all the employees at Villa Anaka for taking great care of us and the villa! The property is sunning with the most beautiful views. Very convenient to Manual Antonio National park and great restaurants. Communication with Camillio was great and he offered wonderful restaurant recommendations.

From the beginning of our stay to our departure, everything was fantastic. The house was clean and very accommodating. We woke to beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean. The pool was beautiful and inviting. Our concierge took very good care of us, arranging our excursions and transportation. It was a very memorable trip and we would definitely stay at Casa Anaka again.

Our time at Casa Anaka was nothing short of extraordinary! While the pictures online are beautiful, it is even more amazing in person. Everything about this property was incredible. Camilo contacted us soon after our booking to help us arrange our time in Manuel Antonio. He was amazing! He is what really made this property stand out! The tours he arranged for us were top notch. All of the people that drove us and guided us were friendly, patient and full of personality. He even arranged a private chef for us the night of our arrival so we could just check in and relax! He also arranged for food to be delivered to our house one evening from a local restaurant. The best Costa Rican food for amazing prices! He was such an asset! The property is beautifully maintained. The trees, flowers and wildlife are amazing. It was a photographer’s dream! Each day we had 4 scarlet macaws that came in the morning and sat amongst the trees. Then they would return in the evening. We also had a pair of toucans visit most evenings. Out of the backside of the house you could see the mountains and the lush rainforest and if you looked out the front of the house you could see the ocean. Picture perfect sunrises and sunsets! The house was spotless and well stocked. We grilled out one evening and cooked dinner inside one evening as well. The children woke up early to take a dip in the pool before we went out for the day and then we all ended our day in the pool as well. To sum it up, stay here if you have the opportunity! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing view, great house and extremely helpful concierge. The house looks as described but be aware that one bedroom is attached to the rest of the house but not accessible from the inside. It worked for us since we have teenagers but might not be the best set up for smaller children. Nonetheless, I could not recommend a better place!

While this rental is a guest house to a much larger property, it was just perfect for a party of 6. Actually, we found the pool, and it’s view to be even better than the main house. We absolutely loved the view from the balcony and the sunsets can’t be beat, with toucans and macaws visiting daily. There was a particular toucan that pecked at its reflection in the window every morning, which was quite loud, but just an amazing site to see, so we didn’t mind. We had three chefs prepare meals on site and I would highly recommend chef Julio and chef Michael, both prepared such delicious food and were so accommodating and friendly. Our concierge, Camilo, was very responsive and attentive. The only minor hiccup was when checking in, specifically trying to locate the property. Most rental properties will include detailed directions online, prior to check-in, because Wayz or Google Maps isn’t always reliable, which was the case. So that’s just one recommendation, but otherwise we found our stay to be absolutely incredible and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality, Pura Vida!

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and quiet. Yet, it was only minutes from the national park the beaches and popular restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone. The staff was very helpful. From the time of booking they began contacting us to help create our personalized itenerary. The booked excursions and made dinner reservations so that we did not have to.

What a glorious spot! Casa Karma, our first stop over looked the ocean while being surrounded by flora. Macaus woke us in the morning and iguanas visited the deck. Great kitchen, tons of space and very comfortable. Villa Anaka was our second stop. The macaus visited there as well and the iguanas enjoyed sunny themselves poolside. Wonderful! Camilo, our concierge for both was terrific. He set up tours for us, procured the freshest fish and had it delivered to us, and was always helpful and kind. We didn’t rent a car so he arranged for our pickup at the airport and return to San Jose. Ask him if Albert can be your driver, he’s a gem. We’re already looking at returning with friends next year

I can not recommend this property enough. Don't look any further- just book it now and go!!! Not only was the listing accurate, but it was WAY better than we expected. We have stayed in rental homes all over the world and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need- included a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioner, and a washer and dryer. It was also very private. Instead of humans, we shared the property with a family of Scarlett Macaws, a family of Toucans, monkeys, and giant iguanas. It was incredible! And the location- WOW!!! You are high up in the hills, so you have amazing views of the mountains in one direction and the ocean in the other. But all of the restaurants and grocery stores are only a mile away! It's very convenient. We ate breakfast at the house, lunch was usually included in our ecotours, and then went into town for dinner each night (every restaurant they recommended was delicious!) But it was the concierge, Camilo, who took our vacation to another level. He had a rental car delivered to the house for us and he even scheduled our Covid tests at the house on our last day, so we could fly back to the states. He set up our horseback riding, kayaking, and park tours with the most knowledgeable and personable guides. But he also suggested that we give ourselves plenty of downtime to enjoy the home and its views. And he was right! The pool area was so beautiful and private. We spent every afternoon out there, creating great family memories. To sum it up- this is a beautiful home with breathtaking views and a top notch staff to help you with anything you need. We can't wait to go back again soon!

We booked on short notice. The property managers were quick and easy to work with. The villa is on a peak with views of the mountains and the sea. The unit was clean and modern. The beds and linens were comfortable. The air conditioning, electronics, and wifi worked well. The wifi is not quite USA speeds but with 5 people watching videos what do you expect. The concierge, Camilo was helpful with arranging tours, food and drink and transportation. I have nothing negative. Book with confidence. Pura Vida!

This place was better than expected. The views are amazing, and the pool is much better than the more expensive house next door that we also had rented.

Our family of four had an amazing time staying in this house and Manuel Antonio. The concierge, Mefi, met us in town and showed us the way to the house. Prior to, and throughout our stay, he was very helpful in providing information, and organizing the chef, beach chair reservations, and any tours we wanted. The house was perfect, the views spectacular, and the pool was used constantly. We hired a chef for 2 of the nights, and José prepared, and cooked, the most delicious dinners. He was also very respectful of our space, and cleaned everything. There are beautiful beaches a short distance away; especially in Manuel Antonio Park. We strongly recommend!

The house is quite beautiful and spacious and the pool is one of the best we’ve seen. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and food markets. The area is very safe with a guarded entrance. While the views of the surrounding mountains are lovely, there is limited view of the sea.

Every step of the process of staying in this home was smooth, easy, and warm! Booking through Pablo was a breeze, and although we had a transition in concierge service before arriving, the company made the transition smooth and easy, and Mefi welcomed us in person when we arrived at the home! They helped us book amazing excursions, including surfing with Rogelio (a highlight for my boys, ages 6 and 9), and a Jungle Night Tour with Brian (an awesome adventure). I also recommend horseback riding through Rancho Tipico Don Juan, as well as the Ocean King catamaran tour and a hike through Manuel Antonio park! Mefi communicated with us beforehand so that we would know how much cash we needed to have on hand for the tours, and gave us a personal tour of the home when we arrived. Our maid, Sadie, was a dream. Each day when we return from our tours, the house was clean and our laundry done and folded. The home is exactly what we pictured. Luxurious but still homey, with a stunning pool and windows overlooking majestic vistas of both ocean and mountains. The house is comfortable and beautiful at the same time. In true typical Costa Rican style, the builder and property manager, Roberto, met with me one evening to give me a tour of the property, and visited with our family, becoming a personal friend. We had a sendoff by the entire staff that we met while there, Sadie, Mefi, Roberto, and his adorable dog all came to say goodbye the morning and we left! The natural beauty of Costa Rica is unparalleled, but more than anything, so is the beauty of its people. There is no doubt that we plan to return, hopefully sooner rather than later!

What an amazing Villa, planning my holiday for 2020 already. The villa looks better in real and we saw many toucans, macaws and monkeys within the gated community. I will for sure recommend the villa to our friends and family.

Unforgettable stay in Casa Anaka!! Everything was perfect and Johan, the concierge, did an outstanding job taking care of us. The house is perfectly decorated and the rooms are comfortable with plenty of space. The pool has dark rocks so water was always at the right temperature especially at night. These word will never do any justice to how this house is perfect to know and live an amazing Costa Rican experience near parque Manuel Antonio. No doubt we will repeat this experience!!! My wife and I were celebrating milestone Birthdays with another couple and we took a chance on renting this property. We've never rented a Vacation Villa before and we were a little nervous taking a chance on a different way to enjoy a vacation. We usually book category 7 Hotels when we vacation and this was a new experience for us. What an experience we had...!!! The property was beautiful, nestled in the hills above Quepos with panoramic views and a stunning pool. The accommodations were first class with elegant decor and stunning views of the valley. The service was just like staying in a luxury hotel with constant access to Johan - our Concierge. Whatever we needed, he provided with excellent communication and service. If we needed groceries, we just texted him and they showed up via delivery. If we needed transportation, he always had someone he trusted to transport us anywhere we wanted to go. It was so easy to book activities as he was very knowledgeable about the tour, the tour operators, and the activities. We even had to cancel a tour because we got too much sun and he was able to get everything cancelled at the last minute. The service was top notch and he always had a smile on his face. We booked a private Chef to prepare Breakfast and Dinner for us each day, Jose was our Chef for the week and he prepared traditional Costa Rican meals for us each day, He was a delight to work with and the food was first class. You couldn't get better food at a high end restaurant - it was that good. Truly amazing. Rosa was our Housekeeper for the week and she was a delight, always fresh and smiling, she would put little flower petals on the towels each day while keeping the house immaculate. She was such a delight to work with. All in all, this was a first class vacation. We wanted a place to unplug from our busy lives and forget about work for a while. Johan and his team made that possible. It was amazing to see the sunrise and sunset each day, hang by the pool and relax while watching beautiful birds fly over your head. We had a flock of Macaws that would visit us each morning and they were so colorful and beautiful. It was a magical thing to watch. We are already talking about our next trip and we'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for all you did for us Johan, Jose, and Rosa.
