We stayed at this property with our two adult children, their spouses, and our two grandchildren (ages 3 and 1.5). There was plenty of room for all of us, the beds and couches were very comfortable, and the kitchen had a great variety of tools, cookware and dishes. There were also games, puzzles and pool toys for all ages to enjoy. The property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The property manager and owner were both very responsive to our questions. All together a wonderful stay.

Great place. Needed to know we had to order linens. Had to buy; toilet paper, towels,dish detergent, paper towels. Otherwise satisfied

The location of this house is perfect. The walk to the beach was super convenient. The kids loved the pool. The house was spacious enough to give everyone room to spread out. The baby items were a great bonus but dated. We were under the impression the house would have toilet paper and paper towels. It did not which caused issues when we first got there and needed to use the bathroom. Cannot wait for our next vacation!

Great property, great location to Oregon inlet fishing center. Pool was a lifesaver in this heat!

If you're looking for a place by the beach that sleeps a lot of people this house certainly fits the bill. The location is very good. However, this property has been significantly neglected. My group consisted of all adults spending a long weekend together. Communication with the property manager was good. We were even able to gain access to the property a bit early which made life much easier. We were disappointed that many of the sheets that were provided did not fit the beds on the property but the property manager dropped off larger sheet sets for us. Our pleasant experience ended there. We immediately noted that the house did not appear clean. There were quite a few palmetto bugs running around the floors on all levels. The walls were soiled, especially the stairway leading up to the top floor which was a sticky mess and clearly dirty. The outer glass to the oven door was shattered and glass remained on the floor of the kitchen which we realized while we were walking around in bare feet. One of the chairs in the family room had a broken rear leg that caused an older family member to tumble on the floor when sitting down. A door on the second floor had a large dent, probably from being kicked in. The house seemed to be quite neglected overall. We reached out to the owner prior to writing this review. He initially appeared interested in discussing our stay, but like this property, we were left disappointed. There was no follow-up to discuss our concerns.

Great Location. There were 2 clogged shower drains and the management company quickly sent someone out to fix.

My friends and I stayed at the property for a few days. The house is very clean, spacious, and the location is prime! It is great for a family vacation with kids of any age, or for a getaway with friends. The hot tub and pool were great too. Chris was very easy going and the check in/out process was smooth. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This house was perfect for our group of friends. It has everything you could need for a beach vacation with easy access to the beach itself. The owner is responsive in communications. We can’t wait to stay again soon!

Great house for our family to start our two weeks at OBX. The beach access was easy and the beach itself provided a great waves for everyone. communication with the owner was also a plus.

This was a great spot for our family vacation! The house had tons of stuff for kids, including toys, a pack and play, baby gates, etc. The pool was fabulous, although there is no shade out there whatsoever. Great location for the beach and ice cream places! The owner was communicative and accommodating, both in the months leading up to our stay and while we were there. I would definitely recommend this property!

We really liked the location of this house. Very short walk to a public beach access point and with kids, this is huge haha. Chris was always quick to respond to any questions we had and resolved any issues along the way! Thank you very much for lending us your house and I will say the hammock chairs were a favorite of mine with coffee in the mornings out on the top deck!!!

The home was as pictured. The pool and hot tub were great. The management company has not been taking care of this property. Light bulbs were out in the microwave, the dining chandelier, and in some lamps. One bathroom exhaust fan did not work. There was some mold in the bathroom tile, and shower liners were dirty or moldy. The property owner was very responsive and did get the management company over to address everything. I do recommend this property as the owner did respond quickly.

Fantastic location which made walking to and from the beach such a breeze. Everyone had an amazing time and we can not recommend the property enough.

We had an excellent time! The property was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. The price was very affordable.

Place was nice but the dishwasher was broke when we arrived, which made cleaning up after 13 people somewhat difficult! Things break though - definitely understood - and they had a rep come look at it on the weekend, which was a really fast response time. Overall super awesome experience and would book again.

Family and friends - 3 generations - had a great time. Very comfortable. Nice furnishings. Very close to beach, and well-situated for shopping, local brewery and other non-beach activities.

Great location and close to the beach with beach access close by. Great views from the 3rd floor and 2nd floor balconies. Having the kitchen and the living area at the top floor meant a bit of a hassle to move all stuff on check-in/check-out days, but we ended up spending most of the time in that area chatting while enjoying the view. So totally worth it. Bedrooms were spacious with large private bathrooms. Close to a whole bunch of attractions. Pool and hot tub were great as well. Pool area could use some more shade to make it more convenient to hang around. Great stay overall!

Nice Location and almost everything is accessible in 10 minutes

For 8k rental fee very disappointed with overall quality of property Blinds that didn’t work unmade beds sheets and linens that did not fit missing light bulbs continually unclogging toilets coffee mugs from a rummage sale. Furniture shabby and very worn. :( Nothing was very high end at all about this property. Just being completely candid.

Our stay was amazing. From the pool, hot tub, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to the large kitchen / living room area on 3rd floor. Everything exceeded our expectations. Other than the outback lights not working for the pool area at night time, everything was perfect!

The house was great, in awesome shape and conveniently located to shopping + the beach.

Was disappointed in the appearance of the house when we first arrived, as the people staying before us didnt take the trash to the curb and there were a lot of flies inside the house due to the trash bins being right by the front door. However, we were able to get the flies mostly eliminated. The house was ok, but the location was great. Literally a few steps from beach access and close to a lot of the activities outside of the beach. There were lots of toys for the kids already at the house and it served our purpose just fine. TVs were large and the pool and hot tub were excellent. We did have a minor issue with the hot tub upon arrival, but the property owner was extremely quick to respond and solve the issue the same day! He was great to work with and his communication was excellent. If you're looking for a house close to the beach and within a mile or two of great food and activities like golf or Jockey's Ridge, I would definitely recommend it.

This house was conveniently located by public access to the beach and had a nice pool outdoor area. The inside of the house was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. It seemed as if they didn’t even clean anything (sand everywhere, crumbs still on the counters, pots and pans uncleaned and put back in storage). In addition to this, this was some sort of leak that created mold in the basement bedroom and we found a dead lizard in there along with a living frog. There were renters that checked out that day so I find it unlikely that they didn’t report this. The owner was pretty responsive, but there was really nothing he could do during our quick stay. Overall, it was OK for a quick weekend, but I definitely expected more.

We all loved the house and our stay!

Property was well represented and accommodated my family well for our vacation. We arrived to the property at 4pm on the day of check-in and a cleaner and her mother were still there rushing to clean and advised us that they found out about the place needing to be cleaned just a short while before we arrived. Once they "finished" we discovered that the floors, rails, and surfaces (including tubs) were still very dirty. We did our own cleaning of the property once our toddlers had very dirty feet and our 87 year old grandmother was coughing from excess dust. Property did not have soap or paper products but owner did comp for these items. Internet did not work till the last day for some reason. There was also a broken chair and window trim was broken when we arrived which caused serious hazards especially to our kids (and the inconvenience of being without seating) and was not handled during our stay there. Other then these annoying items (that could have been handled during our week stay), we had a great stay at this home. Owner is VERY responsive but the property manager seems to be non-involved!

We had a blast. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room. 2 minute walk to the beach :) The place was clean. Loved that it had a pool and hot tub.

Communication between me and the owner and property management company was great. Seems communication between the owner and the property management company could be better. Even though we reserved and paid for the place months in advance, the management company didn't know we were coming until the morning of our arrival. The night before our check-in, I had contacted the owner since we had not received check-in information from the management company, as promised by the owner. The next day, the morning of our arrival, I got a call from the management company. I was told by the management company that they just found out about the rental that morning. There were a few small issues at check-in. No top sheets on some of the beds. No soap in a couple of the bathrooms. Some dirty spots on the floors. All quickly fixed once we reached out to the owner and management company. The location was perfect for our weekend. The beds were clean and comfortable. The amenities at the home were good and the kitchen had all we needed to make and serve our meals. The pool and hot tub were perfect. It was a safe, comfortable place to stay.
