I am still waiting to be refunded the pound deposit I paid. Although only a pound, its more the principle.

That breakfast was included and I could take away or eat in the room. Why do you give 2 (on my second day)or three (on my first day) butters for one croissant. Its a waste of money, product and packaging.

No hair dryer to borrow. No shower gel or shampoo. For the price I wouldn't expect mini ones but a self serve container in the shower cubicle would have been really useful I had to go out and buy some. The room window was frosted and locked shut which made the room claustrophobic. Air conditioning worked well though so wasn't hot.

The bed was so comfortable! We visited this hotel a few weeks ago and had a smaller room, but when speaking to the reception staff, upon this visit, we had our room upgraded and it was a lot better! Staff were friendly and are always there to help us.

Complete mess up with room booking. Eventually we compromised and a twin was found for us. We had booked an accessible/ family room with double bed and sofa. On arrival we were shown to a double room. After an hour eventually accepted the twin room after having been told it was fully booked. There was no window in the room. The tv did not work no response from text sent to the reception. Initially no key for the room though that was supplied after about another hour. Not a place I would recommend

Cleaners walked into our room without knocking telling us that check out was 12 but we had only just checked in....this also happened the morning after....we had our room for 2 days. The room was also not cleaned properly when we arrived....very poor standards

Everything the bed was comfortable it was clean
