This location is a super short walk to the beach and the beds are comfy! Needs more art on the walls and the kitchen could use salt/pepper/oil and hot pads for the oven.

Amazing, perfect, wonderful! We were so sad to leave. Trying to book another stay ASAP. We loved the unit, the location, the beach, and the adorable town that is within biking distance. This will be our new vacation spot!!!

My husband I stayed for our anniversary. The location is great, the apartment is roomy (it still would be if we brought our three kids the next time). It was clean, kitchen was stocked with necessities for cooking and cleaning. Bed was comfy. Overall, great place that we would definitely book again.

The only issues we had was at Check in, the door code was not correct and they were doing some sort of construction on the unit next door that was rather loud.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location in Carpinteria. Checking in and out was simple. We had everything we needed in the kitchen (which makes me so happy!). Kids had comfy beds and so did we. Couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely be rebooking again. Thank you!

Perfect location for popping over to the beach or walking into town. Lovely beach view from the balcony. Jacuzzi was great for warming up after surfing. Efficient kitchen . Great items in the beach closet!! My husband and son loved the recliner couch!! A great place to stay!

1/2 block to beach and quick walk to The Spot, the local Brewery, Thai food, Little Dom’s. etc. Condo is very clean with modern upgrades throughout. We’d rent this place again in a heartbeat

We spent a week at this condo and found it to be clean, attractive, and so perfect for our family. We could see and hear the ocean from our bedrooms. The pool is an added bonus, and the condo is not directly adjacent to it. We could easily walk to town for great restaurants. We love this place and highly recommend it!

Traveled to the Santa Barbara area for our daughter’s college graduation. Found this listing and fell in love!! ALL amenities, property as listed or BETTER. Clean, excellent location, beautiful unit! Accommodations exceeded expectations! It is a two-story unit w/rather steep staircase, may not be suitable for young children… Only (minor) (-) was: no goo-gone in unit. :-( We took a couple of walks along the beach; nice weather, lovely ocean sounds and scent… awesome patio! Carpinteria is awesome— will be back!!!thank you!

Condo was awesome. Newly renovated. Modern appliances. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Excellent location as we were 2 minute walk from beach. Definitely would stay here again.

We never drove - walked to shopping, restaurants and the beach !! Pool was clean and warm. It was December and we swam everyday. Traveling across the country - we were happy that there were basics; power towels, soap etc to get started. Carpinteria has a grocery store and organic food store. Less than a block from the beach. Clean, comfortable, and everything in good condition. Plus beach chairs and umbrellas were provided.

Although expensive the property was very nice and the location just wonderful. Carpenteria has a terrific "beach vibe".
