it was a waste of money no cleanliness and timeliness bad service and no decoram

staff most courteous, excellent food, excellent clean, very relaxing rooms and wonderful ambiance ,I have travelled manyplaces but nothing like this

poor accommodation … unclean rooms completely different from the pictures ..

Not recommended, worst hotel to stay

Not value for money/ Bad smell/ staff looks like fully drunk during day time

When I booked the property, it was mentioned breakfast was complementary, however I ended up paying for it and was not good too.

Place is not clean, internet was patchy, bathroom was dirty, room had no ventilation.

Except for the staff, everything else is so bad, I mean the hotel.

Everything how a hotel should be. This is not hotel, should be called a lodge.

Service boys behaviour and location for my work was good

Behaviour of Property manager was worse. When I told him why my room is not ready then he replied me that go and see other hotel.I complaint to fab then after talking with fab customer care he told me that "wo kya kr lega Mera..aap room chhodo aur jaao...avi mai ye room 4000 me rent pr dega..aapne pura payment pehle Kiya hai usko le kr aapko room de rha hu ni to room v ni deta ..subah se booking k baad 25 logo ko lauta chuka hu..fab wale ko complain kr rhe ho aap...wo kya kr lega Mera"..After that he was getting angry on me because I had booked room from fab at discounted price so he was telling me "aap room chhod k jaao avi mera ye room 4000 k niche ni book hoga...aapne pura payment pehle Kiya hai usi karan room de rha Varna booking k baad v m room ni deta...subah se 25 logo k booking wale ko lauta chuka hu"..he has too much ego that his hotel is at good location and at reachable distance from us embassy.
