The 3 master bedrooms and views from all rooms were spectacular and set this house apart from all the others(8-10) I have rented over the years in this neighborhood!

Family bonding trip with rainy weather. There wasn't much to do but play games and work on a giant puzzle. The house was great, perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with items (platters/bowls, etc) needed for larger group dining. One of the cabinet doors was broken when we arrived, so we contacted Vacasa and they took care of it right away. Check out process was super easy too.

Great kitchen for cooking family meals with fabulous views from every room. Lost power one night, and had to do a little maintenance (batteries out on a thermostat and flash lights didn’t work), but they were quick to help. Rooms were cleaned, although a couple downstairs were dusty. Never the less, we’d go back.

We had no “stay” to enjoy. Prior to check-in we had a medical emergency, couldn’t make the trip, and had to forfeit our complete payment per policy. Even though I notified Vacasa that we weren’t coming, we continued to receive texts and emails from Vacasa during our rental period which continued to remind me about our misfortune having to cancel. Aside from the medical emergency, it took a month to receive a definitive answer to my question about whether or not the mattresses throughout the property were replaced. (There were negative comments about the condition of the mattresses beginning in 2021.) I was finally notified that two new mattresses would be delivered the day AFTER our departure. Alas, future renters will enjoy the new mattresses despite my group getting the fuzzy lollipop.

Unbeatable views looking out to the ocean and Bodega Harbor. The house was perfect for three couples and a few babies. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the big front windows make watching the sunset a must do event.

The home is perfectly laid out, three primary bedrooms, and well equipped kitchen and facilities.

The views are amazing from every room. Perfect for 3 couples. Having bathrooms in each bedroom is a plus! House was very clean and had all the kitchen supplies needed to prepare and serve meals. Patio and hot tub was very nice…weather was perfect so we were able to spend a lot of time outside. Will definitely stay here again.

Really nice place with great accommodations!

Are stay at the house was lovely. The location was great with wonderful views of bodega Bay. The kitchen was fabulously stocked with everything we could ever use; each bedroom had its own view of the day and it’s all in the bathroom. Lots of towels, beach towels And amenities. Absolutely a beautiful home and a quiet neighborhood with fabulous views.

Gorgeous home with 3 master suites and ocean views from every room! Awesome sunsets! Well equipped kitchen and great outdoor space for entertaining. Fabulous golf course, walking trail to the beach and short day trip to Armstrong Redwoods Natural Reserve. Plenty of wineries to chose from, especially enjoyed Korbel! Most relaxing vacation EVER!!

Great views of the water, deer and bunnies…

The house was beautiful, large and spotless. The views were amazing and the house was bright and welcoming. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed taking walks in the area. The location was great, very close to Doran Beach and shops and restaurants. We also saw lots of wildlife from the house which was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was very spacious. We look forward to visiting the home again.

The house is lovely with a very well stocked kitchen. We were able to find everything we needed when fixing our meals in the large kitchen which made it easy for multiple people to be working at the same time. In addition, the rooms were comfortable each having a water view. We were able to relax and do a little exploring of the area and had a wonderful meal at Terrapin Creek Restaurant in Bodega Bay.

The house is beautiful, well laid out with gorgeous views. The kitchen is well stocked, our group enjoyed the hot tub. That being said, we had issues with one of the electric blinds in the living room not working, along with issues with the refrigerator. I made 3 phone calls to the VACASA management with NO help. They promised a repairman would come, no one contacted us or showed up! When we stayed at Eagles Nest a year ago, we had quick response, thirty minutes, to a problem with the furnace. VACASA management is horrible, we paid for service and did not receive any help!

This house was great. The kitchen is huge and the views are wonderful.

Great views and large spacious rooms with a well appointed kitchen. Just fabulous!

The property is very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. I did have some difficulty prior to arrival due to a change in property management oversight so I didn’t know what their requirements were. Also, I could not get the entry code until the arrival day which is unreasonable to me. Texting seems to be the only communication mode so if you have a concern it is not easily resolved.

The hot tub was not working on arrival. No one following up to get it fixed

LOVED the property; everything we needed as a home away from home. Super clean, extra linens and extra everything. Check in/out on my phone; absolutely wonderful. The surrounding area needs a Safeway and Target w/in 15 minutes; their stores are extremely limited and wayyy overpriced. If we stay there again, we will bring everything we need from home. Restaurants are ok; overpriced for quality of food. But the property was AWESOME!!!

We stayed here for a fun girls weekend getaway! We wished we booked this place for an extra few days because it was blissful. The house is immaculate, the accommodation was so comfortable and instantly felt like home. The views out of every window are impressive and stunning! We loved waking up to the ocean view and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and updated kitchen. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a gorgeous and peaceful home to take in the relaxation and restorative nature of the home and Bodega Bay.
