A lovely mid century beach house that is very roomy and has everything you need and easy to find. Kitchen drawers are labeled for ease of item location. The owners were very responsive to our issues which was me not being too savvy in operating the tv remote; very patiently walked me through it. Also we ran out of gas for grill and couldn’t get the old tank off. We went to watch the sunset and when we returned the new tank was on! Great location to shops, restaurants and the beach. My favorite part was the pool. It’s perfect and the water temperature was great. It felt especially warm around noon when the air temperature was cooler than the water. We really enjoyed everything and absolutely want to return and want to stay here if at all possible. Thank you for making our vacation absolutely perfect!

Diamond Surf was an awesome spot! The owners were great to work with….the house was much bigger than we anticipated and perfect for our family. The pool was great to come back to after a long (short walk) day at the beach! We highly recommend staying at Diamond Surf!

The house is one of our favorites. It’s clean with plenty of space. Everything for home or the beach is provided. Just bring your swimsuit. The pool area is perfect. The hosts provide great communication.

The Diamond Surf property was absolutely perfect for a week of vacation on AMI for my wife and I. The property was just as described and showcased in the listing and the location is perfect for getting to Pine St, the beaches, the trolley, and many other places! Having all the beach essentials like chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon and more was a great addition that made getting to and from the beach easy. Mark and Ramona were extremely easy to communicate with. Our stay was a few days after Idalia went through and they were proactively sending emails before and after it keeping us updated on whether or not the property and Island received any major damage (which thankfully they didn't) which eased our minds significantly prior to travelling down there. Would stay at again in the future!

We have vacationed in Anna Maria several times, this was the best one yet! Diamond Surf was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was wonderful, the house had everything we needed, and the Griffin’s were great hosts. We will definitely be back next year😊

The home was well maintained. The owners had everything you would need during your stay… beach towels, beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs, pool/beach noodles. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

walking distance(short walk ,1 block) to a beautiful spot on the beach, all you needed for the beach was there for you and in good shape (nice towels, wagons, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys etc), house was super clean and kept up well. It was just me and my husband but would have been just as perfect for a little family or to have invited another couple. Pool was private. You can walk to the Pier, shops, and restaurants from the house too. We would live there!

What a wonderful trip! This was my 4th trip to the island and I keep coming back. The rental was so relaxing and the best location as we were close enough to walk to many favorites, like Ginny & Jane’s and Slim’s. The beach by the Sandbar is my favorite beach spot & Scott’s Deli delivered to our tent by beach concierge! The pool & outdoor space is great and the house is well equipped. I will definitely rent here again!

Nice cottage, well equipped and excellent location.

This was our first time on the island, traveling with two teenagers. We loved the pool and my son spent a lot of time playing basketball on the neighboring property! I've stayed in many condos and this home was very well-equipped with the little things that make vacation so much more relaxing. The house is a very short walk to the beach and approximately a mile from the Pine Avenue shops and restaurants. We preferred the more laid-back nature of the north side of the island than the more chaotic south side. We will definitely be back to AMI and Diamond Surf!

House had all the beach essentials. Wonderful location and host. Enjoyed being able to walk to beach, breakfast locations and shops. Traveler note - we found Uber very difficult to secure on the island, if needing a ride to the airport use local transportation options (there are many, just line them up well in advance). Look forward to going back!

The house is in a great location on AMI. Beach access is a short walk and the pool area was great. The house had everything we needed for a n enjoyable stay on Anna Maria.

Our family had a great stay on AMI. This property couldn't have suited our needs more perfectly. The house is situated North of the busier areas of the island, but only a short drive to reach. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. It felt like the perfect getaway.

My family stayed at Ramona’s home in AMI and it was superb! It is the perfect escape for a young family, we had our 3.5 and 7 year old kids, plus my husband and I. The house was stocked w/ all the beach essentials you need, plus a beautiful & private yard with a private pool to enjoy after a day at the beach. Close to many restaurants and right across from the beach access road. The house was clean, very well maintained and enough room for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely be back, as we visit AMI almost every year and this has been our fav VRBO rental yet. Thank you, Ramona!!! Everything from booking, check in and throughout stay Ramona and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. Property in perfect location close to all amenities. Added bonus if trolley stop right at end of street. House has everything and more that you could possibly need. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back.

There was no AC they knew was broken, they tried to fix at the day we arrived , a day later it was broken again, we had 83 degrees inside the house was insane, the washer was also broken and in disgusting condition. The Grill was broken, the pool was dirty. Very old Faded towels he brought some I had complaint, the beach chairs are corroded. Offer this house for rent was a push. We had to move out on third day, even though owner return our money we still lost money from Vrbo and we waste looking for a place our new place it very unpleasant experience. It was lack of honesty here.

Our second time staying here and the location, house and pool will certainly entice us back.

Diamond surf made my family feel like we are home! The house was so clean and well-maintained. They have everything you would need for your stay. My 14 and 11 year-old kids had so much fun at the pool and enjoyed the board games every day. Ramona and Mark are very kind and quick to respond to take care of any of your needs or concerns. The location is perfect, only a few minutes of walking to a quiet and one of the most beautiful beach we’ve ever visited. We tried a free trolley to visit the city pier and the history museum which was a fun experience. We liked the local restaurants- Pizza Social and Mademoiselle Paris restaurant and bakery were our favorites. I highly recommend Diamond surf and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location on house. The house had everything as listed and matched the pics. We love the fully stocked cabinets. The house never felt like anyone was ontop of each other. Our kids loved the pool after beach days. The owners were very quickly to get back from booking the house in the beginning and to the last day when we left. The process was so smooth would defently stay here again. Thank you

My family of four stayed in Diamond Surf for a week and it could not have gone better. The property is an easy walk to a never crowded beach and an even shorter walk to the Trolley stop which takes you wherever you need to go on the island. The backyard is very private and the kids loved the pool while the adults enjoyed a boat drink or two in the shade of the pergola. Diamond Surf is a property you can tell has been taken care of and that the owners care for deeply. We found communications with the owners to be easy and they were very responsive to every question we sent their way, (even the dumb ones!) There are many great houses on the island but it is the owner/operators that often really make the difference in terms of how well a stay can go-these guys made it great and effortless for us. Highly recommend Diamond Surf-especially if you have kids. The convenience of beach/pool/trolley all in one area is hard to beat with little ones in tow, and I would definitely stay again at any property these particular owners have to offer.

The property was just as described in a great location! It was a short walk across the street to the beach and many restaurants and shops near by. We rode our bikes most places and found it to be the easiest due to very little parking options. Anna Maria is beautiful! We will be back for sure!

This entire trip was fabulous! VRBO made it easy to search, The owners, Ramona & Mark were responsive and helpful, the house was perfectly set up for our family of older and younger generations. The pool area was magnificent and the walk to the beach was easy. The beach gear was a real plus. The only drawback was that the chairs we chose to take were a little worn out, but they were others we chose the next day. We did have to buy a few beach towels, as only 5 were provided, but there was a washer/dryer. We just didn’t want to be washing/drying after every outing. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. My mom said the bed was the most comfortable bed she’d ever slept in. I can’t wait to return for a girls trip! Thank you

We very much enjoyed our stay! The only downfall was no shade by the pool for a little break from the sun during the day but definitely not a deal breaker.
