Very nice place. Just as the listing describes. If you have kids they would love the upstairs room with bunks. The stairs going up could be tricky if you have to many cocktails. LOL! Love being on the top floor with only 4 steps up from parking lot made loading and unloading very easy for us. I would recommend. I also like the electric grill on the deck.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Ballparks National. We’re so happy we stayed here. Close to restaurants and shopping but quiet and relaxing for downtime.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had everything we needed. We wished we could have had a fire in the fireplace but it was empty. The kitchen had everything we needed but the knives weren’t that great. The views were fantastic!! I especially loved be able to park in the top lot and not have to lug our things up to the fourth floor!!

We’ve visited the Ozarks for more than 20 years & it’s always a great summer vacation! Condo: Nicely decorated & great location on property and area attractions. The ability to park & walk to condo on the same level was a plus! We had 3 families together, upstairs loft with bunks was perfect for our teens. Beds we’re comfortable. Stocked with almost everything you need in kitchen. Owner was quick to reply to problem with ice maker not working. Nice view of the lake but lots of wasps around on the deck. If you have a boat, this is a perfect location on the lake. Complex: Nice pools but could’ve been cleaned more often for bugs. Pool near lake was much colder. Clean swimming area in the lake with beach was nice. Hot tub on property would be a nice addition. Great fishing from docks, lots of wildlife with turtles, raccoons & deer. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo! We had everything we needed for our 7 adults and 3 children. The loft area was perfect for the older kids and there was a great quiet room in the back for the baby.

We go to the lake every year to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. We always enjoy staying in Jason’s properties. They are clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. The self-check in process is very convenient and Jason has always made himself easily accessible prior to our trip to answer any questions we may have. The property was very spacious and had a great view!

So the start of the trip was a rough one. I booked on the wrong date and only found out after arriving. However, Jason was very understanding. Not only did he find an open reservation for us to book, but he also refund us on full on the old reservation. Thanks to Jason, we were able to have a great time at the lake! The apartment was clean and definitely have enough stay and accommodation for a large group as us. Although we did not get to use all the facilities due to time, they are fantastic! Definitely a great spot if you are planning to go with families, or just a group of friends!

This was a great condo for four friends to stay. Comfortable beds, great location close to all our favorite spots and Jason was very responsive to some issues we had with the tv. Really enjoyed our stay!

Will definitely stay here again . Condo is updated and clean ! Lots of room ! The deck has a great view of the lake. Location is close to redhead , margaritaville , backwater Jack's etc .

Had an amazing time. The place was beautiful with great views off the back deck. Not too far from entertainment options. The beds were super comfortable. All around enjoyable time would stay again if we ever come back down that way.

Awesome place, great pool, great fishing! It sits on an awkward hill, best advice go through the bottom parking and on to the flat parking at the top. Other than that we had an awesome time! Walmart is close also for anything you forgot!

Great Place Convenient

For most part condo was in good shape for age. Things that did not work dish washer leaked, light over kitchen out. Master bath left sink drain slow. Light lamp in second bedroom did not work. Hard to figure out air conditioning setting ,kept changing to 83 degrees

Nice condo with good views. The littles enjoyed the loft/bunk bed area. The beach was a big success with the kids also. Easy checkin/checkout. Biggest issue seemed to be the loft area was warmer than the rest of the condo which wasn’t a big deal except when sleeping.

The house was big enough for all of us 8. It is was comfortable and near of stores.

Very enjoyable time..... My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful views and comfortable condo setting for some much-needed time away. Everything we needed was provided for, it was very quiet, and the owner was very easy to connect with. We will definitely stay again!

The condo was in a great location, next to restaurants and shopping. It was easily accessible to load in and out with the upper parking lot and bridge. We had more than enough room for my family of 4 plus another family of four. The inside was very nicely appointed and very clean. We fished on the docks, and spent our evening watching the sunset and grilling on the deck. We'll definitely be back!
