A lovely well appointed condo. We enjoyed our two week stay.

This place was ideal for my little family. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the ships and waves. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay (except for the weather 🌧️) but did have a great day with sunny skies and a gentle breeze. The condo was perfect!

We have been staying at the Beach Club since they were new. This trip was one we really enjoyed. The view from our unit was amazing and and the unit was very clean and well stocked.

Fantastic weekend in what has to be one of the best units at The Beach Club. End unit with great view of both the ocean and pool. Clean, well decorated and a kitchen with everything you might need. Seamless check-in/out and great communication regarding amenities. Highly recommend!

This condo has everything we need and want in a home! The best are soft, which is not my personal preference but the location is amazing, it’s clean and well appointed with all the items you need. Love love love this unit!!

This was our first time coming to St Simon's island and we were not sure what to expect. We have been to VRBO properties and beach condo's at other beaches in the past. We may just make this our return trip every year to this one property. First, the check in process was the smoothest we have ever had. The communication before hand was clear and thorough. We walked right into our place,and it was immaculate. Very clean, up to date and modern and comfortable. We enjoyed just hanging out in the condo. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked allowing my family who enjoy cooking to make some great dishes. The property faces the water, and the grounds are perfectly manicured and beautiful. We enjoyed being near the pool, and on Sunday, there was some live entertainment at pool side. We enjoyed going down to the pier or just walking on the beach in the evening and seeing the sunset on the tide pools that come up during the afternoon. St Simons was very charming, and we enjoyed renting some bikes and just going around looking at the shops and the community. God willing, we hope to be back .

Had the best time with my husband at this charming condo. Great location and beautifully decorated little place. Have it booked for a girls trip in September! Highly recommend. Terri Warlick

Our family had a great stay at the condo. We loved how convenient it was to local restaurants and shops. We also liked the ocean view and could be at the pool in a minute. Great place and would visit again.

Had a blast staying here and everything was so convenient, from the beach access, the location of the pool, and the condo's location on the Island. We definitely will be back!

This condo is nice overall, but is starting to look somewhat unmaintained and needs a deep cleaning. For example, there is what appears to be black mold on the ceiling of the main bathroom – that really sticks out! Also, the unit’s location is both a positive and a negative: the ocean view is beautiful, but just below the balcony are tables and grills for all guests to use. People collect there throughout the day and evening, making it feel less private and relaxing at times. This would have been a 4 star review but we unfortunately had several issues right away that impacted our stay. We were given the wrong door code and were unable to enter upon arrival. The wifi was not working. If left on, the icemaker leaked water out of the fridge onto the kitchen floor. Worst of all, the right side of the kitchen sink was leaking badly from the garbage disposal. The door code was quickly resolved with a phone call. The wifi was restored late the first night after quite a bit of back and forth. The sink issue was the worst to deal with – grimy water poured out onto the floor the first time we used it. It was gross and we had no choice but to clean up the floor ourselves. Turns out this was a known issue: we found a large bowl under the disposal to collect water, which had overfilled, but there was no note or communication to warn us about this. The owner said she had contacted a maintenance company and thought it had been fixed. But the explanation didn’t make sense. How could a major leak from the kitchen sink be overlooked during cleaning for our check in? It took two days to fix it: one appointment for the maintenance person to look at it and a second the next morning at 7:30 a.m. to replace it. We were told the ice maker leak would also be fixed, but it was not. Any of these issues alone would be understandable, an inconvenience but not a reason for complaint. But dealing with all four over the first few days was the opposite of relaxing on our vacation. The owner was nice when we spoke to her; she apologized repeatedly and offered to extend our stay by 1 night. However, she offered no alternative when we told her we couldn’t change our travel plans, even when we asked about getting a 1 night refund instead. So, we received nothing for our troubles. This is not an inexpensive or budget accommodation option. We expected more, so this was unfortunately one of our worst overall vacation rental experiences.

This was the perfect place for a beach getaway. The accommodations were lovely, and communication, value, and cleanliness all get the highest marks. The view from the unit is beautiful, and it is a short walk to a wonderful, dog-friendly beach. Cannot be beat!

Such a beautiful place to celebrate my birthday. Condo was well appointed, super comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. Margaret was a delight to work with. We will be back.,

This is a MUST STAY property! Spotless, comfortable, great view of the ocean, great beach, gated community. The owner has gone above and beyond in making this a wonderful place to stay. She was also easy and responsive to communicate with through VRBO. Everything has been thought of. We will be coming back here for sure! This is a gem.

Great location for wedding. Easy in and out with great parking. Loved the place with awesome bed, view, deck, and stocked kitchen. Good ac and TVs too!! Will come again

We loved this condo and the views were amazing. Margaret was so easy to work with and communicated through our whole stay! We love the Beach Club so much; we’re able to walk several places and it’s so peaceful!

Absolutely loved this condo. Owner was super responsive, the location of the unit was fantastic and nicely updated space. I really hope we’re able to make it back here sooner rather than later.

This is by far, my favorite condo at St. Simons! I hesitate to rate it, as I would like to keep this little gem for myself! Everything in this condo was top of the line, very clean, well furnished and just beautiful! Great views from both bedrooms and the den. We will visit again!

We have stayed in several condos on St. Simons and so far this one is definitely the nicest. Fairly new upgrades, extremely well stocked kitchen and location within the complex all come together to make this a very nice place to stay. Room was super clean. We’re already talking about next year!

We had stayed at Beach Club several times but the view from this unit was the best! The master bath updates were great, and the condo had everything you would ever need. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The ground around the condos are well-groomed & very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck & looking at the pool area & ocean. Our only "issue" was the den furniture - the sofa & chairs were uncomfortable aznd "well-used". The bathroom is FABULOUS- loved the shower! The master bed was most comfortable too. The kitchen was great too, the lighting & decor throughout this unit was top notch.

Condo was very nice, had everything we needed and was just as depicted in the photos. Plenty of all the necessities were there and even good coffee. Only negative was the condo is located right above the maintenance room and every morning the workers were arriving for their shifts and doing yard work etc and the noise interrupted our sleeping in. For vacation that was not pleasant. Covered parking was a bit tight and we did get a notice that we needed a parking permit - which we had not been told about. However once we got the notice we did get a permit quite easily. Otherwise the view was perfect and the location to the pool/beach/hot tubs was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this St. Simons Property. My husband and I along with our teenage daughter and her friend stayed for their school spring break. The condo is in an awesome location. The property was incredibly clean. The owner was easy to communicate with.
