the ambience is nice. it would be much better if we could stay longer and explore more. the stay itself is nice.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, we booked 2 capsules side by side, double bed is big enough for us, air conditioned, toilet was clean, there’s one kedai makan nearby served delicious local food open from 4-12am and one coffee shop who also served waffle but not open on monday

make sure you get anything before leaving the lobby b’cos the staff will be not there most of the time, my room (no.2) can’t be open from inside luckily we travel with other who can help us open the door from outside, haven’t got any chance to explore the place, it’s raining all day and night and we need to go the very next day because of the flash flood, waterfall and hills were not open during our visit, not enough sitting area cos all wet and not proper cleaned, need more lights on the campsites, need more hanger inside the room, no covered area to go to toilet

Clean bathrooms, and the host made it easy for me to check in as I checked in at night. He messaged me prior to my arrival

I have been here twice and the only problem here is the ventilation. The room was damp , maybe should provided ventilation as the bed and pillows were damp as well. I caught cold due to the poor ventilation. And THE AIRCOND AIR FILTER WASNT CLEANED.

It seems like the properties are not well managed. too many fallen leaves and the place to sit is not clean and not functioning. please change the tent of the place. also the room quite smelly due to the water from the aircond. a suggestion, please put a little roof at the door. no roof at all and water from the rain is easily go in. also, put a little desk on top of the aircond to put things in and a mirror. it will be good to add these two in the tunnel room. very disappointed with the surrounding. so dirty with lot of fallen leaves and overgrown trees. it's not properly managed. even no signboard. famous place but only use banner as signboard ? come on. Anyway, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. that is the only good thing about this place.

Place, concept is nice. Looove the simple, easy to understand the process & the place is as natural as it is. Staff was helpful, polite. there's no tedious forms or whatnot. rooms & bathroom was clean too! love the ambience & concept.

The amenities though. Like the kitchen utensils, refrigerator. It is helpful as we can use it, but should check on the ketchups expiry date, the condition. the cleanliness of the fridge. luckily we came prepare and use our own utensils to cook. Also! it'd be very helpful if there was a designated place for Muslims to pray. dont mind sharing the place, but if we'd have a small place/room to pray, the place would be top notch!
