We stated at cocoa beach towers first week of November 2022 the condo was super clean great location. Right on the beach walking distance to multiple restaurants .it was a great stay we will be back for sure .Ron P

We were down in Cocoa Beach for the Worlds USSSA Slow Pitch softball tournament. The condo was spacious and very clean. We had plenty of room for the number of people in our room. Close to all the amenities we were wanting to be close to.

Easy to navigate around the area with plenty to do within walking distance. Condo was beautiful and spacious. We will be returning :)

The condo itself is nice and roomy. The decorations have that cool retro feel. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were nicely updated. The best part about it is the location though. Short walk from beach to pier. Close but not too close. Private gated access to beach is a plus. Keeps the crowd down. Hosing/showering. area coming from the beach has the best setup I’ve ever seen. Made cleaning up from the beach a breeze. Pool is huge! I definitely stay again! Nothing bad to say at all!

The condo had everything that our family needed and we loved the pool and proximity to the beach. We would 10/10 recommend!

This is a great property, with EXCELLENT property management. Couple things when we arrived were rectified in minutes. Perfectly located by the Pier and stores. Private beach access and great place to watch launches. They had everything in the condo that we could possibly need, we packed so much stuff we didn't need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, the kitchen had everything you need, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and it even stated "starter" paper products, etc. but there was plenty for plenty for the full 5 days. It really is a class act rental. Well worth the money. We will return next year!

Great location! A block walk to the pier... fun place to eat lunch, people watch, etc. The condo was clean and sufficiently stocked. Easy access to the beach with a 1 year old. Lovely, huge pool! They supplied a pack 'n play, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Highly recommend.

Ideally located for a beach getaway, this unit was newly remodeled, spacious and spotless! Would stay here again!

We rented Units 29 and 48 this review is for 29 My review for 48 was supposed to be for 29 and I can't figure out how to update it. Pros it is a 3 bedroom which we needed for this stay. We are in our early 60's and travel with our Mother in her early 90's Our 12 yr old grandson was with us for part of the time. It is a new vacation rental NOT a person's vacation home that they rent. This is not a good or bad thing just they have different feels. Cupboards were missing doors and one drawer didn't not work. They were very attentive to addressing issues but were not able to fix these due to supply issues. They had minimal kitchen supplies they did bring us some bowls for mixing and serving. The did have 4 solid beach chairs and 2 boogie boards, but no tennis racks or golf club or sand toys. The floor is all hard scape which can be good for the beach but is slippery for 90 yr old people and helpful to control sand fleas. And on that note the washer and dryer in the until are great. Bedroom lights are not operated on the wall You have to pull a string to turn on the ceiling light. This is difficult for short people . The furniture is beautiful put low profile so not especially comfortable for taller people. The beds are very comfortable in all the rooms. It is a great balcony to watch storms from. It is the second floor you can see the sunrise from the balcony. And the views improve in Cocoa Beach Towers with the higher level floors.

We enjoyed our vacation in this condo. It's in a nice neighborhood, many restaurants, a grocery store and of course the beach. The condo is stocked with everything that you might need for cooking a meal. We made breakfast every day before heading out. Cooler, beach chairs, towels were also supplied.

We had the best vacation. The condo was the perfect size! Stunning ocean views and perfect weather. I have booked for next year!!!

Very nice condo located close to the beach. Awesome pool as well. Apartment was extremely clean on arrival and check in was smooth. Kitchen had enough dishes and cooking utensils to make just about anything. There was a full closet of beach equipment, chairs, toys, etc. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping We had a great time and would highly recommend!

The property was located next to the Cocoa Beach Pier area with private access to the beach. There is reserved parking, tennis courts, swimming pool, and putting green. The condo had all the things needed for a stay at the beach including beach chairs, large umbrella, 2 wave boards, putters/balls, towels, etc. There were TV’s in every room with cable tv. The kitchen had all the needed items. I showed up without my orange parking card and dIdn’t have a way to print it. After going to a UPS store and printing out the card, I found that there were cards available on the managers door. It would have beeen good to know that these were available.

The access to the beach couldn’t have been better. The pool was also great. The condo complex is old and dated. The condo had obviously been used hard. It was clean - so there was no problem there. The space was just very dated with a cold feel to it. Would have been nice to have some rugs on the floors. All of the window shades were difficult to operate. Just a “blah” condo for the money we paid over spring break. The complex itself was also very dated.

For the quality of this property, I thought the price was incredibly reasonable. Check in was a breeze, and the property manager responded to questions immediately. Not to mention the location was amazing. Right on the beach and lots of shopping grocery stores, and restaurants in walking distance. The condo was very clean and the kitchen has everything you would need to eat in if you'd like. There was more than enough space for the five of us. We plan to come again!

This was a great rental! We had Papa and Gamma, two parents, a 2 yr old and a 4 year old. The condo itself was very spacious. Very easy walk to the beach and outdoor pool. The owners had some very nice 'extras' - some of which we knew ahead of time; some we didn't. They had a bag of beach/sand toys for the kiddos, 3 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 body boards, a cooler (very nice to have!), and beach towels. They had a pack n play, umbrella stroller, and 2 table/chair boosters. I had to contact the owners because we were having trouble connecting to the wi-fi. Emma got back to us with record speed with some suggestions and it was resolved promptly. I was very impressed. We also walked in to a nice gift bag with crayons, coloring book, bubble wands and a couple other things for the kids. Nice touch! Nice location for walks and some shopping and plenty of shopping by jumping in the car. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit!

The condo was located right next to the beach. Walking distance to food, swimming stores and a grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was refreshing after spending time at the beach. Recommend the Ale House just at the end of the street. Great food and drinks. We look forward to booking our next vacation at the end of this year.

Great location to pier and markets etc

LOVED our stay at this property. Very clean, quiet, and convenient. Property manager was great also.

We stayed in the area for my boys to attend Space Camp at KSC. The drive to camp and back was about 25 minutes. Gave us the evenings free find a great seafood restaurant for dinner and enjoy the beach. The app lists 4 bedrooms, there are only 3 like the pictures show. Very sizable unit. Internet worked great. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities supplied. There is a washer/dryer down the hallway near the elevator. My only "wish I had known" is the property Cocoa Beach Towers is highly sensitive to noise. There always seemed to be people wandering around waiting for someone to break the rules. We called them the condo police (lol). This could very well be a Cocoa Beach normal. Just keep in mind if you have any kiddos with no inside voice like my youngest.

The place was very nice, clean and pleasant. I would definitely rent it again.

We loved Cocoa Towers and Condo #29! The condo was tastefully updated and decorated. We loved the beautiful paintings. Cocoa Towers easy gated beach access, gated pool, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and mini putting green provided everyone with things to do. Everything was perfect and just what we needed for a "nice and relaxing vacation" with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Upon checking in we noticed how clean and tastefully decorated this unit was. Location to the beach and surrounding amenities was very convenient. Contact/communication with the owners was very good and they were very responsive to any requests. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested in staying right on Cocoa Beach!
