The views of the rental are fantastic! The location is amazing! Things to do and with in walking distance our family would give 2 thumbs up. Areas around the rental need updating such as fixing the curtain in the primary bedroom. Fixing the shower faucet in the primary bathroom letting it hang by a visible screw is a bit scary. Using two shower curtains in the primary bath would lend for more privacy. Fresh paint throughout the rental and paint touch up’s where paint is chipping would help update areas. For the price I was definitely expecting something nicer.

We are a family of 8 and fit comfortable. The views were amazing and played volleyball right out our door everyday. We walked and rode bikes to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park. Just don’t leave bikes locked outside over night. Ours were stolen. Otherwise great place to stay and felt safe!

The property did NOT disappoint! You are just step from the sand and ocean. Volleyball courts that our family loved playing. Never left the property from the time we checked in on Friday and left on Monday. Highly recommend!

Huge space with lots of open space and doors to enjoy the amazing beach air.
Main bedroom bed is super low to the ground, so some folks might struggle with that. Also, be sure everyone is aware that one flight of stairs is required to get in to the property. There is lots of grip on the stairs, and a light, so it's navigable but yeah. Another access issue is that the nearest entrance to the beach from the property is about 100 feet south. Most folks can likely go the 2 foot tall wall, but some may not so a little longer walk will be needed. Also, that entrance doesn't have any handrails.
Seriously, such a fun place. We were able to barely squeeze a crossover and a minivan in the parking but it worked out.
The price is insane, and we found that we had to limit the trip to fewer days then desired because adding more days made the rate skyrocket.

There are a few small things that are in need of repair but the views are spectacular and my family enjoyed their stay and we would stay here again.

We stayed here during the kids spring break, amazing 2nd story condo with beach front access and views, very specious condo with a 180 degree view. Loved the house due to the beach access. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Perfectly located on the sand and well furnished, a large beach house on second floor, offering great sunset views and privacy but requires stair climbing. Groceries and restaurants nearby, old town within ten minutes drive. Laundry ensuite. Well managed, with additional concierge services available for an extra charge.

It would have been nice if there were throw blankets in the living room for the cool evenings. More seating for living room and comfy chairs for the balcony

The sunset view and location are top notch! However, the maintenance of the property leaves much to be desired. The carpet is stained, side table was broken and fell on my daughter, curtain rods almost coming out of the walls, mattress that is sunken in the middle, curtains and window coverings that don’t fit the windows. For the price point of this place, these are things that should be maintained and upgraded.

South Mission house
This property was great! it has a carport for parking in which 2 vehicles can easily fit. (I have a large SUV and my parents have a small suv). They both fit. The kitchen had anything you'd need for cooking/baking while there. the floor plan is very open and there are lots of windows facing the ocean to enjoy the view and get great air flow throughoutout. There were plenty of linens, bedding, and fans in all the bedrooms/bathrooms. My only complaints are the bed in the master is really low and needs a new mattress and the shower knobs were hard to turn on/off.
It was easy to book, easy to access and they were quick to respond if I had any questions. I would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful, ocean front Mission Beach rental
Our stay was exceptional. Located right on the beach, we listened to the waves each night, had a cool ocean breeze, swam in the ocean, walked everywhere we needed to go. The unit itself was well appointed, stylish, and comfortable - everything we needed to cook / grill was there. Check in was easy through the App and management was attentive and quickly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit and Avant.

Great ... but what happened to the foosball table?
Everything was great. My only complaint is the online listing had pictures with a foosball table. Well, there's no foosball table. Not sure where it went.

Perfect for a family
Easy access to the beach, wonderful neighborhood, and perfect parking for large vehicles. We rented a full size suburban which we could fit side by side under the carport with our daughter in laws Ford focus.

The location is PERFECT! The property has toys and towels for the beach. Parking wasn't a problem for our suburban. Very open living space, so with 7 of us we never felt cramped.

The family loved the setup, location, and how spacious the place was to allow the kids to play, and adults to have their individual space without feeling crowded. The place was clean and everything was accessible, we would like to come back.

It was a great trip with family and friends. Beach is amazing. Once we parked our car we didn’t move it till we left, walked everywhere. I would suggest cooking, the view from kitchen is amazing! Only complaint…. We didn’t stay long enough😀

Perfect location and view!
This is a great property and the property management group is awesome. Easy to communicate and coordinate with with anything we needed. They even brought us another beach chair when one broke! The best thing about this property is location, location, location. Beach front, great view from the windows, close to everything. Overall the home was very clean and maintained for being beach front. There are a few small things that need some work as other reviews state but they were minimal. We loved our time here and would definitely consider this home again in the future!

We loved the space and view. It worked perfectly for our small group of teens and adults to be together and enjoy the team building experience we had planned.

Location is a 10
The location of this property and the property management is a 10! They were very quick to respond to everything we needed. The property is equipped with most everything needed, including boogie boards and 2 parking spaces. The downside of this property is it needs updating by the owner. The carpet had big, visible stains. Two of the kitchen table chairs broke within first 24 hours. The coffee maker didn't work but was quickly replaced with a new one from the amazing property management team. The master oversized shower had 1 regular sized curtain which only covered half of it. Beds were uncomfortable. A simple fix could be foam toppers. For the amount of money we paid to stay here, the property should be in betterr shape.

Very nice location
Overall the location was very nice- inside the condo was a bit dated with stained carpets and furniture that was old- one of the chairs broke as my elderly mother sat in it- and she is a normal weight-We did ask about checking in early and they said to call but when we did - did not get a timely response- there was much going on with the corona virus currently so lack of responsiveness was understandable and they did eventually get back to us- the area was beautiful and if they replaced the carpet and made sure furniture was in good condition that would be helpful- also the cleaning people didn't notice that a remote was in the couch cushions (there were two other remotes we were trying to make work) so we were unable to turn the TV channel for the first day of our three day stay in the main living space

The place was in good condition. The staff service was good and fast.
What we didn’t like was when we checked in there was some kind of smell.
I guess the smell was someone stay before our group... understandable.
However, Every morning we woke up(6:30 am ish) with air plain noise.
First night, We had an opened bag of snack and next day had to deal with million of ants.
Without those problem this place was great for family.
Hope next people who is considering to make a reservation on this place, hope knows thoes problem before make a reservation!

Short stay but it was very nice..
We were on vacation from June 22nd to June 29th, at another beach house close by and decide to stay til Monday found your place for the short weekend so we can stay a couple of more days we really enjoyed your place it was beautiful and great location ..

Mission Beach
We had problems with the electricity but were able to find the switch panel and take care of the issue. The water pipes were making a noise. There was construction next door and the workers were very loud starting 7 AM.
