Gorgeous views, very clean and convenient to grocery store, food and drink. Very relaxing on deck listening to the Gulf. Would stay here again!

The condo was very clean and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is close to so many things - once we parked our car, it stayed parked until we left. We walked to restaurants, stores, and ice cream. We took the free beach shuttle to John's Pass. The beach was beautiful with a lot of nice shells to add to our collection. It truly was a place that had all we needed to enjoy a nice long weekend. We will be back - as this place was clean, well-supplied and was just what anyone would need for their trip. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay!!! Great location!!!

Great ocean view and really easy access to the beach. Condo was clean with nice finishes. We had everything we needed -plenty of towels, kitchenware, beach towels and beach chairs. Beds were comfortable. Smaller complex so no crowds and it was quiet. Check in and parking were easy and communication was good. We appreciated that the condo was dog friendly but there is not a lot of good space to walk a dog- sidewalks in the area are right next to the road with little green space around. Typical of the area and not the condo’s fault but just something to be aware of if you bring your dog.

The property presented us exactly how it was advertised. We spent time walking the beach and time on the balcony enjoying the gulf.

Our stay here was wonderful. The property was as described, the location could not have been better with direct beach access, walking proximity to the grocery, and numerous dining locations in any direction. The rental itself served all our needs: beds were comfortable, the heated pool and hot tub were a daily treat, plenty of linens provided, and just enough kitchen stuff to handle any needs. Our only complaint was we couldn't stay longer.

The view, the beach, everything was wonderful. I would just get better mattress for the smaller bedroom. But everything was lovely.

We were very impressed with the property! Loved the views and the set-up of the condo. Will be back again!

Clean neat and comfortable

Perfect condo for our long weekend get away! Right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony or our favorite spot-the rooftop. Lots of great places to eat and a grocery store very close by. We needed medical supplies shipped, and they were in the condo when we arrived-thank you so much! We’ll be back!

We were very pleased with our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is perfect! Super clean, updated and modern, all the amenities of home. The owner is super responsive. Stunning views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The beach is steps from the pool down a private path. The private stretch of beach is nice and quiet with lots of room to spread out. I would definitely stay here again. Don't hesitate to book this fabulous beach getaway!

Property was perfect. Clean, very queit, right and on the beach. Great views Roof top was perfect for watching the sunsets. Publix and other stores and resturants within blocks. A great beach bar not too far to walk to listen to music and watch the sunset. Molly was great, easy checkin ... everything was great. I will definitely be back. Thank you

My mom and I sincerely enjoyed our time in Treasure island! this condo was perfect for our needs, very well stocked and location is great. Water pressure was low but everything else was great!

Spotless and up to date. The location was great. Just walk out to a beautiful beach! The unit is not huge but comfortable and nice to have 2 full baths. We enjoyed the pool and spa although an unsupervised child set off an alarm at the spa one night which blared deafeningly for 30 mins as we were enjoying drinks on the balcony. Wish the kitchen had a little more storage capacity for our groceries but no big deal. Loved being up on the 5 th floor for the exceptional view!

We stayed Sunday-Thursday and it was a perfect stay. Location is great, right on the beach with a pool and hot tub. Only complaint we had was the water pressure was lacking, but adequate to take a shower. Check-in was easy, access was easy. Pictures represent what you get. Great stay and enjoyed our visit.

Check in was easy. New property exactly as shown in pictures. Clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again. Great local places close by. Not unit related but location driven items for renters to be aware. Water pressure is minimal, does not seem to be driven by fixtures but actually a building issue. Not a non smoking property, could not really enjoy balcony at times because of others smoking on theirs. Maintenance and housekeeping show up around 8:30-9a and you will know they are there if you sleep late and are in the bedroom adjacent to the elevator.

We arrived on time for check in and all went smooth to enter a clean condo with all the necessities. Great view of ocean and beautiful only steps away, Had problem with air conditioner but when contacted Molly she took care of problem. Had a great stay and would come back again. All staff was helpful and friendly!!

There's nothing better to be right on the beach. The room was exactly as represented, comfortable, clean and updated. The hot tub was out of order when we first got there but was fixed in shortly after.

The condo unit is clean and nice. The parking situation is not ideal if you have more than 1 car.

Last minute trip to visit 2 colleges in Tampa, spouse decide to come at the last minute but wanted to stay on the beach and not in a hotel. Molly was wonderful to work with and was able to get us a early check-in. She answered questions prior to booking quickly which made her condo the one to go with. The place was clean and just as advertised , the location was fabulous. Views were breathtaking from the balcony and the roof top. In the evening my son and husband enjoyed the pool. We ate at places she had on her suggestion list and we loved them all. ( The Mexican pizza) was delicious. As well as the burger place down the street (located in the hotel) The property is so close to everything ...especially the grocery store which made it so convenient!! I actually shared her place to the person on the plane home who didn't have such a good experience as we did. If my son is accepted & attends one of the colleges. We hope to visit Molly's place again.

The location and the view from the building are amazing. Just enough room for a family of 4. Everything you could need for a stay at the beach. We had a great time. Might have someone change out the shower heads. The water pressure is very low. I think a small shower head would help increase the pressure. Other than that it was perfect! And low water pressure definitely won't keep me from coming back.

Location is central and easy to get to many of the local places. Condo a little pricy for the amenities. Pool small and right by parking garage. Great access to beach.
