Struttura situata in una zona non turistica (letteralmente la pace dei sensi), moderna e ben curata.
A disposizione una cucina e soggiorno per poter cucinare, ma a pochi minuti di macchina è possibile comunque trovare bar, ristoranti e supermarket.
La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha permesso inoltre di rimanere dopo il check-out, in attesa del nostro volo, all’interno della struttura.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber
Leider waren die "Mitbewohner" etwas rücksichtslos und haben mitten in der Nach gekocht und abwaschen.
Leider war die Spülmaschine außer Betrieb.
Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war teilweise nicht gegeben, da die Mitbewohner, entgegen der Vermieter-Regelung, ihre Fahrzeuge direkt vor dem Fenster geparkt haben

La habitación nos gustó mucho, es sencilla, pero esta decorada con gusto y tiene un balcón con vistas al campo y al mar. La cama era grande y cómoda. El check in y check out fácil y rápido. Es una casa bastante grande con dos alturas, con cocina y salón compartidos que no llegamos a utilizar, y 6 o 7 habitaciones privadas. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta superior y tenía baño dentro. En la tele había Netflix. Había secador, gel y champú. Puedes aparcar el coche en el camino de la casa sin coste. La relación precio calidad por 64€ la noche nos pareció muy buena. Volvería.
El agua de la ducha se salía por la mampara porque no estaba bien sellada y era un poco engorroso. Avisamos y vivieron a arreglarlo, pero se siguió saliendo. Las toallas estaban un poquito gastadas, pero las podías cambiar sin problemas.

Die Aussicht war sehr schön und die Lage sehr ruhig.
Alle Bewohner und die Reinigungskräfte laufen direkt vor der bodentiefen Terrassentür vorbei und können reinsehen. Manche fahren auch mit dem Auto vorbei. Es gibt nur eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer und dieser Sessel ist schimmelig. Entgegen der Beschreibung der Unterkunft hat das Zimmer keine Küche. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche für alle Bewohner. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr anstrengend.

Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem. Pomocny opis dojazdu i przekazania kluczy. Czystość i cisza na plus. Organizacja przestrzeni na produkty żywnościowe w kuchni. Wyposażenie w pokoju w czajnik i suszarkę do włosów.
Wszystko było na odpowiednim poziomie :)

Great location and property looks nice.
No soundproofing at all, sounds of doors opening and closing and kitchen facilities being used were very loud in the bedrooms. Heard similar complaints from other guests. Being on the ground floor, could hear when guests entered and anytime guests used the bathroom upstairs which was not pleasant.

The views are beautiful. From the house you can see perfectly the sun setting over the ocean. The cleaning service worked on the room practically every day so that was very nice. The rooms were quiet and you barely heard anything from the other guests. The house was clean and it looked just like in the photos. The house was close to small stores, restaurants and it was just 20 min away from the amazing beach of Famara.

Location could not have been better, we had an exceptional view. The room and bathroom was also nice and modern.
The rooms are very badly insulated. There is a shared kitchen and unfortunately you can hear everything going on from your room. The room is simply closed by a wooden panel and not a wall. Bring earplugs with!

The room was very clear and comfy. The contact person is very helpful and prompt in answaring. I liked spent time there.
The humidity is high and in the begining of my arrival, the smell of the chlorine and disinfectant was very strong.

The house was in the perfect location to explore Timanfaya - we were there everyday of our stay. The tranquility and beauty of the location still lingers. Our room was spacious and clean and had a magnificent view. The shared facilities (kitchen, patio, dining and living room areas) had everything we needed. We had a problem with the key to our room (totally our fault) but someone came right away to help us. We would definitely recommend!

The Location, the views, the cleaning lady and the room. The cleaning lady was very efficient and very hard working.

I liked the property a lot, the house is very spacious and it has a lot of light.
I would rate this property higher however there were some ants in the room. Apart from that, we stayed in the lower floor and you could hear everything.

Amazing house, with great window views, nice kitchen. Very clean room, cosy bed, balcony, strong shower, all the equipment for cooking. Parking in front of the house. No complications with check in/check out.
Would definitely return here if we visit Lanzarote again 😊👌

Good location if you have a rental car, the island is not big it’s great to be in the center.
It’s not a critic but a suggestion to the owner.
Personally I’ll be happy to pay more for a better house, such as washer coule be fixed in the common area like kitchen…

The view from the room, the silent and quietness.
There was a repair on the street (hopefully will be solved soon). There was not enough plates, cutlery and no washer machine. There’s nothing around, so you need to drive at least 30 min if you want to have dinner or make some plans. The room looks bigger in the photos.
