Great location, friendly host with good communication. Flat was clean and tidy. Biscuits on arrival was a nice touch.

Very hot, air con or fan would have been nice. Had windows open and seagulls were soo loud!

Exactly the pictures. Very clean and perfect for a short stay. Was staying for a wedding at the tunnels which was 3 min walk away. Very friendly and easy check in as well.

Rceently refurbished apartment. Bathrooms modern and clean. Very good room sizes.

Furniture slightly dated. Additional kitchen items would be useful i.e. baking trays.

Sofa bed quite uncomfortable to sit and to sleep, the quilt in the sofa bed had a blood stain, not much work surface in the kitchen to cook.

Beautiful apartment and very comfortable. Easy access to everything and a flat walk to the quay. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble 😃

A spacious, comfortable and clean 1 bedroom apartment -had all you needed for the stay - was like home from home. Ideally situated for exploring Ilfracombe and the surrounding area.

Violet met us to hand over the keys and explain the set up and even saved us a parking space on the road outside as the hotel car park was being refurbished. The apartment was very warm and comfortable and brilliantly located for town, harbour and beaches. Loved the lift, it had a personality all of its own (in a good way).

very spacious, great location easy walking distance to the high street and food shops. the kitchen is fully loaded with cutlery and plates, mugs etc.

the tiny tv weren’t great especially in the evenings when you want to watch a film. they don’t get very loud either so hard to enjoy. bedroom mattress wasn’t very comfortable but the sofa bed was so slept on that after the first night.

It had everything you'd need for a break away from home

My only criticism is the size of the TV's both in the lounge and the bedroom. A bigger TV with better audio would have made watching a movie at night more enjoyable

The property was very clean and safe for babies. It had the essentials like cleaning products which helped.

The bed was uncomfortable and could do with a new mattress.

Parking we have a Ford focus fitted in the bay perfectly secure & hidden away Great facilities everything in apartment you could wish for Main bedroom even took a double blow up bed so our son could share our room aged 8 Which left the living room free to move around in ... Close to all amenities beaches..bars ..etc all walkable Short drive to Woolacombe Host very helpful we arrived 9.30 pm & helped with the late check in process Brilliant would book again Lidl close so fresh bread every morning Class

The Noise from the Herring Seagulls was unbearable. from just before Dawn at 04.30 until 01.30 in the morning the gulls were squawking in large numbers. It was so Bad, and I'm not a light sleeper, that we went and bought several styles of earplugs. I hate wearing them in bed, but it was that bad I persisted. Myslef, my wife and our children all had to wear ear plugs.

Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Walking distance to supermarket, harbour and town. Friendly staff on arrival.

Only thing was seagulls nesting on roof next door, nothing that owners can do about it. A bit noisy but at the seaside, something to be excepted. Nothing else, fab place.

The bed was old and creaky, and the TV in the living room was on the small side.

I found the apartment quite hot even early April with no heating on. The seagulls on the flat roof opposite were the early morning wakeup call .
