Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Ideal location, close to the harbour and to the centre, lots to do all around. Owners very friendly and provided great advice on the best things to do around Ilfracombe. Fantastic cooked breakfast.

Ideal location for a visit to Ilfracombe Close to the harbour.
The room was clean and well presented, we slept well even though there was some noise from outside.
Breakfast was cooked fresh and was lovely.
Public car park close by and we just bought a 24 hour ticket.

The breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly, lovely pint of ale in the pub too. Shower was really good. Tea n coffee facilities. Location was fantastic. Big clean spacious room. Like the separate entrance through the patio so don't have to walk through the pub, nice touch.
Only downside was no parking but not a problem as there is a long stay car park a little walk away.

The accommodation was simple, and we liked the family-run ambience.
The rooms were comfortable and we had no complaints about the facilities or the breakfast.
A perfect place for a night's stopover before a trip to Lundy.

great situation close to the quay and shops. lovely family pub with pool table darts and skittles. very nice hosts. well priced beer. lovely full English breakfast. couldn’t fault both the accommodation or service. will definitely stay again.

The windows are old, single-glazed so let in all outside noise. As it was a very windy night, there was a strong draught as well, not ideal when having to get up early for work. Breakfast not served until 9am, which is unusual in my experience, so I missed it as left before 8am. They did leave out bread for toast and cereals, but I paid full price!
