Beautiful home and property with lots of things to do. The home is easy to get to and has so many amenities you don't need to leave to find something to do. My family had a great time with the house having everything we needed, beach area and playset, large dock to swim and fish, kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub and games...and more! We enjoyed it all. Thank you for a great stay!

This property has a great location with a nice view of the Gravois Arm. The boat dock is excellent! The owner has included several toys and amenities to make this an enjoyable place for family fun. We visited during a time of extreme heat. Each day the outdoor temperature was above 95 degrees. The air conditioning systems had a hard time keeping up. Especially upstairs. Luckily the owner had some nice fans upstairs for our use, that made sleeping comfortable. I suggest you invest in a better HVAC for that area of the house. This house has been remodeled a few times, and it shows. There are few unfinished / exposed areas that can be improved upon to make this a better property that would then be worthy of 5 stars. The owner/manager was very nice and responsive. If you plan to trailer a boat, be aware that the neighborhood has a very narrow gravel road with tight corners. We were able to get through with our 39’ trailer, but it was slow and stressful. Overall we really enjoyed our time here, and will probably return.

We had a wonderful getaway with family! Peggy was great to work with! The house was beautiful and had so many fun things to do!! Our favorites were floating in the lake and disc golf! The hot tub was relaxing as well! Definitely recommend this property!

This is the best family vacation property on the Lake! Great hosts, amenities galore! You never need to leave! (Woods grocery store in near Sunrise Beach- Hwy 5) Returning in 2024 for our 5th year! Love it here!!

Plenty of room, nice deck, dock and large yard! There is so much to do for everyone! Great time with the family!

The property had everything we needed to have a great time together with our kids and a few of our pups. The outside dock and amenities were great. We brought some of our own rafts but there was a good number to choose from already there. The master bedroom and private deck set up made for a great retreat for my husband and I at the end of the night. All in all a very fun and relaxing time.

Our 2nd time booking and it is such a great property. Grandparents to grandkids and everyone can be at their own pace. Kids swam and played all day in the protected cove while adults chilled on the great deck view and enjoyed the hot tub at night. Kept our boat at the dock and you have plenty of on the water options nearby.

Very nice and accommodating! Owner stays in contact and is very helpful if you need anything. Love all the seating. Master bedroom has 2 oversized chairs that are nice for sleeping with a baby when they won't sleep in their pack n play :)

We had a wonderful time at the lake! Peggy and Mark were tremendous hosts who worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay in their beautiful home! We are all looking forward to returning. Definitely five stars!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect getaway from a Minnesota snowstorm. We had 4 young kids who loved every minute of the fun yard, hot tub, and beach. The parents and grandparents enjoyed the fun as well, soaking up sun on the deck with cups of coffee. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect home, flexible owners with your best intentions in mind. They live very nearby so met us at the home and personally showed us all the amenities! Would definitely stay here or on another property with these owners ago!

My husband, and I, along with our two grown children stayed on the property for a weekend getaway. This property has everything and more! The home is beautiful, with many updates, since the pictures have been posted on the website. The lake is 20 feet from the front door! The dock was all ours, we spent a lot of time floating and the kids used the paddle boards along with the lily pad. We didnt take a boat, but the slip was available if we would have. We were in the hot tub every night, and the kids really enjoyed the game room. Most of our time was spent on the front porch watching huge boats go buy; our weekend was the same as a poker run at the lake! Peggy and Mark were amazing hosts. Very hospitable, and easy to communicate with. Very hardworking people!! Everything we wanted and more! Much needed R&R! Loved every minute ! Hope to return soon! Thank you so much, Peggy and Mark!!

This is our 2nd time visiting Keyes circle. We love it and can’t wait for our next adventure here. Truly super peaceful place and so relaxing. Peggy was such a great help in keeping the hot tub up on chemicals. We love all the new renovations.

Absolutely perfect

We absolutely loved this property. The owners thought of everything anyone might need. Plus there were activities for every age on the property. We are dog owners and we were delighted we could bring the two little dogs. They even had amenities for the canines!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this property - you will be glad you picked this place to stay on the lake.

This property has it all!! The house was very accommodating for our party of 9. We loved the beach and cove and the paddle boards and kayaks were an extra bonus. We loved the hot tub and the decks were fabulous for just hanging out. The best part of this property is that there are only about 5 steps down the deck to get to the FLAT yard that leads to the water. I have a son with mobility issues so it was such a relief that he could get back and forth from the water easily. Peggy and Mark are very kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We really enjoyed your home for our family vacation. We had plenty of room for our large family to sleep, eat and relax. The property has a large flat yard and so we enjoyed playing cornhole, frisbee golf, as well as our grandkids enjoyed playing hide and seek. The kids enjoyed the game room with the video game and foosball table. You cannot ask for a home with a better view and access to the lake. The master bedroom is located upstairs and the morning view through the glass doors is such a treat and to step outside to the large deck with patio furniture is a great place for napping or to read a book. The lower deck is large, and has a hot tub and a couple of large tables that our family spent time together laughing and discussing the fun we had that day. We roasted marshmallows by campfire as well as morning coffee here just steps away from the lake is therapeutic. We cooked most nights of our stay. The kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet space, large refrigerator and had everything we needed to cook and eat with. They had both a gas grill and a gas griddle in which we used both of them. I loved the griddle!! The dock is nice and well kept. They had a nice table, bar and a small fridge down at the dock where we kept bottled water and some drinks so we did not have to go back up to the house. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. This is such a wonderful area of the lake for boating as well as swimming off the dock. This such a great property and we will be back.

We have loved our vacation stay(s) at this property! This was our 3rd year in a row, and we plan to reserve asap for 2023. Everything you desire is here. The new decks and hot tub are phenominal!! A walk-in beach, lilypad, kayaks, playground are perfect for ease of lake swimming. The dock is great for: jumping from the high ladder, easy "exit" ladder from the water, nice seating and view. If one has a boat, it offers safe and secure docking. The house is so comfortable and adds to relaxing and the family gatherings inside. There is remodeled kitchen for enjoysble cooking and clean-up. Very comfortable beds, too! We are grateful for the ability to stay at this property! Thank you, Peggy & Mark!

Great location for no stairs on property and large house with room for all. Able to boat to several places to go out for dinner. Great amenities on site and loved the master suite with new larger deck. Our only glitches were the description still lists a place to launch which is now under new management and private but owner got us to the public launch and out at a private closer by location. We also ran out of propane as the previous renters likely did not update they were about out. We had propane the next evening to cook so worked out. And owners grandkids came in early for the forth right after us and we felt a little rushed out as they were coming through house property a few times during our last 2 nights. All and all great place to stay and would come back in a heart beat.

We had a great stay with 3 families for our lake weekend. Rare flat yard area was great for the kids, even had room for a pickup game of whiffle ball! House has everything you need to get by, large deck areas provide the perfect place to relax, and the dock had plenty of room to enjoy the lake.

This was exactly what we had hoped for when booking and there is so much for kids and adults to do here. Property managers are great people, place is very kid friendly where they could swim in a protected cove while the adults lounge nearby or we could sit on the beautiful new deck and still watch the kids in water. Great location with many on water options nearby. Already looking foward to coming back next year.

This was a great place for families. There was lots to do for all ages.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property... The size of the yard was amazing and we enjoyed our time fishing from the dock and sitting around the fire roasting hot dogs and marshmallows... The kayaks were fun and the kids loved the play area... Thank you for an amazing get away!
