The property was just as described, large open concept, great for groups. The backyard was perfect for hanging out, the beds were all very comfortable, check in was a breeze and communication with the hosts was great. The location is perfect, about 15-20 minutes to get to most of the restaurants/activities such as seven falls waterfall, and garden of the gods. A Safeway and target is right across the street if you need to grab anything you forgot or some groceries! The hosts made sure each guest had their own towels which was a nice touch. As a group of moms we loved how child friendly the house was (even if we didn’t have our kids with us :)) there is a gate, toys, and small utensils, and cups for the kids. All in all this was a great place to stay in Colorado Springs!

We stayed in the Springs for a reunion of old College friends. This space was absolutely perfect. The upstairs was setup with a huge table connected to an open kitchen and TV seating area which made our group feel all together to visit, eat and and have an all around great time. They have all the amenities so we just had to bring food and drinks. The backyard outdoor space is large with seating, a fire pit and Hot Tub for all of us to enjoy. On top of all that it had a full basement where my teenage boys could go hang out and have a TV to themselves, play Foosball or play on the fun Arcade game. They even had a bar/counter so they could take snacks and drinks down and have a great space to themselves. All 5 bedrooms were great with very, very comfortable King beds. Two large bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs including a master with its own bathroom. Plenty of garage space and parking for our larger group as well. It was a block away from Safeway and Target so we could walk to get a few things when we needed. This was a perfect space for a large group to get together, we loved it. Communications were outstanding as well. Throughout the week I got text and Email's to make sure we knew everything we needed to about our stay and they were quick to check in and make sure we were good to go. Super clean spaces with a nice big fridge, towels on every bed, plenty of blankets and just a great experience. Couldn't have asked for a better setup. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Communication with the host was great, fast, and easy. The house was beautiful and clean. We were in town for a small family reunion. It was perfect for what we needed. We had a wonderful time seeing a few sites and catching up, all staying in one house! The house was the most well stocked VRBO house I have stayed in. It had what we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and we did not run out of anything while there. Most places I have stayed before we usually run out of paper products, so thank you so much for stocking those so well!! Overall, one of the best houses I have rented from VRBO. Thank you to the wonderful hosts and cleaning crew! We are already talking about a return trip for a future reunion!

This was the perfect home for our different families to gather. The indoor and outdoor space was ideal for visiting and being together. Everything was clean and as advertised.

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our very large 3-family group which included 7 teenage girls who thoroughly enjoyed having their own space downstairs. The property is beautiful, very well-maintained and has lots of activities (ping pong, foosball, hot tub, firepit) for those evenings when we just wanted to hang out. All amenities that we could have possibly wanted were provided...we really appreciated the 2 washer/dryer sets though! LOL The location was ideal...almost everything we wanted to do (and we did a lot) was within a 25-minute drive. To top it all off, communication with the owners was wonderful from the time we reserved the property to check-out. We had a couple questions, and they were quick and courteous with their responses, making us feel quite welcomed. We were all very sad to leave and the kids said they would miss the house!

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious, including spaces for the adults, as well as the teens in our group. The teens loved the games and entertainment provided. The hot tub was an added bonus! All of the bedrooms were very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels for our crew of nine people. We had no trouble communicating with the owners with questions we had, and they were exceptionally accommodating. This is a great house.

Everything was wonderful at this property for my wellness retreat! There was ample space for everyone, and the house was well equipped!

We were 15 minutes from everything. Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, and downtown. The house was also right near a Target and a grocery store and great coffee. And the house offered us everything we could have wanted.

My best friend and I stayed in this VRBO for the few days we spent in Colorado Springs and it was wonderful! The property was nice, clean, and cozy. The hot tub was a life saver after a day of hiking. The amenities were great and I would love to stay here again.

This house was amazing. There was space for everyone in the family to be together to play, visit and eat but also space to get away to some private space for a break. Everything was as described - enjoyed the hot tub, games and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and large and all the spaces in the house were clean and so comfortable. Everyone in our party kept saying how nice the house was and that we should come and stay again. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Safeway grocery store and Target. The back yard was large and we enjoyed BBQing and hanging out. Definitely enjoyed the stay. This is one of the best deals around for pricing and quality.

First time using VRBO and finding a house for our family, and it definitely was worth it! House was just like it’s listing. We didn’t use the hot tub, as there was sand in there from other visitors, some things could of been a little cleaner, but definitely not a deal breaker! Will stay again if available when we make our next trip to Colorado!

Stayed for the 2022 Air Force Academy graduation. The property was awesome. Plenty of room for a large family and very close access to the South Gate. Would highly recommend.

We couldn't have picked a better home for our family vacation. The home had everything we needed and more. There was something for everyone and the amount of space is incredible. The beds were so comfortable as well and finding that many rooms with king beds made it even better. The hot tub and ping pong table were an added bonus!

There were 14 of us in our family that can down to the Springs for our daughter’s wedding. There were several things we required in a property and this checked ALL the boxes, and then some! ✅ We needed a main floor master (no stairs) with a step-in shower and a king bed for elderly parents ✅ We needed 4 additional bedrooms for 4 other couples, king size beds preferred ✅ We needed a kid’s space preferably with bunk beds (they’ve been wanting to try bunk beds so bad and both boys got their own top bunk!) We also got a beautiful, wonderfully decorated, bright and airy open home with amazing entertainment spaces indoors and out. Ping pong table in an enclosed porch with a bar table and TV, a sweet reading nook, grill, hot tub, fire pit with comfy Adirondack chairs, plenty of room for seating at the dining room table and countertop, foosball, an upright video game, two large family rooms with comfy seating and large TVs. We were even provided with a bundle of wood and marshmallow sticks for the fire pit. A bottle of Pelligrino water was another nice greeting. A garage door opener so we could pull our car in and keep it out of the sun and cool. The location is wonderful. A quiet neighborhood tucked next to everything you could need. (A Safeway and Target across the street from the neighborhood). All 14 of us absolutely loved our stay here! Thank you for sharing your amazing property with our family!

We enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs. The home had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Location was central to all the different places we needed to go.

From the moment we entered the home we felt comfortable and welcome. I had a party of 9 and there was space for everyone to be comfortable. Don’t let the outside fool you there is more space then needed inside. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and the neighbor is welcoming and helpful as well. The location is perfect. Everything we wanted to do was only a short drive away. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

What a great house for our family reunion. Lots of very comfortable king beds. Even the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished with lots of seating for a large family gathering.. We would definitely rent this well-appointed house again.

Everything was as expected and if anything exceeded expectations. Wish we could have spent more time in the house. Grocery store and just about anything else you could need just across the street.

What a wonderful home!! kids and adults loved the centipede arcade game, ping pong tournaments galore, easy access to major highways and shopping, ample supplies of laundry supplies (appreciate not going home with dirty laundry), very responsive owner (Ann), beautiful pergola was great in morning for breakfast and evening for dinner. This property is AWESOME!!! We stayed at this property for our annual family vacation. There were 15 of us, and it was perfect. It doesn’t look as big as it is from the outside, but it is very roomy and super clean. Family friendly: the little cousins loved sleeping in the bunk beds, and even the adults had a blast with ping pong tournaments, Foosball table, and the video/arcade games. There’s a highchair and plastic tableware for the kids. Everything well equipped! There is a king bed in every bedroom, which is terrific. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked a lot of our meals. Everything is just minutes away. I would suggest checking into the house before you do your grocery shopping, because they had most of the essential condiments and spices. We did run out of propane while we were grilling our chicken, but it was mostly done, and we finished it in the oven. Thank you, provided meat thermometer!!! We highly recommend this house, and if we come to Colorado Springs again, we will stay here again.
