Nice stay

This property was nice and clean, and the owner was very fast to answer and extremely helpful and nice! Will be staying here again in the future!

Spent 2 weeks here waiting on our home to be built. Nice home, but we were there for the 2 weeks that they were pile driving on the lot next door. :-( I know it wasn't the homeowners fault but it was a trying 2 weeks and when we reached out about it to the owners we didn't receive a response. Normally, I'd say this is the ideal rental. Great location and a nice home.

Location and size of the property was great. Loved having the garage and the property had everything you need. It was nice that they provided some paper products and shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. There were some areas that could use some deep cleaning but overall it was good. We did have an issue with ants in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms, the ants were so bad in the kitchen that we lost a bunch of food before we realized they were an issue and had to keep all of our snacks refrigerated. We also had issues getting the master bedroom tv to connect to the wifi, everything else would connect except for that one. Overall a good stay.

Property was beautiful..just like pictures..located off main strip for quiet but walking distance to action..boardwalk and in my case right down street from conference center! Host were very attentive! We will return.

We had such a wonderful stay for our family get away after Christmas. The house is in a great location, close to many great restaurants and the boardwalk. The decor is exactly like the pictures and we were pleasantly surprised by a Christmas tree still being set up in the living room when we arrived. There are a lot of stairs so that may be difficult for those that can’t handle many stairs. There was also a few areas that could have used painting and the linens/bath mats are due for replacing.

Highly recommended.

We had a small group stay here for a wrestling tournament at the convention center . The bed set up was perfect for our group and location was perfect .

Beautiful location, beautiful property and awesome host. Nicely decorated property with all the amenities and pictures are accurate on the website. We had a family of 5 people so there was enough room for everyone to sleep. Beach, restaurants and boardwalk are just 2 mins walk which was an added benefit. The property was clean and ready so the host called me and told me I could check in early. This worked out really well for us as we were just reaching the destination during the time.

The house was located in an awesome location on the main drag for a group celebrating with a group of friends. Tons of restaurants and bars very close as well as a very short walk to the boardwalk. Getting in was easy and the space in the house was great. Everything was as advertised and it was very clean upon arrival.

It was an incredible stay in my favorite place ocean city Maryland! can’t wait to come back and visit!! The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless!

Stayed here for part of Labor Day weekend with my spouse, sister, 3 year old son, and parents. The space was perfect for us and the location honestly could not be beat. The garage is huge (fit an expedition easily and one other car) Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The cleanliness was not ideal (the floors need a deep cleaning - our feet were dirty from walking around) but overall we loved it and would happily return again! Communication with host ahead of and during check in / checkout was easy!

It was an ok place, but it was NOT cleaned and definitely needs some TLC. Sofa/sofa bed has got to go, it’s broken, carpets in living room & dining room need to be replaced we would not let anyone walk around with out shoes on. The queen and king beds upstairs need to be replaced both sink in the middle, you need to hold on to the sides to try to sleep. The laundry closet needs a deep clean, about 10 inches of dust on the floor. Upstairs bathroom shower curtain liner, filled with mold. Again, it’s a nice location, nice building, but needs updates and needs to be cleaned!

The good: Ample space and great location. Having the garage for 2 cars is very nice. 3 Full bathroom great for all the ladies we had. The kitchen is fully stocked. The not as good: confusion on listing about use of beach chairs and accessories. Noticed some "grubby" areas on the walls etc that should have been cleaned better. The room with the bunkbed is really more suited for kids, the setup for the room made for extremely hot sleeping.

My boyfriend and I stayed here with 10 friends for the week. The property was very well kept, and extremely clean. The location was perfect. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved our stay! The property was very clean and can tell that it has/is well maintained and up to date. Check-in /Check-out process was a simple. Owners communicated the process and all information needed up front. Location if property was great. Walking distance to many things including beach 3 minute walk and can be seen from balcony. Would highly recommend and would return!

I stayed here with a group of co-workers (/friends!) for a weekend work retreat, and it was everything we wanted it to be and more! Beautiful, clean home, well-represented by the photos. Three full bathrooms was very helpful. It was also very convenient to have the garage space, and there's plenty of street parking nearby. The "ocean view" is slightly obstructed by condo buildings, but you can see a peek, and it's an easy 2-3 minute walk away. Right next to the boardwalk, Starbucks :) , and tons of restaurants. Overall would highly recommend!

We had a great stay, the location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. My husband appreciated having a garage and the scooter was a welcome surprise for my 2 year old. The house was clean and accurately depicted in the listing photos.

we are a family of four who stayed in this property in january 2021 for a socially distanced long weekend. this is a great location for convenience - there is a starbucks and a CVS one block away which is essential for caffeine pickups throughout the day and emergency purchases. most businesses were closed but we still enjoyed long walks on the boardwalk which is just 2 blocks away. this property does not provide linens (charges a fee to rent) and also has a pricey cleaning fee tacked on the end (not sure if this is so expensive bc of covid? but it seems that you can negotiate it though i didn't try) i've stayed in 4 VRBO properties from Dec-Jan and this is the only one that added such an expensive cleaning fee - i would just expect it to be built into the daily rate. At least there were bath mats provided but that detail would have been nice to have had because I had unnecessarily brought extra bath mats for 3 bathrooms. the garbage disposal and fridge's ice dispenser were not working so that was disappointing, but the property owner was very responsive to our messages but we were staying for only 4 nights so it wasn't worth getting fixed while we were there. there are not many drawers in the bedrooms if you are the type of person who likes to unpack clothes and put them in drawers instead of keeping them in suitcases, but there is plenty of closet space and there were hangers provided which is appreciated. the master bedroom gets A LOT of morning light and there are no blackout curtains so if you are not a morning person, you might want to use a sleeping mask. Unfortunately the weather ended up being worse than expected so we spent more time indoors than planned which probably made us notice these things more than usual. i really liked that this property had a garage and in terms of cleanliness and quality it was overall a great property i would recommend for OC.

The house was very large and comfortable. Very close to all of the activities and the boardwalk. Went as a group for a birthday. It was a great trip and property. The host was very good with communicating everything we needed to know.

the house is really close to the beach and several places to eat. The beach supplies in the garage made it really easy to go back and forth especially with the kids. I was not really impressed with the cleanliness overall.
