The owners were really kind and helpful with us all the time. They had some cute and friendly kittens which was nice to have around you. And the location was the best, beautiful view from the terrace and very close to the beach. And one extremely good facility was the air conditioning.

The room was not so comfortable. Everything is pretty old, but at least it was clean. After 3-4 days, the wifi didn't work anymore.

The hosts were great, really kind and helpful, the apartmant was clean, nice, exactly like it is on the pictures! I'm really satisfied and would come again!

The owner and his mother are extremely kind and helpful. It was so nice to meet them. The accommodation is in a good location, close to the center, but still away from the noise. The surroundings are beautiful. The room was clean and tidy. It was perfect for the holiday in every way, I will stay here again next time as well.

Simple room, facing the olive tree garden, quite silent, as it is a while from the town (7-10 min walk). Clean, great value for the money. Location is very good - in-between long sandy beach, pier and town.

You can hear the neighbors talking (on a terrace/room), so it was not a good sound proof isolation. Also, people can smoke on the terrace, so we had to keep our windows closed all the time, so not to feel the smell. Quite disappointing when it is hot outside. Overall, it did not impact our stay and we will come back!

It’s a really beautiful and pleasant villa on a hill next to Laganas beach, where you can have a sea view from your window and the balcony. You can reach the beach with only 10 minutes’ walk. The landlord is a very kind and nice family, they would answer to all your requirements and makes you feel warm and comfortable like being at home. They will do cleaning for your room all the time. I lived here for quite a long time during the winter, and they offered me discount price and the best room as I rented for a long period. Sometimes they will offer me fruits and vegetables grown from their own garden with very good quality. There are many cute cats in the yard, and you will definitely love them if you are a cat person. It’s also not far from the airport as you can walk one hour to get there if you don’t want to take a taxi. Strongly recommend it to anyone coming to Laganas for vacation or for living.

Friendly hosts, gave us some good advices for our stay and exploration of Zakynthos island. Located not in the strict center so you are avoiding most of the noise and lights of the main streets. Some good restaurants withing 5minutes walk. Adorable kitties around 😻

Only one thing would be useful - mosquito net.
