Excellent central location, easy for tourists to walk to sites, but somehow not too noisy. Our host was friendly and excellent. He set up a driver from the airport, which went smoothly. He also set us up with a guide for the Acropolis named Roula. Roula was an excellent guide, patient and friendly, and worked beautifully with our 2 older kids who are Greek mythology fanatics.

This is a small thing, but that bathroom is teeny tiny! It worked just fine for our family, but I could see some folks being put out.

Kostis did everything to make of our stay a memorable one.

Noisy neighbors

Clean, quiet and safe. Lots of room and literally minutes from the heart of Plaka, Monastiraki, and Acropolis scene. So convenient!

The location was great. at first appearance, we were taken aback by the graffiti all around and some of the dilapidated buildings on the apartment’s street, but once we realized that it is very common in Athens, we felt very safe and were very happy with the location! We were able to easily walk anywhere in downtown Athens. Dimitris was an excellent host!!

The apartment was very well equipped with many thoughtful touches to make you feel at home and facilitate your stay. All the things you’d expect and much more. The location is amazing to access most of the touristic sites and there are many restaurants and bars around to satisfy your needs at any time of the day. The host provided many recommendations that were great both as nice treats and to go off the tourist trail. Communication was super responsive and always helpful. He couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be.

Noisy! We heard the all building when they flushed the toilets or snores at night.. every time someone goes in or out of the building you here it. And the bed.. definitely a cheap one.. it’s a-sham because all the rest is very nice

The host cannot be more accommodating. Helped us with everything. Nothing is too much trouble, and as this house was the first place we started at in our month long vacation in Greece, we were overwhelmed by the hospitality of the Greek people. Wonderful! We highly recommend.

Only little thing is the size of the bathroom. A little small for my husband. But, not a big issue as the place, location and host makes up for it.

Amazing location, ten minute walk to the entrance to the acropolis and yet the street is not a major thoroughfare so it is reasonably quiet. The apartment has all you need and is well set up.

Liz was very kind and helpful with lots of information. The location is perfect. Close to all the tourist attractions and still quite at night.

We found some hair that wasn't belong to us on the bed.. The bathroom is very small, you don't have to much space to move inside the shower.

Awesome location in middle of Plaka. Just step out and beautiful tavernas, souvenier shops right at few meters. Hop on hop off stop is at walkable distance if you want to take that. You can really walk down to Syntagama, Acroplis, parliament, Anafiotika, Temple of Zeus. We loved the facilities specially the kitchen and the laundry with proper cooking utensils, small dining. Our apartment was at ground floor so no problem with luggage loading/unloading or child prams. The Host Liz was really amazing and she gave us just the right advice on where to go, eat and where not to go. She was waiting at 11PM for us at apartment to make check in smooth. She went out of the way andbought bread for us as we were travelling with children and checking in very late. Awesome experience.

The only thing we missed was an extra bathroom as there was just one with two rooms but that was not a limitation at all.
