We really loved staying at this house! It was the perfect size for our family (6). It was just about a minute walk from the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. It was a very clean house and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying there again!

This house met all of our expectations. Great location. Lots of space for 3 couples. House clean and nicely furnished. The backyard pool area is fabulous! Private and beautiful. Golf carting around the island was the way to go. Easy beach access.

Had a great stay in a great location with a pool. If you expect small condiments like salt/pepper/ketchup/wash powders, etc.. this place doesn’t have it. Grounds maint will show up unannounced. Be prepared to see some tree rats in the palm trees by the pool, Lol! Unexpected visitors. Other than that this place was great!

Property was awesome and the walk to the beautiful beach was great!! Our family had a cool time and made awesome new memories at the pool, watching the beautiful sunset, and finding amazing shells to add to our collection!! ☀️🏖

We had a great time even though the weather was less than perfect. The walk to the beach was short and very easy. The bugs were awful! Our first night there we were swarmed by termites in the master bedroom! I really had a hard time sleeping for the next couple of nights. Had to wash the sheets and pillow cases. I called AMI who sent someone out a day later to confirm that it was termites and" welcome to Florida". Not much to do about that but thank goodness it did not happen again! It was so nice to have a pool to cool off in. The pool guy came twice to clean. The back yard is absolutely perfect!

The property is nice and has a very cute decoration. A lot of towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, utensils in the kitchen to cook. The king beds are very comfortables. Smart TV in the living room and rooms. Very close to the beach just one block walking. Big enough for 6 persons. The only bad review I have to give is that the barbecue was not clean and the pool was a little dirty too when we arrived. Overall the cleaning is average.

Great place and location. Wish backyard (especially tiki) had lights for after hours to enjoy the night.

My family (daughter, son in law, 3 kiddos) enjoyed our stay at the house. The layout is great (all one level) with lots of open space and large bedrooms & bathrooms. The backyard makes up for the location which is on a very busy street and close to the road. However, when you enter the home and close the door you dont hear the noise and would not know you are on a main road. The backyard is very private, beautiful pool, lots of outdoor furniture, tiki bar area, great landscaping, etc. We appreciated the amenities such as ample towels, beach towels, plenty of dishes, beach cart and nice beach chairs, etc.. I highly recommend this home.

The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 and a very easy walk to the beach, which was initially a concern that I had. It is on the main road, so you would need to keep an eye on little ones, but they would love the pool. Kitchen could use some corning ware and pyrex containers and a few more pots and pans, but otherwise it was a beautiful home. I wish it was ours!!!!! 😉

This was a beautiful, well maintained rental property! We loved how updated and clean the house was. The private pool was our favorite! We have a 3 year old, and the busy street was not an issue. We always carried her to the car. Other than that we never went to the front of the property. We enjoyed the pool most of the time!

Great house and location. Lots of mosquitoes, but that’s Florida in summer. Definitely bring the bug spray, and some citronella candles. The house was very clean and the pool was very nice, though it looked larger in the pictures. Short walk to the beach, very convenient to restaurants. I would say the house needs more cookware. Cooking for six was a challenge with what was available. Definitely could use a larger frypan, and at least one large bowl. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

This rental was very clean , well equipped, and very short walk to the beach as described. Pool was a lovely perk after a long day at the beach and we would definitely rent again !

Great property

The property was exactly as described online and we really loved it. The house is very spacious and up to date. The pool area is very lovely. There is a short one block walk to the beach. My only advice is to bring bug spray in case of mosquito issues when you visit this area. The house is located close to the grocery store and Walgreens. AMI was very easy to work with and we had no issues.

We recently enjoyed this beautiful home for a week with our two teenagers. The home is beautiful and the backyard is stunning - very private and beautifully landscaped and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Everything is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It does face a busier street but traffic is very quiet at night and the 3 minute walk to the beach was easy. It’s close to the grocery store and Walgreens and a lovely ice cream shop! We had an excellent spring break. We look forward to returning in the future.

This was a great home for the three of us to spend a week. While the house is on a busy road, it is only a little over a block walk to the beach. I've stayed at other rentals on the island, and this by far, was the most up-to-date and conveniently located (1/2 mile walk to Publix, etc). The backyard space was like a sanctuary - truly lovely.

We are senior adults. When we arrived, the house code did not work. Fortunately we were able to reach the property management company to get the correct code. The house is clean and cozy. It has been updated and the appliances are in good condition. The owners have insured that the pool and landscaping are serviced frequently. Mike and Mike keep the trees and bushes in pristine condition! And the pool was immaculate. We rent alot of houses. Generally we leave extra paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, filters, spices, olive oil, etc behind when we leave. And we often find those kinds of things tucked into a cabinet. However, that is not true at this house. There really is nowhere to leave anything because the kitchen has open shelving. The metal chairs in the kitchen are uncomfortable--metal and short backs. There are no comfortable straight chairs in the entire house. I have back issues so that was a drawback for me. Additionally, there are no flashlights or matches or candles in case the power goes out in a storm. No DVD player, bring your own. Also, no end tables in the bunk room and only on one side of the right bedroom bed so I stacked boxes. The decor is beachy and pretty, and the location is walking distance to pharmacy, several small eating establishments and the Gulf. Overall, a great house. The owners obviously take pride in it.

Though the house is as shown through the pictures, the location of the property is on a very busy street. The traffic was noisy and fast. I would not want to have young children at this house as the stone driveway is so short and it would not feel safe. The stone driveway also was tracked into the living space making walking barefoot in the home uncomfortable. The lighting in the living area and pool were unusually pretty. The property is only two blocks from the beach, but again the street is busy. We had some problems with the front door key pad as well, but the management stated they would look into this concern.

This lovely property is very conveniently located, short walk from the beach. It was clean with amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool was perfect for our family and we enjoyed it. Communication with AMI was timely and appropriate. Plenty of towels, sheets, and other necessary items. Overall, would highly consider renting again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The house was exactly as advertised and so was the location. It was nice to spend half of the day at the Beach and then return to the house to spend the rest of the day at the very private pool. We will definitely rent this house again.

Close to beach although on a busy street. Clean, well decorated and easy. Great for families! A few glitchy things with WiFi/TV/lack of house address but all resolved quickly. Management company was very responsive.

This house was perfect for our family beach vacation. Everything was clean and modern. The back pool area was like your own private lagoon with seating areas in the pool. The beach access was just around the block and the beach was so pretty! We’ll definitely book again for our next trip to Anna Maria Island.

This property had everything our family needed and wanted for a great getaway vacation! Would highly recommend this property. So close to the beach, but best of all was our own private pool with both sun and shade in that beautiful grotto of tropical enchantment!

The house itself was nice and was just what we needed for our family. What we did not like that it was on a busy street and if you have small children (we had 4 kids under 5)then walk to the beach can be a little stressful as there are no sidewalk and cars go pretty fast for such street. Good thing was that the walk was very quick and the beach was beautiful, the best we have been lately. Also, the house was very close to the stores, which made it super easy to grab anything you need. Also, the house needs better cleaning. There were empty water bottles and some trash around the pool area, and inside floors were dirty when we arrived as well as some used tissues in bedrooms. Management was good and send out cleaning people to the house, this time they cleaned the floors but did not even pick up the dirty tissues which were pretty gross to me. In general, we had a good time, but in the past, we had a better experience.

Traveled with my family of 5, plus my parents. The house was gorgeous and fit us perfectly. We were so grateful when we immediately saw that the pictures actually were an accurate representation of the property. The pool was beautiful, and we loved having it. Even after we had an act of Mother Nature, involving some frogs, the property management took care of it immediately and we were back in the pool within a few hours. The house is a short walk to the beach, which was clean and such a relaxing place. Everything was just wonderful—clean, fun, functional. Truly the best of both worlds having your own pool, and having a short walk to the beach. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property on Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect with a short and adorable walk to the beach. House had everything our family of 7 needed, plenty of comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Valerie was a great contact, quickly taking care of a small glitch we had with the pool. Overall a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely go back!

Valerie the property manager did the best she could with the situation, renting us a wagon and umbrella to make up for the poor experience, but unfortunately nothing could make up for some of the issues. The biggest issue was that the floors were clearly not mopped. We called to let her know and the cleaning person came back and said she doesn't mop and doesn't even have a mop. Our feet were black from the dirt so Valerie had her go buy a mop to clean the floors. For such aarge cleaning fee, the house should have been mopped. There were also clumps of hairs on the blanket in one of the bedrooms. The house is not 3000 feet like the listing says. Even after the remodel, it is about half that size (verified on Manatee County property appraiser). This is not a large house. There was a hole in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms that was stuffed with a washcloth. Again, Valerie did the best she could with the situation and tried to make us happy, but the reality was that the house was not well remodeled or kept up. The pool was leaking and a repairman showed up to fix it and said "he thought no one was going to be there all week". There was a piece missing from one of the bedroom doors, and large stains on the kitchen floor. The bathroom shower wasn't put in correctly and leaked into the toilet area. Would have been ok with these issues had we paid less, but the price for the house (listed as newly remodeled) should have been better. The location was great and we had easy access to the beach and trolley. The pool (when we could use it) was nice as well.
