House was everything as advertised and owners were really good to deal with. Would definitely recommend and stay again

This cabin was AWESOME! The location was great as we were close to every place on our list to visit. The cabin had a well-stocked kitchen for our cooking needs and the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms were very comfortable. The bedroom on the first floor was cozy and we had a lot of room in the dining area and living room for relaxing and eating. The owner responded promptly to any question we had. There is so much more to see in RI that when we come back, we will definately stay in this cabin again.

Stayed here in Sept ‘22. Excellent place to stay! The house was fully stocked with anything that you could probably need or want. The location is quick on and off the highway but at the same time woods are all around. Great to sleep with the windows open, the sounds are amazing!!! Emma was great, very responsive and accommodating and helped us out with a special request. Would defiantly stay here again. The beach is beautiful!

This was my first VRBO experience and it went smoothly.

We loved the house - very cozy. Situated on 12 acres, it was very private and removed from the craziness of the Summer tourist trade. All the amenities in the house are first rate. The South Kingstown beach is very nice. We enjoyed our month stay and would recommend the house for any family.

I have stayed at numerous places for the past 10-15 years in Rhode Island and am very familiar with this area. This location is one of the best equipped, with one of the nicest kitchens we have stayed at. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was excellent as it was close to all the areas we normally go to. All were within 7 minutes of each location in both directions. The access road was a bit tricky to get into but by day 3 we were able to figure out where it was on Route 1. The owners were very easy to work with. We had a bit of trouble in one of the bathrooms (user error) and the owner was very easy to work to fix it and very timely. The only thing that I would say that could improve the location would be an outdoor shower to clean off after the beach before entering the home. The other is more of a preference on our end, but I found the bed to be harder than what I am used to. I would definitely stay here again and would bring a pillow-top for the mattress if I am ever fortunate enough to stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this rental, stayed for over a week in April of 2022 while having work done on our house. It's remote and very quiet, exactly what we were looking for, yet is just minutes from southern RI's beautiful beaches and seafood. A spacious, clean layout and full kitchen made it a great place to just take it easy and enjoy the peace and quiet. Within about a 10 minute drive are downtown Wakefield or Narragansett, both of which offer many great dining experiences. Many beaches and coastal hiking/state parks are within mere minutes of the property as well. Above all else, the property manager was one of the most friendly and helpful people I've ever dealt with. I cannot recommend this enough if you're looking for some quiet relaxation, yet with plenty to explore in the immediate area.

pretty much immediately after stepping in I knew I would want to come back. the space, and the light are amazing, it's really accessible to a lot of things, and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've seen in a long time.

This house is perfect! Beautiful location in the woods with the sounds of frogs & birds coming in the windows. Very close to great beaches. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

Location, location, location. What a great house tucked in the woods. 8 mins away we were fishing off the surf. Weather was great all week, the fishing “ so so “. That’s not why we’re here. Thank you for letting us stay here. I can’t wait until next year. I will definitely keep in touch.

My husband and I have stayed in many cabin rentals, and this cabin is definitely one of the nicest and cleanest. It is well-equipped with everything you will need for a delightful and relaxing vacation get-away. The owners do an outstanding job making sure every detail is available for their guests, right down to creamer for my morning coffee. Thank you.

This house felt like a home. It had everything we need and more. My group felt so comfortable. The home and location were beautiful. It felt very private and we were surrounded by mature trees in a wooded area. We were very close to beaches and restaurants. The owners were very nice and answered all of my questions. We felt lucky to be staying there. I would love to stay there again. I would recommend this home, location and overall experience. AMAZING!

Beautiful home on a private drive. No neighbors in sight. Nice trails for a walk or you can walk the drive and a great deck for sitting out on or eating outdoors. Inside the house is wood paneling and modern appliances, one downstairs bedroom and two upstairs. There's a small deck/balcony upstairs looking out over a nice pond. The home is secluded but near everything, we had a lot of fun! Emma was great with quick responses to any questions and precise directions to the house and covering all aspects of the stay. We loved our two weeks here. Location is super convenient and short drive to beaches, restaurants and everything the area has to offer. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed and the brand new kitchen is a perk. We enjoyed having breakfast on the shaded deck, and the main living space is spacious and open, great to hang out even with a larger group. The owner was very accommodating, even setting up a portable crib and high chair for our 1 year old so we didn’t have to bring ours. Highly recommend for families wanting a getaway close to the beach, and would definitely come back again!

The location was great - just off the highway, yet the feel of being back in the woods. Had some issues with the AC and the owners were very responsive and took care of it.

The property is very well maintained, and clean. Mattresses are comfortable and the owner truly cares for her guests. We had everything at our disposal including bug spray, limitless towels, pillows, sheets, etc. The passes to the town beach were a blessing considering the parking situation and the fees we would've incurred without the passes. The property is secluded and quiet, yet close enough to the main road and Narraganset, the Block Island ferry, Newport etc. Stop and Shop, Walgreens, Marshalls are 10-15 minutes away. We had a great stay and we spent some quality family time working on one of the puzzles thoughtfully supplied by the owner. Even my teenagers got off their phones and enjoyed everything that the property and the surrounding area had to offer.

The house was just as described and Emma's instructions on how to find it were perfect!

We had an excellent stay. They house was incredibly clean and supplied with towels, sheets, toilet paper etc. Large open concept dining/living area to hang out comfortably with family. Beds were all very comfortable and everyone slept well. The house was in such a beautiful, peaceful location not too far from the beach. We couldn't be happier with the house or the hosts. We will definitely return to this location if we head to RI again.

Great little hidden gem. Had a group of 7 guys for a golf trip and everyone loved the house. It's a little hard to find at first but once we found it everything was great. Totally surrounded by trees it didn't feel like you were right off a main road. Easy access to everything the area has to offer. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

My sisters and I rented this for a girl's weekend getaway. The house is lovely, spacious and spotless. Emma replied promptly and provided all of the details we needed for a relaxing stay! I would recommend renting this home as it is close to beaches, shopping and a nice private property to come home to.
