Clean, spacious, lovely pool and great hosts.

This was a great rental experience from start to finish. We were lucky to find this home for a last minute extended family getaway. There were 12 in our party and plenty of space for all of us. The home had everything we needed, everything was very well organized and labeled and communication with Keith and Bruce was seamless. Highly recommend renting any of their homes....they are pros!

An awesome house!

Spent a week at this beautiful home with family visiting from New England. The location is in very close proximity to downtown, and so central to everything else in the area. We had a group of 12 adults (6 couples) - and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The rooms were well set up, and because each had their own en suite bathroom, no one needed to share these bathrooms with any other couple. So great! Keith, our host, couldn’t have been more responsive and pleasant. I even forgot my EV charger in the garage and he took the time to ship it to me in San Francisco! Such a great experience all around. Oh, and the “shelf” in the pool is the perfect spot for photo sessions!

This was one of the most amazing properties I (and 9 friends) have ever stayed. The place is gorgeous and is fully equipped. The booking process was easy and management excellent. I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! This home is exceedingly well-managed. Bruce was a delight to work with- helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Everything in the home was of great quality and in good working order (which isn't always the case in a rental!), and we were impressed with the decor. The pool and outside space was perfect, and it was lovely being a few doors down from the park. Excellent stay, and would highly recommend! Thank you, Bruce!

With every bedroom having their own bath (one with access for visiting guest), this house was perfect for my friends and myself. Beautiful pool area, large kitchen and quality kitchen supplies!

Loved it - will be back for sure

Owner was fantastic - responsive, friendly and welcoming. We stayed during covid, needing a place to live before moving into our new house so it was just me and my husband, but in normal times would be an amazing place for a group to have an amazing vacation - great party house. Only downside was it is a noisy street, but next to a park where dogs can play off leash.

Not much I can say here that others haven't. What you see is what you get--and so much more! The house is huge, there's more space than you could probably ever use and everything is so neat and tidy (and labeled!) that you're never wondering where anything is. Bruce & Keith really have thought of everything and are the consummate hosts. If you need it, chances are they've already thought of it. All the way up to the 'in case you forgot it' bin in the closet with travel toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc. Best part of it all is the outdoor space where you can lounge around a glorious, heated pool; luxuriate in the jacuzzi or spread out and tan in the massive backyard (some parts with really beautiful views of the moutains). Only downside (and it's not really a negative based on how much good there is here) is just that the house is on very busy and large thoroughfare...so makes for a bit of a tricky time getting in and out of the driveway and a bit iffy you need to walk dogs (stick to the side streets). All in all, though, if you need a getaway where you have a large group of people, don't need to think about a thing while you're there and have a taste for the finer things, this is the place to go!

The house is absolutely PERFECT, the photos do not do it justice, the pool is salt water & heated . The Kitchen was large enough for us to move around without bumping into each other. All six of us had our own bedroom w/bathroom and private patio, so if we wanted to have private time away from the group we could. The dinning table was large enough for us to have buffet style eating each day. We went to renew our minds and body and this location enabled us to do just that. I can not say enough about this home and the owners, we will be back next year!

My family of 10-20 (siblings, spouses, kids) spend time together twice a year, always in vacation rentals. Each experience is unique as there are no real guidelines or templates. This place was unique - very well designed, perfect layout and furniture - kitchen labeled and had everything you needed. I would say, if you built a house from scratch for a family to gather, enjoy themselves, be quarantined and have a perfect layout this would be it! Overall it was a great expereince! (Other than the fact that Palm Springs doesn't allow music outdoors but we don't hold that against this beyond wonderful property)

Not only was this home stunning, the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

We visited the property to escape winter weather and celebrate a birthday. The house was as pictured - 6 beds and baths provided privacy for the whole group while the outdoor space was great for fun afternoons by the pool and nights by the fire. The location made it easy to access the aerial tram, downtown Palm Springs and the airport (all quick uber rides away). Keith was very easy to work with and provided great recommendations around town. Definitely hope to visit again and would stay at any of the pslux properties!

The space is as advertised, but there were more accessories in the kitchen that were a pleasant surprise. Kitchenaid mixer, juicer, Vitamix and a great outdoor grilling station. There were plenty of serving ware for large dinners. The rooms were a great size and all had access to an outdoor space. The pool was a perfect temp for a January evening swim. The Keith was very accommodating and easy to reach for questions or support. This space has been the best rental/experience we had!

This was a perfect house for our girls trip! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, there was plenty of communal space, and the pool was just what we were looking for. Keith was easy to work with. I highly recommend.

We rented this house for a girl's weekend and it was amazing! So clean, the outdoor area is just what we needed, and the property looks exactly like the photos in person. Would highly recommend it!

The home owners were wonderful and very helpful. The property was great for our large group and the kids loved the pool. We would all stay here again.

They have really given thought as to what you would need to entertain as if we were in your own home and more! The special care and personal attention to detail makes this location an ideal property. And to top it all, property is dog friendly! Keith, one of the owners, from the very beginning would quickly respond to any questions I had and welcomed us upon arrival. He's such a nice person, you'd want him to join your party!

We're regular vacation rental travelers and would rate this authentic mid-century home as one of the most well appointed, best located, and most beautiful houses of all the places we have stayed (and we're fairly experienced). The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. It's very close to all the sites we wanted to see, and also close to a big supermarket which was handy, as well as being near to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Our host Keith was amazing as well, gave us the full tour and explained everything which made it easy for us to enjoy all the toys like the Spa and the TVs and everything in-between. Huge gourmet kitchen with everything we needed to create a feast. The back yard is a playground with an incredible pool! We would highly recommend this wonderful authentic mid-century home.

What an absolutely beautiful house Bruce and Keith have created! Its clear they know what they are doing and have thought about all the details. Large private bathrooms for each bedroom were great for our group. Kitchen is spectacular, everything you need for a gourmet feast! Great open plan living/kitchen dining flowed out to the covered patio, fire-pit and pool/spa. Truly one of the best vacation rental homes we've ever stayed at!

What a great home; perfectly and beautifully designed for entertainment and privacy! Can't say enough good about the kitchen, so well equipped; we loved cooking here (there was even shape knives and an extra refrigerator!) The pool and SPA was over-the-top cool so was the outdoor, covered dining area. Since the house is located in a historic mid-century modern area, it made for great walks (with our dog!) Keith, one of the owners, was really responsive to your needs… we will be back!

This was our first visit to Palm Springs and we could not have picked a more perfect house. It was well located and had an incredibly well stocked kitchen, there was not one thing we needed to make a meal that was not to be found in the kitchen. And the locations of all those items were even labeled on the cabinets. We had our extended family at the house, 7 of us, and the house was great given that each bedroom had its own private bath. We have rented homes on VRBO around the world and this is definitely one of the best we have ever been in.

Hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. The place is very clean and well laid out for a large group gathering. The kitchen has all the appliances and tools necessary for a great stay.
