Wonderful house in BV, CO. Great location- easy walk to Main Street. Enjoyed watching chipmunks and deer right out our bedroom window. Very clean. Plenty of great cookware and kitchen stocked well. Beds very comfortable. Excellent VRBO!! Thank you!!

First of all, Buena Vista is very pretty. Surrounded by those 14ers. And the river. So nice!! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town. Very clean. Nice beds and sheets. Great backyard. Kitchen has everything one needs!!

This house was perfect for us Californians who came out for a family 50th Wedding Anniversary in Buena Vista. Kitchen was adequately supplied with all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Really nice!

This place was as advertised. Very nice, clean, and in a good neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to either provide sheets for the couch or suggest to bring some. Outside of that, I would stay there anytime!

Really comfortable, awesome place. Walking distance to the local distillery and down to the river trails. Comfy beds! Really nice kitchen :)

Perfectly comfortable and with all the amenities we found ourselves cooking meals and hanging out so as not to have wait on a table at all the places practicing Covid guidelines. My hubby and We will surely be returning to this beautiful city as we haven’t gotten our fill of all the hiking, biking, sightseeing or use of the river this land offers and the scenery has taken us captive! We had a wonderful stay! Very nice, very clean place! The only complaint were the beds were VERY firm/hard! Otherwise perfect!

Great place , within walking distance of everything in town. Very clean, and comfortable, stocked with everything you need.

Wonderful new house , quiet and clean and very reasonably priced.. Great backyard for entertainment, plenty of space to grill while the family seats to talk, visit and play. We will definitely be back again . Daniel and Kari were very available and helpful if you have any questions.

This is a nice house in an awesome location. We’ve rented this place twice. Everything was great EXCEPT it was not very clean. I had to vacuum because the floors were so dusty and dirty. I realize it’s hard to get quality housekeeping but this was a bit ridiculous.

Great brand new house. Well equipped, comfortable, convenient to downtown, quiet at night, ample parking, nice backyard for outdoor dining & lounging. Daniel our contact was friendly and accessible when we had a couple of questions. Would definitely rent again.

Short stay at this property and everything was amazing!

This place has everything you need for three families with toddlers and babies! The end of the street is dead end so very quiet for strider riding and playing out front (love the small boulders to climb on. Also a easy walk to Main Street for a little more action. House has a full kitchen, bedrooms are large to fit cribs, and everything is new and clean. Thank you for allowing a little early check in.

We had two couples staying at this house in Buena Vista and it was great being in town, near the downtown with lots going on. Coffee shop and fun bars/restaurants a short bike ride away, but with the Collegiate Peaks Fourteeners looming large to the West for hiking and enjoying the mountain scenery. The owner was very responsive and check-in and out was seamless. The home is new and very nice. Would highly recommend.

This home was beautifully designed with lovely hardwood floors, natural wood trims, and lots of natural light. It was a beautiful place to stay and comfortable for our family of six plus two extended family members. The location was perfect, near the shops on Main Street and several nearby parks. The views are pretty and the location at the end of the street felt private. A few additional things would have pushed it up to a 5-star review. The microwave was not working, which was not a deal-breaker since there was a working oven/stove, but inconvenient, nonetheless. There were no tissues/paper towels/extra toilet paper rolls in the place. There were only two paper towels left on the roll when we arrived. We also would have liked to find a few extra hand and bath towels, pillow, etc., but made due with what we had. On the plus side, the pack-n-play for our baby was in great shape. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a boppy pillow and rocker seat for babies as well., plus kids dishes in the kitchen. Great additions to the basic baby supplies!

Great house to stay in - very clean! It is further than 150 ft from Main St though and unless you have your own account on Netflix, Hulu, etc. You will not be able to watch T.V. - also bring some wash cloths with you - they only provide 3 for the whole house to use! Other than that, it was a great location and a good stay!

Spent the weekend here for a girls' get away with 8 girls...we loved our stay. Accomodations were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils needed. The backyard has a large, unfinished, space that is fun for outdoor games. Check out procedure was a bit extensive, but the cleanliness of the house and close proximity to the main street of BV make it worth it.

For some reason the cable didn’t work but it wasn’t an issue as we simply hung out, but I’d certainly come back again.

We had a great stay at this place. Very nice and new and comfortable, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, etc. Everything felt very nice and new. Loved that it was an easy biking/walking distance to the South Main St. area of town, with the river, trails, parks etc- we spent most of our weekend biking around with the kids and everyone had a blast! We also loved that the house is located near the end of a dead-end street, so the kids were able to safely ride bikes on the street too. My only complaints would be the fairly small living space, small dining space, and lack of outdoor seating. We did have a group of 8 and there was nowhere for everyone to sit and hang out together- fortunately the weather was nice so we were outside most of the time but if it was cold out it would be pretty squishy for everyone to hang out in the living room together. It would be really nice if there were a patio table and chairs in the backyard as well. I also felt that the check-out procedures were a bit much- I understand doing dishes and stripping beds but I think that asking guests to empty all the trash cans and drive the recycling to a recycling center was a little excessive when you are paying a cleaning fee. Overall great place though, we would rent it again!

The Buena Vista house we stayed at was super cute and decorated very modern on the inside. It was perfect for our family of 4, and I think this house could hold up to 6 people pretty comfortably. We'll definitely look to book this house again!

Very conveniently located a few blocks from town and the river. Gives you the clean hotel feel with the space of your own home. Very responsive to any questions you have about the house. Definitely would stay here again!

We were one of the first renters in the newly constructed residence. Everything (furnishings) is new. We(4 couples) all appreciated the time, effort, thought and quality put in to the property and were very comfortable. The location is terrific. Short walk to downtown BV, where we really enjoyed ourselves. We'll be back!
