The location of this property is brilliant - once you find it! Our Satnav could not locate the street - we have never had this problem before. We were beginning to panic as we didn't get to the apartment until 9.30pm We found a local French guy who was brilliant and helped us find the apartment block. He also phoned the owner so we could get access to the apartment! All this would not have been possible without his help.

It stated on the website that there is parking on the street - that is correct but you have to pay daily by meter which is not mentioned. Also, some basic groceries would have been appreciated i.e. milk, butter, ketchup, etc., and perhaps more than 2 mugs could have been supplied. There were only 2 towels too. The bathroom floor didn't look clean, you could clearly see where some objects had been on the floor as they had left a mark.

Comfortable and convenient. We nearly decided against booking the apartment because the description showed no parking. Luckily our friends in Laval correctly told us that there was plentiful street parking for very little money all along the street. I’m not sure why you said that there was no parking.

If you do decide on street parking and are not familiar with the machines to buy the parking ticket I suggest that you ask the apartment manager. We had quite a struggle. It’s easy enough once one has worked it all out but the instructions are impressionistic and anti-intuitive.

Lovely apartment. Very modern. Great location. Very clean. The host was very helpful with any help we needed. I wish everywhere I stayed was as nice as this!!
