Emails and notifications were spot on with all the information I needed for my stay. Our room was ready for the time I asked. Hotel receptionist was very helpful on arrival, polite and spoke English (althoughwe speak french)

The beds and location

Clean and welcoming member of staff. She couldn't find my booking at first until I was able to tell her it was booked through Booking.com.

Noise from a big group of motorcyclists parked right outside our bedroom window. Please allocate another area. It was our first time at an Ibis budget and it took us a while to understand what was available for food etc. The coffee machine area was very untidy in the morning due to heavy use by the motorcyclists at breakfast time.

Good, plentiful breakfast. easy to access late at night.

Bedding smelt unpleasant. Had to make up bunk beds at 1am even though we had advised how many people were in each room.

Nice bed, nice staff.

Bad Internet when you have lots of people inside.

the lady at reception was so welcoming and really went out of her way for us. 5 plus stars for her. sorry we don’t have her name but she was there when we arrived 8.30pm sat 26 and there on Sun 27 morn. she really was a super star. please ensure you pass on to her.

the bedroom side tables did not look like they had been cleaned / wipe since the last guests as there was glass rim stains on them.

Shower has no door, just 1/2 a panel so water splashes everywhere and floor gets very wet
