Julie is great and very responsive. She clearly takes pride in this place! This was a last minute booking while relocating my tenants. Moving out unexpectedly was a stressful situation but as soon as they settled in here they felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is perfect as well. Quiet and private yet walking distance to many amenities. We appreciate your hospitality Julie! Thanks so much again!

A nice house in a first class location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries.

We have stayed multiple times at this lovely home, nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated with every convenience and a charming back yard. One can walk to town with access to pharmacies, restaurants and grocery stores. Best of all, the owner is delightful and very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfy home in Pasadena! The neighborhood was adorable. It was the perfect size for our group. We loved sitting in the sunroom every morning to enjoy breakfast! We had a few issues with the water heater but Julie was very helpful and quick to respond! We will definitely stay again.

We have returned several times to this lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. The host is most communicative and responsive and the house itself is beautifully decorated with every amenity. Location allows one to walk to stores and restaurants. Our favorite place in Pasadena.

The house is located in a very sweet and quiet neighborhood that is very walkable, including to a grocery store and Starbucks. The house has every modern convenience, including outlets galore. The kitchen is stocked with high end cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, etc and is very well organized.. And the host was very communicative and responded quickly whenever we had any special needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply Wonderful!
We really enjoyed our stay in this property and Pasadena. It is within easy walking distance of Lake Avenue for anything you might need (food, dry cleaner ...) and if you like walking around a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The home is well maintained, and has everything you need. The Alexa-powered feature is a surprise and amazing. Place was perfect and beautiful, and Julie and her staff made it so easy. We loved the place and already thinking about coming back.

Pasadena Doll House
We stayed in Julie’s property for a month to be close to our daughter after the arrival of our grandson. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the property and location. The property is on a cute little street so close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed aimlessly walking around the surrounding neighborhood of beautiful homes and landscaping including some of the most magnificent trees. The home is cozy and has everything you need to be comfortable for an extended stay. The owner Julie is awesome communicating before and during your stay. Couldn’t recommend this property enough. We hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Outstanding experience
This was a superb VRBO rental. The house is lovely, with every amenity. A walkable neighborhood with beautiful homes and landscaping. The owner was very communicative and even sent us a video tour of the house to review before our arrival. We can’t wait to return!

Never wanted to leave
This property is even nicer than the photos. It’s spacious, light, the kitchen is fantastic and perfectly stocked. The beds are comfortable, sheets fantastic, spacious bathroom. Closets are spacious and lit from within. It’s a completely “smart” house so the lights etc are voice controlled. When we arrived, the house was immaculate. The neighborhood is lovely to walk. This house is super quiet. Julie was a fantastic and communicative owner. I felt comfortable from the moment we arrived and was sad to leave. A thousand stars!!!!!

Wonderful stay in adorable home!!
We moved back to Los Angeles and our house wasn’t ready for 7 weeks. We stayed at Julies home with our fur babies and it was absolutely a perfect place to land. Adorable home, beautiful street and great host. I would highly recommend staying here!! (And I’m picky)

Pasadena cottage
This is a fantastic little cottage in the best neighborhood in Pasadena. We had a great experience and everything at the house was organized, cozy and clean. The owner, Julie, was great, super to deal with, and very responsive to any issues. We'd loved our stay there and would recommend the cottage and Julie to anybody looking for a wonderful cottage in a fantastic location,
