This is our second time staying here and we love it. The centralized location is great, the views from the patio is fabulous, and the condo has everything needed for a home away from home!

Gorgeous condo! Beautiful view. A nice quiet neighborhood. The condo had a nice open lay out with lots of space! It was a little hard to find. If you print out the map they email you after you book this property print it in color, it will be easier to find! 5 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend!

Great location for golf and walking but needs updating and more comfortable furniture. Pool heater and furniture were broken so we could only use the pool for part of the stay. Numerous small repairs etc need to be addressed to be worth the price.

Property was as advertised and very comfortable. Very easy drive to everything in the Scottsdale area. We showed up an hour early to see if we could get in before grocery shopping. Cleaning lady was still cleaning but let us drop off our luggage. Place was very clean and Rose was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was exceptionally clean. Convenient to restaurants and easy route to freeways.

Loved this location. Hope to stay here again.

The location of this property can’t be beat! It’s close to SO many restaurants and shops, and the scenery/views are amazing!

We rented this property with two other couples. There was lots of space for all of us and property was as advertised. It is close to the golf course, we aren’t golfers but was nice to have the clubhouse close by to go for drinks and food. Beautiful views out both sides of the condo. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed for the last 2 months. The apt. is big and has a nice view. However the noise from the early deliveries and the grounds crew of Silverado Golf course (4:30am) more than offset the location. Also the pictures are better than the reality. The bathrooms need to be updated or redone. And for a 3 bdrm place the kitchen needs more flatwear and microwavable dishwear if only for reheating. Perhaps for a group of golfers on a golf weekend, it would be great. But for us, it was not good enough.

Great location and views . I gave it 5 stars, but we had a couple of glitches. The HOA decided to have painting done on exterior buildings causing the pool to be off all limits during our stay. We were notified of this after the expiration date for recieving a full refund. The drains were plugged in the second bathroom, but I did let the management know we would make due with the one bathroom, since it was my wife, daughter, and myself. The bedroom carpets need updated as well. The master bedroom TV Roku needs reset each time you want to watch it. I realize we were victims of bad timing and circumstances, so maybe the management will offer us an incentive to stay there again!

We were in town for a wedding. Four groups were staying at this general property. We each had our own condo. This property , a 3 bedroom was excellent. Great location to lots of things to do. This was one of the nicest residence at this particular location. All were beautiful but this one was the best. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from property manager.

This is a lovely property in a gated community! Plenty of space for 5 in a great location with easy access to all necessities and entertainment. Quiet and relaxing, overlooking a golf course and lake.

Easy to book in a desirable location. Great property for friends to celebrate two birthdays together. Pros: location, location, and location! View from balcony was wonderful, condo is adequately stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Managers and owners were very responsive to texts: we had an issue and the handyman was there to address within a half hour. Cons: directions to the property were very difficult to follow because this condo is in a very large complex and there was no signage on the buildings. Additionally, the unit is showing signs of wear - the carpeting is stained, toilets are old, and guest room bathroom sink was barely functional. Single ply toilet paper!?! All of the negatives can be easily corrected and did not severely impact our enjoyment of the condo. We would definitely return.

Had a very comfortable snd convenient stay. Would return in a heart best. Amazing deck overlooking golfers, bike, jogging, walking paths that intersected below and beyond. So quiet and tranquil. Sun eyes reflecting on the mountains were breathtaking. Night views of distant suburban lights were also appreciated. Enjoyed the pools and everything about being here. Management was so prompt and friendly with responding to questions I had.

Great views. Fantastic pool that wasn’t busy. Great location to everywhere. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Bbq by pool was great. Balcony was shaded in afternoon and evening which was perfect to use!

This place is great! Great location, easy checkin, close walking path, next to golf course and the owner was extremely responsive. We celebrated a milestone birthday and we loved the place. Thank you and we will definitely revisit when we are back in Phoenix.

This was a good place for our family with two kids. The pool was warm and heated. The directv in the master bedroom did not work, otherwise we had no issues. It was a good central location with lots to do nearby.

Dated. Carpet needed to be cleaned. Handle in tub off hallway is loose. Repairs to ceiling were not finished.

It was a l little hard to find if you are one who looks at directions after you are lost but Cory was very available and put us on the right track location accommodations and cleanliness were 4 1/2 stars

Generously sized, nicely decorated 3 bedroom condo in a quiet location that's still near shops and other activities. Clean & comfortable, with good internet connection. Just outside the back door are two biking/walking paths and a golf course, with a Starbucks and a Albertson's each easy 1/2 mile walking distance. Management company very responsive, and provided detailed access directions and ideas for nearby stuff.

One of the things I always look for in a rental is the ability to wash clothes so that I can pack and travel light. This unit advertised a washer and dryer, but when we got there, there were wet towels in the washer and we could not get the washer door open. I alerted the manager around breakfast hour (we arrived at 2am) and it took all day to finally be told that the maintenance staff didn't work on Sunday and they would send someone the next day. The maintenance determined Monday that the lock needed replaced. The new part would come Tuesday and be installed Wednesday. We were leaving Thursday morning and I didn't bring enough clothes to last the whole trip. To help us, they did let us have the afternoon Monday to do laundry in the unit below, which was owned by the same company. Thankfully by the time we got home Wednesday the washer was fixed and we could do laundry again. I went to try to wash clothes and the washer wouldn't start. After I texted the maintenance guy, he said we needed to open the washer door, start the cycle and, as water was starting to trickle down, slam the door shut. So I did that and it worked. But really? Now I have water on the floor. Don't you think maybe it's time to replace the thing?? If you're going to advertise a washer/dryer, then have a reliable washer/dryer. Other than that issue, the unit was nice and worked fine for our party of 6.
