Staff were a bit ‘aggressive/rude’ when checking in. Did not accept international cards even though they said they do. Was struggling to withdrawal cash from the ATM around the corner and eventually made a to pay them as our taxi driver lent us cash. Did not even sleep there for the night as we used the place as a stop over to visit the city. They were complaining as we had 4 people leave their bags there even though the room was only for 2 people - we did not understand this logic.

They are making fool of people by saying that they are upgrading your room and you will have to give good rating for their hotel, whereas they will either give you the same room that you have booked or a different pathetic room. All amenities mentioned on the site is false claims. When you reach there they do not provide you with anything except towels. The rooms are all very very small & filled with cockroaches. They are attracting customers with false claims and false room pictures. The rooms are completely different and when asked they do not respond anything except ok and then doesn’t act on it.

The food was very good staff was good and supportive and well mannered

Cleanliness should be improved more and need to add bathroom kit, like bathroom sleeper and tooth pest and brush etc at least for delux room.

The room was not according to the reservation. There was no window in the room.7 The hotel doesn't accept international credit cards.

AC was not working properly. Lift was under maintenance for 4 hours on the day we reach. Bathroom floor is always wet. They took ₹1500 for pick-up from Agra Cant. Station, where taxi charge is only ₹700. We booked bus ticket for Delhi through them & they took ₹500 per ticket and we were 5 person. When I reached the bus terminus I learnt that the fare is only ₹350.
