I was honestly really nervous about staying at this place after reading some of the reviews left by people. But to my surprise the place was actually really nice. Spacious room, hotel on the outside is beautiful, accommodating front desk regarding cancelling (and fully refunding) one night due to a ferry cancellation which threw off our trip a bit. Bed was comfy, room was clean, aesthetic was very modern and chic. The bathroom was nice, shower pressure good and no issue with hot water. There was no smell, the location is close to restaurants (2 min walk), not sure what people want lol. And this isn’t a fake review, I stayed at four different places during my trip to Greece and this place is really nice. Breakfast was also good. It was a great experience overall. 10/10.

All pictures and description are completely misleading and wrong - the rooms seemed lovely, clean and big on pictures - but they are dirty, tiny and with very little inside - direct view on dirty and noisy parking. none of the pictures show that but it’s very very noisy and disturbing - there is absolutely no privacy - you can hear everything from other rooms - the jacuzzi was dirty and people from the parking can see you in there - the receptionist was unhelpful and the hotel management is non existent, they never answered any of our inquiries about our complaints - it’s highly overpriced for what it is. we paid 1800 euros for 4 nights for this the price of this hotel should honestly be maximum 700 euros for 4 nights given comparable habitation nearby - if you ask for any help / recommendation from reception they won’t help at all this is honestly the equivalent of not even a 1 star hotel. we were shocked and disappointed with the service when we asked for a refund the hotel never replied directly to us and ignored our complaints at first the receptionist didn’t even accepted to give us the management hotel number

We checked in late afternoon and were unable to get 2 rooms close to each other. We had to pay for an upgrade to ensure we were close to our children. The upgraded room was lovely though

Cute, boutique style hotel in the centre of the port. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Staff were very lovely.

The hotel is located on a convenient location in Adamas, a 5m walk to downtown and very close to the seashore restaurants and the port. You can actually walk from the ferry and it takes you - with luggage - no more than 10m. The rooms and private bathroom are large, spacious, with white and light bamboo colours (just like the whole hotel). You get a few non-alcoholic drinks from the fridge, including 2 small bottles of water daily.

I've been in Arco Solium on the first week of July 2022, 5-night stay. This hotel didn't match my expectations. Not worth the money at all. The photos available on Booking and also on their website don't actually show the surrounding area, which is a dusty parking road that doesn't matches the atmosphere that you can see on those photos. I felt cheated. Congrats to the photographer, but the hotel is creating an image that won't match your expectations. We arrived at lunch time and instead of that white and clean ambience most of the lights were switched off, the hall and reception were dark and seemed that the hotel was actually closed. It wasn't. Then we were given a room on ground floor, facing the breakfast area (like all of them on ground floor), thus no privacy when entering/exiting your room. The sound isolation is VERY BAD, from our room we could listen every conversation taking place at the reception and while people were having breakfast. Unacceptable for this price tag. Our balcony was also full of dust and we had to ask to be clean. Staff wise, not a good experience. On arrival we tried to get some information at reception on what to do and where to eat, but the young lady didn't know what to suggest in Adamas and made us felt like we came to the wrong place. Uoh, what a start! But the worst was actually the ladies that (I presume) prepare the breakfast and do the cleaning: EVERY single day while having breakfast in the terrace outside, they would come out to a corner and keep smoking non-stop. Sometimes the receptionist would join. I was disturbed by the smoke and it gave the hotel staff a careless image for their guests. Really annoying and - again - at this price point? What kind of service is that? Reception is open from 8 am to 11 pm. The last day we had to check-out at 07:50 to pick our ferry back to Santorini, thus no chance to have breakfast 30m before: "you might be lucky and pick something".

The room was very comfortable and well decorated, the bathroom was stunning. The mattress was excellent. We just thought that the outside terrace wasn’t very welcoming even though the decoration was lovely. There were no lights on at night there.
