Family of eight adults stayed the week. This house offered plenty of space for everyone and a quick walk to the beach. We all enjoyed the large kitchen. Only complaint is we were provided one towel each but house does have laundry.

The house was whistle clean, well equipped for cooking and barbeque. Bathrooms were sparkling, bedrooms also. We used the pullouts as bed for the a 12 and 14 year old. Plenty of room as the bedrooms have solid doors and the shared bath is easily accessible. Our family ranged from 6 to 81, with two 70+ year olds plus 4, 40+year olds. We all had a great time, testing and enjoying various East side beaches, eating in and out, ordering in. Terrific time. I would take the same house again. Response to an AC and electrical condition was prompt and courteous. Hodnett Cooper personnel were courteous and efficient. All in all, a memorable and enjoyable 3 generation experience.

We loved the house, and everything is set up beautifully inside. Wonderful location in east beach so close to the beach. We bring our family every year so we were familiar with the charm of East Beach in SSI. Unfortunately it was not as relaxing as we had hoped. There were 2 issues: one was new construction directly across the street. So every day there was noise from a generator blasting from 7am - 5pm. Sort of ruined our morning coffee on the porch. And nobody could be outside on the front porch or screened porch because the noise was so loud. The other issue is the duplex house next door. Automobiles and bath tubs deserted in the front and back yard. A huge hole in the roof. We were woken up at 3am a couple of nights from loud arguments, and one night from somebody playing loud music working on a truck in the front yard. If I would have known about the problems with the specific location- construction noise, and house next door, I would have picked another home in east beach for our family vacation.

We stayed here for a wedding. The house and location was perfect!! We had everything we needed!

Exceptionally clean home and considerably better-stocked kitchen than any place we have ever stayed! Very close to beach. Had a wonderful week. Would suggest management checks grill propane level regularly as when we went to use it was out but few if any other negatives. So much room for 7 of us! Would definitely rent again. Great Location!!!

Beautiful property! We were there for a girls week, 6 of us fit very comfortably and the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes!

Great property, good location and wonderful stay.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for my family and everyone had their own bathroom. The wagon was clutch for beach trips (which is just a block away) and we enjoyed the game room downstairs as well. It was also nice to be able to park our vehicles in the garage. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house! Perfect in every way. New, top of the line appliances, tv’s, furniture. Very handy having garage room for 3 cars. Perfect 4 br, 4 ba for 4 guys playing in a golf tournament. Can’t think of anything that could have better!

Nicest VRBO I've ever stayed at for the price. Fun game room with old school arcade games and a ping pong table. Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. No complaints.

This rental property was perfect for our family vacation! A quick walk to the beach and short distant to restaurants, shopping and island activities made our stay enjoyable for all ages. Our family will definitely return to this beautiful island and property !

This property was so well equipped, had so many options for fun, lots of room for everyone to spread out, and was one of the cleanest and nicest places our family has ever enjoyed! We had such a great week!

The house was very nice and spacious. Very clean, big kitchen , side screened in porch was roomy. It was nice to have at least 2 king size beds in the house. It was great to have each bedroom have it’s own bathroom. There were more steps inside and outside of the house than I planned on but we made it work for my husband that has bad knees

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect size with lots of good spaces for the little kids. We would have appreciated having a recycling can available, soft soap and more dishwasher soap packets. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved having the ping pong room also.

The house comfortably accommodated our family for Christmas week. We had a total of 10 staying in the house and never felt crowded or cramped. The house is furnished well and had all the necessities we needed to cook and entertain our family for the holiday. This was our first visit to St. Simons Island and we were very pleased.

The house was a perfect get away for two families of 4. 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of room to all have our own space or to be together if we wanted. Extra sitting space upstairs with TV. Great screened in porch for early morning and evenings! Decor is light and beachy!!! Kitchen well stocked with appliances and dishes, etc. Easy walk to the beach via 13th Street access and beach was not crowded. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants in St. Simon’s. Loved Crap Trap, Crabdaddy’s, The Porch, Palmer’s, and Southern Soul. Would have tried Iguana’s if we had another night! Bought shrimp to take home from St. Simon’s Seafood! Great trip. Would definitely rent this house again.
