This property was exactly as advertised and fit our needs very well for a one-week stay. The location in the Catalina Foothills (NE Tucson area) can't be beat with easy access to hiking and walking trails, desert landscapes, restaurants, and shopping. We were traveling as a sister and brother and his spouse. For three adults the layout was great with the common rooms (kitchen, dining, and living room) between the bedrooms which made both bedrooms very quiet and restful. The condo development is very quiet, relaxing, and well-maintained.
Philip is a fabulous host! He is very communicative, responsive, and organized in his communication. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. We stayed in another of his properties in November 2022 and had a similar experience, so much so that we sought out Philip as a host for this stay. The units are very tastefully decorated and he has thought of everything you might need during your stay.
Bottomline, this was a wonderful home-away-from-home for a week in the desert southwest!

This is one of the best Vrbos we have stayed in. Philip is a great host! Very comfy bed, super clean throughout, plus lots of nice amenities .

We are a group of friends who take two long weekends a year to hang out. Our host were for the most part very responsive to all of our questions and we did enjoy our time.
The one thing that we really missed was maybe a information book that told us how to work the heaters that we were just not familiar with and maybe some thing that would hold recommendations like restaurants and places to see we normally find these types of books where we stay. And there should, however, be a warning for the stairs that go down to the basement bedrooms the steps were very steep, and for some of the older ladies not very usable however, if I was traveling with my kids, it would not have been an issue overall we had a wonderful stay.

This is a well equipped and thoughtfully designed two bedroom condo with very comfortable beds. The owner host, Phillip, was very responsive and helpful. The location is great with hiking trails at Ventana Canyon and Sabino Canyon just minutes away. The complex has two swimming pools (each with a hot tub) as well as a small fitness center. Highly recommended!

This property was perfect for the two of us. We did the gem and mineral show and hiked a few times. This is a great location. It is beautiful being in the foothills. It was close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back.

My wife and I stayed for a week with another couple visiting for 2 nights. Condo was clean, well-stocked and served our needs nicely. Nice neighborhood with shopping and good restaurants close by. View of Catilina Mts from balcony. Host very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit, but perspective renters should know this is a second-floor unit which requires some steps.

We had a lovely 2 weeks here. The condo is one of many in this area in Ventana Canyon, and the 2nd floor provides a nice mountain view. This area is great for golf and hiking; to get a true hike in nature you'll need to hop in the car but only go a short distance. The owner has maximized the space with quality furnishings and colors, the appliances are new, and Nest is used for thermostats and locks. The kitchen has excellent basics but not tons of cooking tools; that being said, the knives are great. The Commoner is an excellent restaurant nearby, but other nice places can be 10 -20 minute drive. We sensed the HOA was maitaining the property well.

Very clean and well appointed! Owner provided clear instructions and responded quickly to our texts. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Unfortunately, the week of our stay, three days were quite noisy during the day because workers were trimming trees and chipping branches. Obviously, something beyond owner’s control.

The condo is lovely and a perfect size for 2 couples or a family. There are nice views of the mountains from the deck, and very close to several great trails. Kitchen is well-stocked, and there is a grocery store and many restaurants nearby. Philip is a great host and made sure we had all we needed. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautifully furnished, spacious and very clean condo. It is located close to Sabino Canyon where we enjoyed hiking the amazingly scenic trails. Shopping and restaurants are all nearby. Philip is an excellent host who was quick to respond and also provided very helpful information.

This unit is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with anything you would need for your stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, toiletries and all the kitchen items needed for a longer stay. Communication was excellent and check in was easy. We appreciated that unlike many rentals nowadays we weren't required to strip beds, do laundry, and take care of other items as part of the check out process. Happy to do these things if we have time upon departure but sometimes early morning flights make that an additional stressor. We were in town for UA Family Weekend and were so happy to be in such a beautiful and comfortable location for our stay. Close to hiking and dining.

Desert Oasis!
What a lovely condo! Stocked with just about everything you need. Fresh, modern decor. Very quiet, safe atmosphere throughout the property. The property is in a gorgeous area of Tucson and conveniently located near some of the best sights: Mt Lemmon, Saguaro Nat'l Park, Sabino Canyon to name a few... The pool was fabulous! And the views...just beautiful! Our young kids were very comfortable and happy with their "Arizona House" and having a well-appointed kitchen and laundry was a huge plus! Philip was a pleasure to work with. Overall, we had a great stay!

Clean, modern condo with all the comforts of home
Well appointed property with everything we needed. The bed in the primary bedroom is so comfy. Great quiet location close to shopping, restaurants and golf. We had a challenge with figuring out the thermostat and Philip was quick to assist us. Be aware that there are two flights of outdoor stairs to the condo if you have difficulty with carrying your luggage or groceries. We had a great stay.

cozy getaway
My sisters and I enjoyed having such a clean and well-appointed rental to call home for a couple of nights. The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. We enjoyed every minute!

Beautiful and peaceful
I stayed with my husband and daughter, a freshman at UA, and we really enjoyed our 2 weeks in Tucson at this amazing condo; top of the line finishing's, very comfortable beds, beautifully decorated living room, great lighting, fans/AC, an amazing view of the foothills from the porch and the pool and gym where clean, easy to use and a wonderful addition. The amenities are amazing, the essentials were there for us as well as plenty of towels, beach towels and linens available for our use. Kitchen was fully stocked and met all our needs during our stay. While there was an issue with the cable box (monsoon season) Philip Osborne, property owner, was amazing, he responded immediately and took action to quickly to resolve the problem.
I loved having a CVS, gas station, and great restaurants within a 2 minute drive. We tried to book during UA parents weekend but unfortunately it has been booked but will definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to Tucson.

Comfort in the Tucson Foothills
The property is very clean, very nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. It's perfect. The owner could not be more helpful. We changed our plans twice, needing to stay longer but then not as long as we thought. We were grateful for his flexibility and were lucky to be able to extend our stay. I look forward to returning to this property!

Peaceful and comfortable
The condo was so peaceful and quiet. Just what was needed for a family get away. The decor was exactly as pictured, clean, bright and fresh. We really enjoyed our time there.

Very clean and quiet, close to great restaurants and pickleball courts.
Super clean, very comfortable furniture and master bedroom mattress. Great location near fantastic restaurants recommended by the owner. Also, convenient to Udall Park that has nice pickleball courts!
