Great property and great stay for a family of most any size. As clean as a hotel with lots of space including a common area on each of the two floors. While the decor is dated the pluses of the property make up for any issue there. One word of caution: There are a number of stairs from the parking lot to the condo. For most this will not be an issue, but if you have any mobility issues you want to find a different property to enjoy.

Clean, great view, awesome location.

We stayed for three nights at the Summit in Vermont in June. It was a nice roomy condo in a ski resort with plenty of beds, comfortable furniture, and lovely views. It was also very clean and well kept. We were disappointed by the fact that the stairs right next to our building which led up to our condo door had been ripped out prior to our arrival. Because of this we had to go down to the next condo about two football fields down lug our stuff up the stairs and walk about 200 yards down a path to get to our condo door. Not fun, or really safe quite honestly. While I understand repairs must periodically be done, we should have been informed. The other thing I was not thrilled about was that the condo listed a washer and dryer as one of its features. When we got there we discovered the washer was unavailable. Considering that this was a feature that I specifically sought, I was not pleased that it was non-functional when we arrived. Otherwise, the condo was very nice and we enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time in this location! The location is perfect, 5min drive from the slopes. The house is cozy and ideal for kids! I would stay again definitely!

46 Summit delivered on all fronts! It was awesome to be at the top of the base lodging. Views were amazing and the townhouse had more than everything we needed. The attention to detail for skiers and snowboarders was uncanny with all the storage for your great as soon as you walk in. It was very easy to enjoy the rest of our time after skiing and starting the après ski at the townhouse. The whole process from booking, checking in, and checking out was so simple and friendly. Jennifer and Spencer got 10 thumbs up from all of us last weekend!

We had everything we needed during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Couches and living room seating was comfortable. LOVED the open entry way with all the hooks and cubbies for gear. Really cool wood wall feature in the bedroom and the views were spectacular for sunrise. Will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay! We had a small problem with a running toilet and the management person sent someone right over to fix it. One critique would be the heat. On the cold nights, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a tad chili at 63 degrees. If a tenant is paying premium rent, it would be nice to unlock all of the zones. I’m all for saving energy and money, but 63 is cold. The Rinnai heater does a great job of heating up the living room and upstairs but doesn’t really touch the master bed and bath. Thanks!

Loved the unit but beware there are 40 slippery steps to get to the unit. Once you are there, very nice and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit. The views are beautiful and the place was very clean. A bit frustrating was the HVAC, which is locked and stays freezing in the downstairs master bedroom but gets to 80 degrees in the upstairs bedrooms. Neither was comfortable. The master bedroom mattress is an extremely hard foam mattress, maybe warn folks about that? Foam mattresses aren't comfortable for everybody. The upstairs mattresses were very comfortable though. We also had a few kitchen issues that we chose not to call about because we didn't want workmen there during our short stay. So we may have hit some of these issues at the wrong time. Overall a lovely place.

The location was great, views Were spectacular. Even though this location does not have any cable it does have Internet so bring your Roku with you. Thank you for a great space to spend family time

Great view, good beds and showers. Comfortable. Well equipped. Be warned that there are 40 steep steps to get from parking to house. Not a good place for folks with any mobility issues, but it was great for us!

We had a great time and a comfortable stay. The unit was clean, the couches and beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, all around very cozy. Would love to go back! Recommendation for other guests: bring bottled drinking water. The water was cloudy when it first came out of the tap, looked like mostly bubbles, possibly from having to travel up the mountain through the pipes. It cleared up after a couple minutes, so may be okay but we ended up buying bottled just to be safe. Everything else was great!

The Condo was GREAT! The Check in and Check Out Times Terrible. 4pm in / 10 am out. With all the fees for two nights came to $666.00 Kind of Pricey i would say.

The house was very clean.

This condo was spacious for our family of four and had everything we needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the linens were provided. It was very clean and was only a short drive to Lincoln Peak parking lot. The TVs are streaming services only. We didn’t know that and it took awhile to figure out. Overall we had a nice week in this unit and enjoyed the wood burning fireplace.

The property has all the necessities and a killer view. Highly recommend.

Overall we were very satisfied with this rental. Great location close to Lincoln Peak, nice updated amenities and very clean. The only downside was the television situation, which was unknown until after check in. Google Chromecast which required some assistance to get set up properly. Vacasa was extremely helpful and prompt with their assistance. We would definitely rent again Joe H

Cozy and comfortable with a great view. However, there are about 30-40 steps from the parking spot to the front door.

Great condo up the hill from Sugarbush resort. It is well stocked with homey furniture to relax in. Loved putting Duraflame logs in the fireplace for ambiance without generating a lot of heat. The bedding very comfortable....I came home and purchased a Tempurpedic mattress topper because of it. Nice amounts of storage areas especially for outdoor things when you first walk in. Kitchen easy to function in. Everything quiet while we were there probably due to the virus but our main purpose was to accomplish some mountains on my husbands hiking list. He got the 5 done he wanted. Would stay there again if we are ever in the area.

While not a ski on / ski off, the unit was located very close to the base of the resort. The unit was very clean upon arrival and more than spacious enough for 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a washer & dryer.

Location great, half mile from slopes. The house was VERY clean and beds were comfortable. Everything you need to make food. Plenty space and quiet. Definitely would look into renting again. The Massage chair was a plus !!! lol Thank You Again FEB2020

The property is about 1 mile from Sugarbush which is a short drive. The condo was perfect for our group and has a nice view. We had an issue when we left to ski for the day and my husband went back to grab my goggles- the door somehow deadbolted shut. It took about 3 hours to get someone there to try to open it, and or some reason there was no spare key. Overall, we had a good stay.

The perfect ski house. High ceilings with nice views from living room which was very comfortable to sit in. Full kitchen with all the amenities. Kitchen is dated but very clean, neat and functional. Washer and dryer on premises was helpful. Accommodated the 7 of us well and there is an upstairs sitting area that could be used for extra sleeping. 5 minute drive to slopes or shuttle bus available.
