The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean.

A bit more clarity with the parking lot. We understood that we need to pay for the parking, however there was a spot in the garage next to the building.

The apartment was spacious and well illuminated, modernly furbished and with all fundamental amenities. It is in near proximity to the center, so within walking distance of all major attractions. The parking space was a welcomed addition

It was a bit overpriced. Don't expect to find washing machine and dishwasher or kitchen amenities, which one would expect in view of the cost.

We enjoyed our stay at this new and beautiful apartment. Perfect location, 5min walk to a nearby mall with supermarket and less than 10min walk to city square, neighborhood was nice and quiet

The place was great if we could get inside

Had an awful experience with the doors and the follow up from the property manager. The door to the building would lock and would only work half of the time. Neighbors we asked said it’s been an issue. We were locked out two times from the main building. The door to the unit locked us out twice, another time it took five minutes to open it. Something was wrong with the tumbler and the keys wouldn’t engage. The property manager did little to remedy this situation. They sent a young man to help us, but he basically made us feel dumb and like it was our problem because he saw me turning the key to the right (after I had most definitely turned it to the left prior). One of the times the manager Veronika told me to ring a neighbor to get inside. She also told me we were the only ones to have an issue with the doors as that was not true. Three people in the building attested. We weren’t offered new keys or to change our place for one that had properly working doors. I’ve never experienced an issue opening doors in my life and my mother who was with me was a realtor who has opened thousands of doors before. I was there for medical reasons and it was the worst possible thing to happen to us regarding our stay. We were then charged extra for more people because my mom and I used more than one duvet a piece. I did not know you would be charged extra if you used blankets in the cabinet! We were freezing and my elderly mom thought the bed was too hard. I felt at this point Veronika was just trying to get back at me for saying I would write a poor review due to the door/key situation. Entire thing was poorly handled and she never responded when I had an issue with how it was handled.

The apartment was very spacious and we really liked the interiors.. The bed was super comfortable! Location is nice, not far from main train station and city center. The contact person and key hand over/check-in was very nice:. Communication was very good!

The windows were all very dirty - maybe due to late booking and construction working across the street.. the glass bedroom wall was cleaned very poorly and the fridge was messy and sticky.. all the linens were wrinkled and everything seemed a little amateur..

Room was very spacious ,third guest bed is so comfortable,they provide sugar,salt tea bags,,kettle,bread toaster,ironing pad,hair dryer,which is basic needed things for guest. We feel that we are living in our own flat.

We Asian use toilet shower seperately, That was the only thing we missed. And tooth brush,paste.
