great location for where I needed to go functional, well taken care of

All applianceswere working well, the apartment is brand new, the kitchen well furnished. The only points of improvement I could see are a way to let towels dry on the balcony and a ironing table, but other than that, air conditioning was very silent, there's washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and fridge, all new. Top choice!
