Beautiful hotel immaculately presented.

Overall, we had a positive experience at this hotel. The recent construction blends seamlessly with the countryside vibes, and the highlight for us was the amazing lagoon-style pool, which added to the serene atmosphere. The surroundings were impeccably maintained, creating a picturesque setting. Our room, 711, exceeded our expectations in terms of spaciousness and cleanliness. It provided a comfortable and relaxing retreat throughout our stay. The thoughtful gesture of welcoming drinks and a fruit plate upon our arrival made us feel truly valued as guests. The food quality at the hotel was consistently good.. We must also commend some of the staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. One standout aspect of our stay was the tranquillity of the hotel. It was remarkably quiet, allowing us to enjoy peaceful nights and wake up refreshed and rejuvenated.

Despite an overall positive experience, we did encounter a few areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, while the food quality was generally good, there were some days when the buffet lacked diverse options typically found in 5-star hotels. It became monotonous and didn't offer the variety we expected. Another aspect that left us feeling somewhat perplexed was the presence of a large table in the middle of the dining room. It seemed more fitting for a canteen setting rather than an upscale hotel. It would have been more comfortable and intimate to utilize that space for additional tables for two people. Having dinner in front of others who were also trying to avoid eye contact with fellow guests made the dining experience somewhat uncomfortable. Regarding the staff, we encountered a mix of experiences. While some members of the team were exceptional and provided stellar service, others lacked proficiency in English. This became apparent during breakfast when I requested an empty glass to pour some milk. Unfortunately, the staff member I approached could not understand English, and even attempts to communicate through gestures proved unsuccessful. Fortunately, I sought assistance from one of his colleagues who was able to help me out. Additionally, it was noticeable that this same staff member was consistently stationed in the buffet area, often staring or in the middle of the path rather than being actively engaged with guests or available to assist. Furthermore, we observed instances where other staff members did not prioritize smiling or seemed more interested in their mobile phones, which we found to be unprofessional. While these constructive points stood out to us, they should be viewed as opportunities for improvement rather than major drawbacks. We believe that addressing these aspects would enhance the overall guest experience and elevate the hotel's reputation even further.

The hotel was beautiful and so was the private beach. All of the staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast selection was great too. Would highly recommend this hotel, everything was perfect and we would definitely return in the future!

Exceptional stay We had arrived later than planned due to flight issues but were welcomed with a light meal in our rooms and a lovely suprise birthday cupcake. It was the little things which made our stay. Anna and Maria ( guest experience manager) were extremely attentive, helpful and professional. Anna recommended great places to eat and we loved the suggested activities. The staff are very welcoming, we couldn’t have received better treatment. We were greeted with smiles and lovely conversations. We were served drinks by Topli and Maria- the restraunt staff were ready to cater to our needs. Kostas (restaurant manager) was very lovely and caring. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever, the location was amazing and a few minutes drive to the hot spots. The private beach was very relaxing and within walking distance, it was a sandy beach with gorgeous sunset views ( no need to go elsewhere). This was an exceptional stay from start to finish. We had escaped the hustle and bustle from our city and left feeling so relaxed and zen. Cannot recommend it enough and we hope to return soon.

- I have been to various 5 star hotels around the world, this is unfortunately not one of them. -The staff at the restaurant was sometimes very unfriendly and unmotivated. We asked for another bottle of water at breakfast once and the waiter told us, that we would have to pay this bottle extra. -The food at night was ok at most. We tried both, à la carte and buffet. The buffet was really far away from being worth 45€ per person. - One of the reasons we chose this hotel, is because it is an adult only hotel, so we expected it to be quiet. However, there was very loud! music every night! until at least 11 pm! I have never experienced such an atmosphere at any other 5 star hotel. - You need a reservation for the gym. We made a reservation twice, each time for an hour. However both of the times, there were already other people there, who told us, they had made a reservation for the same time. The problem here is, that there is only one of each fitness equipment, so the stuff we wanted to use was already occupied. - The hotel cannot keep the promises it makes on its website and is therefore not worth the money you pay.

Absolutley loved it! The silence in the hotel, ideal for couples who are looking for some rest for mind and body. The food was great, the staff was very polite and willing to help any request we had. The bed was very comfortable, water and coffee machine no charge at the room, cleaned every day without enterupting our stay. Would recommend this place for couples.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The pool is huge and everything is so well designed and of high quality. The staff is very friendly, attentive and professional. Amazing pool with comfy sunbeds, great breakfast and nice rooms.

The service was a bit sluggish, which was surprising as I was paying for extras. At a 5-star hotel I would have expected a bit more of a proactive approach.

beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. everyone was so friendly and welcoming. helped me hugely with my Gluten intolerances and offered me lots of options and alternatives. i cannot speak highly enough for this hotel and especially Pavros, nicholau, maria and the food and beverages manager they went above and beyond. the hotel is beautiful built and incredibly clean/tidy and modern.

The whole place was quality from start to finish. The receptionist Maria was amazing, her service was top notch, she made us feels so special and welcomed, and anything we asked for was met. We were upgraded to a Grande suite instantly as we were checking in as she knew it was my husbands birthday, it was such a nice surprise. I cant express how much we enjoyed our stay, it really felt like paradise. Her service especially was exceptional, I ran out of smokes and she went out of her way and sent a driver to get me some. When there was a misunderstanding regarding desserts, the manager offered us cocktails, we don't drink so we got tea's instead. Even down to the cleaners, they were so friendly and happy to help. It was honestly a fresh of breath air. We loved the place so much we extended our stay for one more night and we were able to get late checkout, for a very good price. the staff in the hotel made everything we asked for possible, it really gave us a sense of value which was very much appreciated.
