The calm and relaxing vibe of the villa. The villa was very modern, spacious, well laid out and everything you need. The views from almost every window where amazing. The hot tub made it extra special enjoying the sunset whilst relaxing & enjoying a drink. The beds were large & very comfortable which is a very important factor. A welcome pack of food was left for us & basics like oils & herbs are available. I was also delighted when we were told there was steps a short walk from the villa to get to Zia and the restaurants, takes 10 to 15 minutes, this saved using the car.

The road on the approach is a little rough so care needed but to get the location you would expect it. The owner is working with the authorities to try & have improvements made.

Incredibile position, in the wood of the Dikeos Mountain, with a unique view of the beautiful see of Kos, close to the Zia Village. Beaches reachable in 20 minuts. House super confortable, elegant and cozy

The road to reach the house is for expert driver.

the house is very modern and tastefully designed. With high quality equipment. It looks in reality even better than on the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need and the owner welcomed us with the most necessary things for breakfast. The view to the sea and the sunset in the evening is just fantastic. we spent hours just sitting on this Great terrace. we can just recommend this location!

Fabulous view. sunsets are awesome. High spec apartment. tastefully decorated. Quiet location.

The hot tub was tepid which is OK in very hot weather but not n April. We had a couple of power cuts and the internet went off for a number of hours. Also, you need a car to get to the apartment and it's a very rough track for the last half mile. A reading light in the lounge for the evening would have been helpful and/or soft lighting; not everyone likes to watch TV in the dark!

We absolutely loved the view. It was stunning and our evening sunsets in the hot tub where super. The apartment was very comfortable and stylish. And our hosts where super nice, helpful and friendly.

The drive up the road leading to the apartment was a bit rough and steep. The only downside as we had a small baby and it was a bit hard to drive up there.

Everything. The place is well-situated, well decorated, away from crowds but in walking distance of restaurants and close to some lovely beaches. Bedding is super comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine was great to have with kids. The view is absolutely spectacular. We were offered breakfast for the next day, given we arrived quite late that was a welcome gesture. Thanks again! We had a lovely stay and would welcome to come back any time.
