Convenient to turnpike. This was a stop over to break up our trip.

There was NO HEAT in the hallways or lobby of the building!!!

The staff was amazing. Our door wouldn't lock and TV didn't work. Melissa put us in another room. The TV didn't work in that one either. Melissa called maintenance and Barry came and couldn't figure it out. He brought Devon on for help. He got it figured out. All 3 deserve an award. They went above and beyond for me. I also left an item in my room when checking out. Called the hotel and left a message. John called back very quickly and found the item. He is going to send it to me. We almost went to another hotel. But the staff was the main reason we stayed. Room was comfortable beds were also. I think they lost the cleaning service people that am overheard them talking. All 4 employees were amazing. Stayed May 13 th to 14 th. Thank You

The bed and Pillow the only 2 things I like

The Bath tub is Clogged. The bath tub is Dirty when I checked in. Dirty Old Water in the tub. The Hair dryer is not working. House keeper didn't clean the Bath tub.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean

Start with the TV could only show one channel and couldn't be changed off that one. The next was that the tub was not clean. And had hair in it The hot water in the shower was hot for just a short while and then went cold. Wingate needs to pick up their game.

Good value for money.

Room was not fully cleaned by the time I arrived, which was late in the afternoon.

To have had my rooms serviced.

Free breakfast was a precooked frozen fried egg. They were heated up in a streamer and tasted horrible. The sausage was tasteless as well. I am diabetic and could not eat the only thing others were eating the waffles. I did try a bagley but the cream cheese tasted old. Never had my room serviced. Ran out of toilet paper and towels. My trash cans were never emptied.

A quiet place for a stopover along the turnpike. The covered parking on the lower level and elevator to the lobby was a nice convenience. Hot breakfast with many choices was a nice surprise too. A great value at the price - room was quiet and comfortable.

No issues. Obviously the property was on a minimal staffing plan due to apparent low occupancy but staff was responsive when called for check-in.

Pillows are terrible. Elevator was gross and if I could give 0 stars for food I would, I was awful. The coffee barley tasted like coffee, apple juice was basically tinted water so was the orange juice. They do have waffles. I guess for the price is to be expected but I never thought it would be that bad. I think it’s better to not offer anything. Also, I think this is a pet friendly hotel and two doors down dogs barked constantly. My husband is allergic to dog hair :( so beside listening to barks he sneezed constantly. I wished I had paid attention to description. Maybe that’s why the elevator was si disgusting.

no elevators they were down. 1st room the refrigerator was full of spoiled runny food. moved to a second room, no hot water tub and toilet was stopped up. 3rd room ok but it was so late once we got there. Furnace sounded like a percolator internet was hit and miss. breakfast was inedible. the sausage tasted like it was cooked in old oil.

No elevator, I’m handicapped and had to climb stairs to 2nd floor!! very very difficult. parking impossible

Great location ~25 minutes from seven springs ski resort and 1/7 the price of staying on site. Older basic hotel but seems to have had some money recently put into it with the change in brand. Nice clean room, decent hotel breakfast too and under building parking.

Shower didn't drain properly. Heat Light and fan in bathroom didn't work.

Breakfast very bad. No coffee. The waffle batter was sour which we learned after taking time to cook them. Coffee machine spat light brown water..

The price was excellent. The front desk was very informative and helpful. The location of the hotel was so great for food and convenience stores. The breakfast bar was sufficient and had a lot of breakfast items along with milk, juice and so forth.

You could tell the business has been hurt by covid. Lack of help was very noticeable. The coffee machine did not make very good coffee. But there was a Starbucks and a MacDonald's in their back yard.

It was in a location we needed.

The bathroom door stuck so as we needed to work to open the door once it was closed.

My husband liked the breakfast. It was too early for me

The shower had nothing but cold water There was a handful of dog food on the carpet
