Staff could be more discreet when card was declined. Was embarrassed because there were many people around Would like to be able to pay later, but one. If check in can be online, would like a pay option, as well.

We stayed here so we could visit the Flight 93 Memorial. The memorial is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They recommended a local restaurant and we were not disappointed. The room was clean.

I won't say I didn't like the breakfast. It was average and about the same as most other free breakfasts. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2:45pm. Granted, check in time is 3:00. We had to wait about 15 for our room.

Cleaning services were not up to part

The young ladies who checked us in and out were exceptionally helpful. They offered information about local places and were very friendly.

Everything! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and bigger than most hotel rooms. They also have a salt water pool, size between a hot tub and a regular pool, very relaxing. Breakfast was also amazing, and as long as there were customers there, they didn't shut it down.

Fairfield Inn did not honor the booking.com rate and over charged me. The receptionist told me the additional amount is for incidentals and would go away. But in the end it was charged.
