Clean, up to date. Excellent front desk customer service at check in.
Breakfast attendant was accommodating on a special request.
Tv in room had diminished picture quality. Probably needs replacement.
But watchable just a little fuzzy.

It was a great room, adequate space and amenities for time in the room beyond sleeping and grooming.
Took a wrong turn twice and nearly got on toll road when I didn’t mean too.

I requested 3 rooms close together and they were. We were celebrating an early Christmas in Somerset at the halfway point between families. We really enjoyed the Christmas decor and the friendly staff!!

We stayed here so we could visit the Flight 93 Memorial. The memorial is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They recommended a local restaurant and we were not disappointed. The room was clean.
I won't say I didn't like the breakfast. It was average and about the same as most other free breakfasts. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2:45pm. Granted, check in time is 3:00. We had to wait about 15 for our room.

Everything! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and bigger than most hotel rooms. They also have a salt water pool, size between a hot tub and a regular pool, very relaxing. Breakfast was also amazing, and as long as there were customers there, they didn't shut it down.

Fairfield Inn did not honor the booking.com rate and over charged me. The receptionist told me the additional amount is for incidentals and would go away. But in the end it was charged.
