Family vacation was awesome. This property is top notch! When we arrived property was more than expected and we were pleasantly surprised. If my accommodation are good then it sets the tone for the vacation. Property owner was very helpful securing things we need for grandchildren. Attentive and responsive to any request made. Although we never meet owner, Paul made us feel he appreciated us staying there and he wanted to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Exceeded my high expectations! Paul was was to work with delivered a great product as advertised. We’ve stayed at Sandestin for 25 years and 8107 Inspiration is at the top of our list! Well equipped and perfect for our 3 families. 6 passenger golf cart was in great shape and plenty of power. This is the most Desired rental neighborhood on Sandestin and the concierge was so helpful and friendly with any issues. Great swimming pool and fitness center and within walking distance to Baytown Village!! Can’t wait to visit again! Tha Ashley’s

Paul’s property at Inspiration by the Bay is truly the best stay in Sandestin. The home itself is luxuriously appointed, comfortable, and spacious. Each of the bedrooms were quiet and cozy. The screened in porches were shady and cool in the afternoon heat. You won’t regret staying at Inspiration!

We thought it was very nice and really enjoyed staying there. We like the convenience to the pool and Baytowne and had fun taking the golf cart to the beach.

From my first communication with our host, Paul, I knew this was going to be perfect for our family. I was visiting with my adult kids and grandson for six nights. We needed equipment for him (high chair, Pack n’ Play and baby gates). Paul arranged it all to be delivered to the home before our arrival at no extra cost. Traveling with a little one who naps twice a day means you need a comfortable home to relax and enjoy. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was as lovely if not more so than what we’d viewed in the photos. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch which was by the golf course with a beautiful grove of trees separating the two. From coffee in the morning while reading in one of the comfortable rocking chairs, napping on the deep sofa in the afternoon, barbecuing and enjoying dinner, it was truly welcoming. The indoor living spaces were comfortable and as well-appointed as pictured. The kitchen a pleasure to work in. We borrowed a crab pot from the clubhouse to steam crab legs we’d picked up at one of the local seafood markets. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The convenience of the golf cart was a huge bonus. The clubhouse staff were very welcoming. As my daughter said, “It was all around fantastic!!”
