We loved everything about our stay! The rooms were very nice and the furniture was very comfortable. The pool was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

The property and hosts were exceptional. The word is out and it books up quickly.

Such a beautiful house and pool area, the location in a gated community is lovely and quiet. Beach is a 5 min walk away. Shops close by as well couldn’t ask for more. Kitchen well stocked living room huge 3 bedrooms loads of room

We had a wonderful time at this property! Just as gorgeous as the pictures, and a great location. We did have an issue with the main bedroom shower, but the property managers were very responsive and gave updates while getting it taken care of.

We loved our stay! Ali and Brian were amazing hosts. We had everything we needed in the house. It is evident that there is a lot of thought into what guests need to be comfortable. It really is walking distance to the beach and the pool in the backyard is perfect. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Ali and Brian offer an absolutely fantastic home! They think of everything a family needs to enjoy Fort Lauderdale. We traveled with my children and 2 year old grandson. They provided a highchair, portacrib, plenty of beach towels and everything you need for a fun day at the beach. The outside space and pool area is inviting and offers sun and shade. The kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to returning to Casa coconut!

Four friends celebrating milestone birthdays enjoyed every inch of this beautiful home - inside and out! Pics match, the cleanliness, sharp and current decor, comfy bedding, and every little detail is covered! We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the patio(s), beach items and the late afternoon float in the pool and then some. Highly recommend, we are discussing our repeat date!

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Coconut to celebrate my 50th birthday. After staying at hotels on the beach in Ft Lauderdale many times, we weren’t sure how we would like being off beach. Well, we loved it!! Not only was the house a super short walk to the beach, but it also had a beautiful pool and patio that we spent lots of time enjoying. Brian and Ali clearly go out of their way to make the house a perfect place to stay. All the little extras and comforts of home were so appreciated!! We’re already thinking of the perfect time for our next trip!

We stayed at Casa Coconut and our expectations were blown away. We traveled for our daughter’s 16th birthday and could not be happier and more pleased. The home is so inviting and warm! Brian and Ali are outstanding hosts and we would love to plan a return trip in the not so distant future!

We enjoyed our stay, loved the vibe of the home, the pool and all amenities. The home is just a few steps away from the beach. It was perfect for our family vacation. Brian and Ali were great hosts, we look forward to coming back in the future.

My four best girlfriends and I stayed at the end of August and had an incredible time! The property was immaculate and had everything we needed! The beach was literally across the street and we were close to restaurants and shopping! Brian and Ali were amazing hosts and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Had a good time

My family and I stayed here and enjoyed every minute. Ali and Brian were great and even checked in on us halfway through. It rained most days, but held off til late afternoon. No problem for us...we took advantage of the pool and gorgeous landscaping. The grill worked great and there was even an extra propane tank. They thought of everything! Not having to bring or buy beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, kids toys, etc was such huge help and relief since everything is already there! The beach walk was no problem for me either and I have horrible back pain. All in all it was incredible and would recommend to anyone!

The house was exactly as listed. The owners were easy to work with. The neighborhood was safe and the backyard was private. Most items you might need are there, including lots of towels and bedding. The rooms were situated apart from each other and provided individual privacy. This was our first trip to Florida, and I would stay again at this property given the opportunity.

This property was absolutely amazing!!! I loved everything about the house! It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need and top of the line appliances. The beds were so incredibly comfortable! We enjoyed the pool and the back yard the most. It was our own private oasis. The plants and beautiful trees, lizards and iguanas. One iguana even took a dip in the pool with us. Ali and Brian were so incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. They had the house ready for our arrival, check in was super easy, and they checked on us several times throughout our stay and gave us helpful information about the area. I highly recommend this property! I can't wait to book again! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

We stayed at Casa Coconut from 5/28/23 - 6/02/23. I wanted a vacation at the beach but did not want all the chaotic surroundings of a busy hotel with a crowded pool and beach. I came across Casa Coconut, and it was exactly what my family and I needed. The house is modern and beautiful with lots of natural sunlight and space to relax and decompress. We loved having our own personal pool, and if we wanted to go to the beach, we were literally a 5-minute walk away. The owners have everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. There are several beach chairs and a beach cart to load the chairs on to make the walk to the beach easy. The landscaping at the house was absolutely beautiful. There is a picture window in the dining area that looks like a painting with all the different colors of plants and trees. Also, there is a family of iguanas that love to hang out in the bougainvillea and sunbathe in the mornings. There are also beautiful orchids everywhere. It truly felt like we were in a tropical paradise! My mother and teenage daughter went with us. When we wanted to go do activities that were a bit too strenuous for my mother to join us, she was perfectly happy to stay at the house and lounge at the pool. We loved every minute of our stay. We got some much-needed down time to rest and rejuvenate. If I could give Casa Coconut ten stars, I would. Planning to visit again in the future!

What a fabulous house, fabulous location & fabulous owners. This spacious & well appointed house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We had great communication with the owners who left us with so much information that we had zero questions that we needed to ask. It was a great experience & we hope to go back soon to this house.

First off I want to say Brian in the Ali really great people. We had some issues with our flight and had to reschedule and they were very accommodating for myself and my family. They checked in on this to make sure that everything was going great and that was really appreciate it. You can really tell they care about their guests. The house is amazing. The pool was great. The location is perfect. We felt right at home and had an excellent time. I would definitely recommend this place. We will definitely rebook next year. Thanks Brian and Ali for a wonderful stay we felt right at home.

Outstanding property! Very well maintained and organized. Very neat and clean. Amazing attention to detail. Property was exactly as advertised...and more! Very short walk to beach. Pool was perfect! Truly wonderful stay! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

We had an incredible stay at Casa coconut. It had absolutely everything you needed right there, tons of great beach towels, and bath towels, everything you need for the beach, Sand toys for the kids, a portacrib for our granddaughter. The backyard patio and pool area was incredible, we spent a lot of time in the pool! Ali and Brian were so responsive and helpful when we had to bug them.. It was a great location to everything, literally a five minute walk to the beach, a short walk into Lauderdale by the Sea, with shops and restaurants. We made some great memories at Casa coconut. Thanks Ali and Brian for sharing your beautiful home! We will definitely be back.!

We had the most amazing experience staying at this home! Everything is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We felt like we were at “home” the entire stay. The hosts thought of everything. The pool was the icing on the cake! We had 3 younger ones with us and we felt as they were safe and always within our eye sight. The house is literally a 5 min walk to the beach! The neighborhood is gorgeous! Had dinner under beautiful lighting after grilling burgers and chicken! This is right off the kitchen - easy access from the kitchen area. We have already booked for next year!

The property is beautiful. Our favorite part was the patio/pool area. It did remind me of a Carribean Resort, very lush and tropical. House is big and nice. Comfy beds. Everything you need is there. It's a short walk to the beach. You do have to cross A1A which is busy. But it's not a big deal. Just hit the cross walk button. They have all the beach chairs, coolers, etc you may need. Also there is plenty of floaties for the pool. There are several little shops right by the neighborhood along A1A but if you want to walk to the 'town square' pictured on this site, its what I would call a short walk. It's under a mile and North. We ate out twice- once at a Taco place (best tacos!!) and once at Arubas. Both were fun and delicious. We were a group of women and we felt comfortable out walking, even at night. I love this house. would definitely stay again. Lastly, they checked on us mid trip to see how we were and if we needed anything, I have stayed in many VRBO's but I have not ever had anyone do that and I thought that was especially nice of the owners.
