A home from home. Clean, tidy, Very nice host. Plenty of bedroom space. Access to fridge, microwave, cooking facilities if required. I would definitely stay again.

banging doors late at night and early morning owner chatting all night with her friends smoking outside late at night I had a solo room with the window open I could here them chatting all night. don't plan on getting any sleep here. No heat 🔥 in room or bathroom made to wear used slippers on arrival. I had a heavy suitcase the owner refused to help me. A guest helped me. The owner suggested that I leave my suitcase in the entrance area over night for real? One crappy thin towel to use. Mattress soft it was like a cot. I woke up late at night I wanted to use the toilet the Owner told me I had to wait as she was finishing up with her shower Really?? Television 📺 blurry in the evening time. There was no hair dryer I walked down stairs nobody around in the kitchen dirty food dishes laying around so I was not able to blow dry my hair. No breakfast included in my price. The room is small. In the up stairs shared bathroom everybody's tooth brush. soap and shampoo stored in the toilet Yuck. As I mentioned if you are going on a cruise you have to pay about eleven pounds one way to get the place then pay again to get to the port. Do not plan on getting a good night's sleep here its not going to happen. I am shocked that this place gets a high rating I am from the USA. These facilities do not turn there heat on. If you want a clean place and do not mind loud banging of the doors opening and closing because they stick you have to pull hard to open and close. I did not find the owner friendly.

The property is always very clean and comfortable this is why I have stayed at this property quite a few times when travelling for work in Southampton.

I have stayed at this property a few times and never had problems. This time during check-in I did not leave the keys inside the box as I misread the message and left them in my room. The day after the lanlord got really upset at me and shouted at me because her cleaner could not enter the house. Despite me telling her how sorry I was for misreading the message, she kept being quite rude and unpolite. She also sent me a message asking me for money because her cleaner could not enter the property and she had do go back home from work. She could have also checked that the keys were there if she knew that the cleaner was coming the day after. I am sorry but you can't shout and treat custumers like that! I had been a few times and never created a problem.
