Excellent modern hotel in a great location that is close to restaurants and shops.

Good bed, great A/C, fantastic breakfast. The downtown location is within walking distance of many restaurants and good nightlife. Views from the rooms are spectacular! The hotel supplies free fresh water for your water bottles (tap water is not drinkable).

Las ventanas tendrían que tener cortinas que permitan una oscuridad total en las habitaciones, tienen black out pero en algunas ventanas quedan cortas

The property is in an excellent location close to the center of Puerto de Iguazu, which is filled with restaurants, stores, and bars. It’s modern and has a large buffet breakfast. The rooms are large and modern with good air conditioning and large showers.

There were really two huge problems. One - we arrived in our room to find an enormous tarantula. The janitor removed it promptly, though even he seemed scared, but also took photos because he wanted to convince the cleaning staff to check more carefully for them. I’ve traveled extensively and never found that problem. But sure enough, next day at the pool bar, another tarantula under our table. Second, on our second morning there, the cleaning staff entered our room at 8AM and then again at 8:30. No knock, but regardless, I couldn’t sleep after the first wake-up. I complained to reception that between the spider and wake-ups I felt we deserved a discount. They gave us a bottle of inexpensive sparkling wine and a fruit plate (from the breakfast buffet?) Totally insufficient compensation for that experience.

The room was on the third floor and it was fairly big with a nice bathroom. We stayed for three nights during the week and had no issues with noise. The rooftop pool and bar area was nice and it was a great place to see the sunset. Breakfasts were good with a nice range of continental and cooked options. We also ate dinner at the roof top area and the restaurant which were quite nice. Although the hotel didn't supply bottled water, there was a water fountain in the gym which we used to fill our water bottles.

The rooms had no facilites for coffee or tea making. There were no tissues or water glasses in the bathroom.

Breakfast had lots of choice. 2 swimming pools. Front staff went out of their way to help.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is modern and in a great location. The staff are nice and helpful although a bit distant.

It has the feel of a business hotel where you don’t get any personal connection with the staff and the environment. Breakfast could be better, there was a big buffet but the quality was not always the best. There is a rooftop bar on the top floor that stays open until 1am every night. On one occasion the music was extremely loud and I could only sleep after the shaking from the base had stopped in my room. The staff didn’t seem to share my concern about this.

Shower partition was too narrow so floor got wet. Air conditioner was noisy and it was hot in the bathroom when the door was closed.

Personal hat uns professionell empfangen und alle unsere Fragen kompetent beantwortet. Die Dachterrasse inkl. Bar und Pool mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang ist das Highlight des Hotels. Frühstück ebenfalls vielfältig. Eines der besten Hotels auf unserer Argentinienreise.

Es gibt (wie in eigentlich allen anderen Hotels die wir in Argentinien besucht haben) keine Toilettenbürste, daran muss man sich gewöhnen..

Los ascensores son estrechos y demoran mucho. Debí usar las gradas en varias ocasiones.

Hotel limpo, novo, com design industrial , elevadores panorâmicos. No rooftop visualização do rio, com um lindo pôr do sol. Serviço de garçons e bar com excelentes atendentes. Localização próximo a feirinha.

Custo benefício elevado. Não é um hotel barato, alimentação no rooftop idem.

El edificio y las habitaciones son espaciosas, modernas y nuevas, además el aseo cuenta con una ducha amplia. La terraza tiene buenas vistas y piscina. Está cerca de una zona llena de restaurantes.

Los colchones son mejorables y la calidad del sueño se interrumpe cuando otros huéspedes están hablando en los pasillos o en las habitaciones contiguas.

Modernes Hotel mit einer tollen Rooftop Bar von der man einen herrlichen Blick auf alle 3 Länder hat. Pool und Liegen waren sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unsere Koffer nach dem Check-out einlagern und konnten nach dem Iguazú Falls Besuch die Duschen im SPA nutzen, was vor dem Flug natürlich super war. Die Restaurant Empfehlung im Ort war auch sehr gut. Nur 5min zu Fuß zum Busterminal, von dem die Busse in die Parks gehen.

Das Frühstück war für argentinische Verhältnisse bestimmt schon gut. Die kleinen Teller etwas unpraktisch und der Kaffee etwas dünn. Die Straße wirkt nicht sehr einladend, ist aber nicht unsicher. Der Ort Puerto Iguazú ist halt generell kein Schmuckstück.

The roof top pool turns into a wannabe night club with a DJ and very loud music until midnight. If you are unfortunate enough to have a room on the floor level below you will not be able to sleep before that. The staff is aware of the problem and eventually offered us to pack all our bags again and move to a smaller room than what we paid for on lower floor.
