I had an excellent experience at this hotel, surpassing my expectations. The hotel offers extremely comfortable and clean rooms. The standout feature, however, was the exceptionally attentive staff. Always available to provide all information neede. Additionally, the breakfast, with excellent offerings.

Gostei dos funcionários, todos são muito legais e prestativos Gostei do preço, achei barato, ainda mais com café da manhã. E a localização é boa também, num ponto estratégico pra comprar vinhos e num local bem residencial. Pra quem quer apenas passar a noite, nesse valor é justo.

O hotel está bem descuidado, parece que falta um dono. Tudo pode melhorar. Armários na cozinha quebrados, pratos lascados no café, cadeiras velhas, piscina numa cor vem esverdeada, jardim mal cuidado, tem que olhar com carinho pra tudo isso. O quarto ficou a desejar em relação aos colchões. São de molas muito mavios e vc acaba afundando. No quarto 15 o cheiro de esgoto que vinha do banheiro foi insuportável. Reclamei na recepção, me falaram que deveria ser um sifão mas não resolveram, deixaram algo como um bom ar pra espirrar. Ainda no banheiro matei 3 baratas. Reclamei e me disserram que era pora causa da dedetização. POR FAVOR, NÃO COLOQUEM AÇUCAR NO SUCO DE LARANJA, deixe o hóspede colocar no seu copo.

Lo que más me gustó es la estética del lugar, ha tenido su momento de esplendor, por el momento está un poco abandonado, pero la diferencia la hacen sus empleades y la vegetación que lo rodea, además de la buena ubicación y accesibilidad. Fui sola con mi hijito de 3 y la pasamos bárbaro. Tienen que explotar más el sector pileta, le falta amor y esta muy hermoso. Gracias!

The unit has air conditioning

This place is bad. They didn't give me a key to the front door so I was locked out in the middle of the night; my unit had very weak water pressure and only /warm/ water when no one else in the hotel was using it; the internet does not work in the rooms; walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. There are other lies in the posting (they don't clean your room during your stay). The front desk lady was no help with anything.

Lovely breakfast and pool, and it's close to the main road for hailing buses and taxi's to Iguazu Falls, without being loud.

Our plane was delayed, so the reception was closed by the time we got there. They left a message on the door but it was all in Spanish, so we were wondering around the streets at midnight, which was a bit scary.

Cute and clean boutique hotel that is affordable and close to the center of the city. Walking distance to the Tres Fronteras. Rooms were basic, but clean, and with good A/C. Breakfast was simple but good. Reception was friendly as well and held our bags for the day after we checked out.

They could use a better variety at breakfast.

Location was great, staff was very nice, walking distance to restaurants and Western Union (warning: they only pay money from 3pm, which messed up my plans a bit).

1- Wifi sucked, the only one that worked was the one at the reception. 2- Pillows were basically non-existent, too thin. 3- The bathroom was divided by a glass wall and you could almost see people in the shower from the bed. If it was a couple room that'd be fine but we were 3. 4- Mosquitos! I don't know if all hotels in Puerto Iguazu have this problem but we had to go buy repellent to be able to sleep.

Unfortunately, when entering our room we found 2 big cockroaches, our experience stopped there. The guy of the reception helped us to try catching them... but we didn't, so we had to sleep there anyway because they told us it was not possible to change the room. The bathroom was smelling very bad and the smell went into the whole room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was clean and spacious for one. Local bus was only a short walk away and there are supermarkets and shops on the main road. Had three great days here whilst visiting the Falls.

I liked everything about this little hotel.

it was very well built, natural with wooden structure, very comfortable to stay in.

the noise isolation between rooms is not too good, as is common with wood walls, so it’s a bit hit or miss with neighbors. but we would stay again regardless of this.

Central location.Room and bathroom are spacious. We had eggs and fruit for breakfast. The staff Victoria is very helpful and she can speak English. The hotel is good value.

Easy breakfast made up of some juices, coffee, water (hot & cold), various breads and jams. There is a pool but it doesn't look like it would be of good use since the water level is really low. I like that it is very affordable for solo travelers and is quite close to the city center, bus station to Puerto Iguazu/Tres Hilos.

A lot of mosquitoes I was not expecting; the bed and pillows could've been a little more comfortable but not too big of a complaint on my end. The shower is a little tricky to use as the cold/hot water takes about 30 seconds to fully dispense at the correct temperature. Nothing major to worry about!

The Petit Hotel Caraguata was in a good location with easy access to restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the coffee and fruit were good.

We were in Puerto Iguazú on a couple of pretty cold days and even with the room heater on, the room was a bit chilly. Also, the wifi was rather spotty. At times it was fine, but at other times it was not very good.

After making an online reservation for a specific room, I've been told, on the day of arrival, that this room had no water and I will be moved to a hotel next door. Then I had to fight to get the equivalent of the room I've booked, as they have presented twice a room with no balcony or only one bed or with a balcony to the streets. No one was ready to adjust the price to the rooms I was offered. So I ended up being REALLY angry, and they moved me back to the first hotel where I got a room that corresponded to the one I've booked online. The room was very clean.

Uncomfortable, old beds. Really poor breakfast - we've found one peeled sliced orange full of flies and one apple cut in pieces as the fruits option on this "buffet". They offered the worst breakfast I've experienced during the month I've spent in Argentina in different hotels. They were pretending to call different taxi companies who "happened to be unavailable", and then suggested someone who was really trying to rip us off. So we've left his car. We've only understood the entire manipulation on the day of our departure as the driver who tried to make us pay an abnormal prize to the waterfalls was sitting behind the reception desk of this hotel.
