The owner and the managing stuff have been the most helpful. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, equipped with anything one might need. The huge terrace is amazing with the outside furniture and the barbecue things. Highly recommend

Perfect apartment with excellent value for money. Everything has been really well prepared - from salt and dishwasher tablets to bbq, etc. The view was really great from the main balcony. All three aircons worked well. Kitchen is fully equipped. Parking is always available and is designated for the apartment. Bear in mind: you would need a car (the walk to the beach is 1-1.2 km away, and so are other things - shops, city center, restaurants, etc).

Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but there was a distant noise once or twice overnight from sort of an airplane engine. Also there was once a tractor working during the day at the nearby field.

Where to start ;). Great contact with the owner. No trouble at all with booking, changing the dates after our flight cancellation, perfect price. Location couldn’t be better - a quiet place with all you need at the apartment. Huge terrace perfect for a barbecue and late evening dinners. 17 min from Larnaca Airport, 25 min to Ayia Napa. If you like to visit different beach every day, it’s a perfect starting point. If you like to sightsee, Larnaca, Lefkara, Limassol and many other places are very close. Local shops, restaurants and taverns also very close. All I can say is that one week was definitely not enough ;)

We found there everythink what we was neaded. Perfect sayna and indoor pool with gym.

There was litlebit coold but we fount the heaters and solve the problem😁😁

Good communication from the owner Helen and good assistance from George and Niki who were there if required. The apartment was superb, spacious , clean and had all the amenities we required. Would definately return again.
