The property was clean and well stocked. The outdoor kitchen area was particularly impressive. Antonija was incredibly helpful arranging airport transfers and restaurant bookings. We would definitely recommend the OPG restaurant.

We rented Vila Divini for my partners 60th Birthday, we had 10 Adults staying there. Antonija and Pero the owners were lovely hosts and went out ther way to make our stay special. The Villa is beautiful indoors and outdoors.

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Divina and wished we could have stayed longer. The property is spotless inside and out, it is extremely modern yet comfortable and the hosts, Antonija and Pero go above an beyond to make sure you are happy. There were 4 adults and a 13 year old and we had way more than enough space to dine, lounge and enjoy the beautiful backyard, pool and outdoor kitchen. We loved the peace and quiet of the neighborhood but also found it very easy to get a ride down to the beach or into Dubrovnik. We definitely did not need a car and it seemed like parking in Dubrovnik is a big hassle so be aware. Antonija had many great suggestions for activities for us and they were all amazing. She booked a tour of old town Dubrovnik for us and we all absolutely loved it. Darko was our guide and he was the best! She reserved us a table at the Panorama Restaurant which we highly recommend for delicious food and breathtaking views. She booked an amazing island boat tour for us as well as my favorite meal of the trip at the nearby OPG. We loved everything about this property and our overall experience. There were a lot of little extras that we appreciated such as a Ninja blender, clothes pins for the drying rack, plenty of laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, good olive oil and delicious whole bean coffee with a simple to use espresso machine. We highly recommend Villa Divina.

Fantastic experience from start to finish; we can't praise Antonija highly enough for her help - in addition to the lovely villa she's set up, she went above and beyond to be available to us during our stay. She recommended the best local beach (Plat - much easier (and free) parking than Mlini and also a good place to catch the water taxi into Dubrovnik); organised a lovely walking tour of Dubrovnik old town and got us an amazing table at the restaurant, Panorama, at the top of the cable car; booked us a special meal at the local OPG - incredible value for a three-course meal with drinks, and a lovely experience for our last night in Croatia. She was very responsive to our WhatsApp messages. The villa itself is truly lovely - fitted out to a really high standard and with air conditioning in all the main rooms. Two beautiful and enormous wet rooms upstairs serving the three first floor bedrooms (two of which have access to a small balcony) and two smaller shower rooms downstairs serving the remaining two bathrooms. The downstairs living space is really ample and the kitchen is well equipped (the ice-making fridge was a particular favourite with the family). The outdoor kitchen and pool area were really well thought out and it was a treat to swim lengths of the pool with the view of the hills in the distance. An exceptionally well-manicured garden gave us a place to play frisbee, and we also enjoyed a couple of family table tennis tournaments. A hire car is probably useful although there are shops 2.5 km away (which is walkable) and you would probably get away with using taxis if you didn't want to hire.

We stayed at Antonija & Pero’s villa for 12 nights. We had the most wonderful stay at the villa. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful gardens and pool. The outdoor kitchen was a real hit, especially with the drinks fridge, USB chargers and speaker. We had very little reason to be inside the villa. We loved the hammock and fig trees too. Antonija was a great host recommending the local OPG which was a brilliant experience, we are still talking about the delicious potatoes! And the boat trip she organised was one of our favourite days out. Highly recommend. The villa is in a great location for the airport, and Dubrovnik. We hired one car for the duration and then used Ubers and never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a car. Despite the Covid restrictions we had the most amazing hoooday at this villa and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to families looking to experience Dubrovnik and the islands but wanting some peace and quiet. Recommend a visit to Cavtat too. The Reggae bar at sunset is great too.
